NO POV
It was another busy day at the mall. People flocked from store to store, looking for things to buy. Many conversations were happening among the people, but for a few there was a similar topic. They were talking about the chaos that had happened last night. Such as the nomu attack, Stain being a member of the Phantom Troupe, and to him being found dead. Everyone thought the chaos was over but it was just beginning.
Outside the mall we see a young girl storming out of the place. She had long turquoise hair and was wearing a white dress. Her name was Neon Nostrode, daughter of Light Nostrode. Who was in fact one of the most powerful mafia leaders in Japan. His secret to climbing the ranks lied within his daughter. He had used her quirk to get things he wanted and now here he was sitting at the top.
After he heard the events about last night he wanted to get Neon to leave the city. But Neon refused to leave until she got to go to the auction. So he decided to trick her by going to the mall while he got the items she wished for. However Neon found out and was now storming out of the place.
Neon: I cant believe daddy lied to me. He thinks he can keep me away then I'll just...
Neon ended up tripping on a crack on the ground. Before she hit the ground someone stuck out their arm and caught her. When Neon was placed back on her feet she saw who it was. It was Ryu in his disguise.
Ryu: You should be more careful, dont want to hurt yourself now.
Neon: Thanks for catching me, I'm Neon.
Ryu: You may call me Ryu.
Ryu and Neon began to talk to each other after that. Ryu offered to show Neon around the city, to which she happily agreed to. They checked out various places such as shops and restaurants. By now the day has turned into night, the duo were now at a fancy restaurant located in a tower. The unusual thing about this building were the number of armed guards all around the place.
Ryu: I hear you are a good fortune teller.
Neon: Huh?
Ryu: Sorry, somebody told me once. I cant remember who.
Neon: I am good, important people are always coming to me.
Ryu: How accurate are you?
Neon: They say I'm nearly always right.
Ryu: What do you mean, shouldn't a fortune teller know?
Neon: Whenever I use my quirk my hand ends up moving on it's own.
Ryu How impressive, would you mind telling mine?
Neon: Okay just write down your name, birthday, and blood type and I'll take if from there.
Ryu took out a notebook and wrote down all of the information. He then handed it over to Neon who looked over it.
Neon: Your name is Ryu Hiroyoshi.
Ryu: My friends just call me boss.
Neon laughed.
Neon: Boss, what kind of nickname is that. Wow, that's even weirder.

Neon took out a pen and spun it in her hand.
Neon: Okay, here it goes.
A purple aura enveloped her as a purple ghost like creature appeared. It grabbed her hand and started moving it to write things down. Ryu watched this with a serious face. After a minute the light disappeared and Neon returned to normal.
Neon: Alright it's done, here have a look at it. Just a heads up my fortunes are strange. For some reason they are written in poem form.
She handed the notebook back to Ryu who began to read his fortune.
Ryu(thought): Forever set a precious moon is lost. The others mourn him with ceremony grand. Rising up to heaven the mighty moon of frost. With a melody from a mourning band.
Unknown to Ryu a tear slid down his face which shocked Neon. Once he was done he wiped the tear away.
Ryu: It's amazing and accurate. I have a question about the first verse.
Neon: Wait dont tell me!
Ryu: Why not?
Neon: I fell like they will be a lot more accurate if I dont get involved in them.
Ryu: In that case I'll just ask you this one thing. In the first verse it mentions a requiem. Do you believe in the after life Neon?
Neon: Not really, fortunes are only meant for the living. Just like you Ryu. Requiems are meant to comfort those who have lost someone dear to them.
Ryu: I guess you are right Neon. Come on, the auction will start soon.
Ryu and Neon left the restaurant and went over to the elevator.
Neon: You know how I said fortunes are used to make people happy?
Ryu: Yes.
Neon: Well when I was little I heard about this fortune teller who only gave negative fortunes. That way people would try to improve their lives and avoid misfortune. I remember being really inspired by that and I wanted to be a fortune teller.
Ryu: Well it's awfully lucky your quirk grants you the ability of giving fortunes.
The pair entered the elevator and it started it's decent. Neon stared out the window as Ryu kept thinking about the poem.
Ryu(thought): Harvest barren, wine spilled. lovers slumber next to the bloody scarlet eyes. Thall cut in half shall be your number, tis not lost wherein your advantage lies. Amuse yourself with the entr'acte. Seek out new friends once in a bind. Perhaps to the east, one can be tracked. The one you needed you're sure to find.
Neon: You know, a few years ago that fortune teller ended up being arrested for being a fraud.
Ryu: You mean the Galactic Matron?
Neon: That's the one, you know she didn't believe in the after life either. That's why I dont believe in it too.
The elevator reached it's destination and they both got out.
Ryu: I personally believe that people have a soul. That's why I came here, to fulfill my dead friend's wish.
Neon: What wish?

Ryu: To wreck havoc.
The next thing Neon knew was she felt incredibly light headed and started to fall to the ground. Ryu caught her in his arms as the guards turned their attention towards them.
Ryu: Are you okay? Call a doctor quickly!
One of the guards talked through a head piece.
Guard: First floor near the entrance. Bring an ambulance, some one is sick.
Ryu over heard that they wouldnt even let an ambulance into the building.
Ryu: You're kidding right! What if she dies? What happens then huh? She is Neon Nostrode, daughter of Light Nostrode. If she dies it's on your hands!
The guards started to swarm Neon's body, Meanwhile Ryu used this distraction to slip away. Back in the monitor room an man dressed as a soldier walked up the controls. He started to rewind the video until he saw something that caught his eye. He grinned.
Soldier(thought): The swiftest chop, anyone else would have missed it. I missed this excitement, looks like I found my prey.
I removed my wig and contacts and was now wearing my trench coat. I stared at the single strand of Neon's hair in my hand. Without a second though a ate it, all I had to do know was wait until my stomach digested it. My phone went off so I went to see who was calling me, it was Sora.
Me: I have attained the Nostrode girl's quirk.
Sora: Head up, turns out the mafia isn't done with us. They've hired assassins to come after you.
Me: Assassins you say, shouldn't be too difficult to handle. Tell everyone to head over to the Cemetery Building and wreck as much havoc as you like.
Sora: You got it.
Sora hung up. I sensed someone approaching me so I slipped on my mask. I turned around and saw one of the assassins.
Assassin: So you're the one who had caused so much trouble for the Ten Dons. This shouldn't be to hard.
He held out his hand, his nails started to glow and then grew to two feet long while emitting a red aura.
Assassin: Lets see how you can handle my toxic claws!
I appeared right in front of the assassin. Before he knew what had happened I held my hand up to his chest and blew a hole in it. His corpse fell to the ground.
Me: I feel insulted, was this the best they could bring?
NO POV
The same soldier from before crept around the empty corridor. He noticed a small smear of blood on the floor.
Soldier(thought): Right on target.
He crept around a doorway.
Ryu: Dont worry, I dont use cheap tricks.
The soldier entered the empty room and found Ryu just standing there.
Ryu: Shall this be one on one?
The soldier took out a knife and grinned.
Soldier: Sounds good to me.
Ryu stared out the window, taking notice of the smoke that started to emerge. Meanwhile the soldier was now plastered to the wall. He was missing parts of his body such as limbs and entire chunks. Parts that were missing were now glowing. The soldier looked like he was about to go insane.
Soldier: So tell me... how am I still alive... why am I not dead yet.
Two large skeleton fish appeared from around the corner. Theses creatures were floating in mid air.
Ryu: These are indoor fish, creatures of my own design. They choose to live in enclosed spaces and have a diet consisting of human flesh. You wont die until they are gone.
The soldier gave out a startled laugh.
Soldier: Wont die... how is that even possible... just what kind of quirk do you have?
The window started to open up. As it did the indoor fish started to disappear. Once they were gone the light from the soldier's body disappeared and he finally died. Ryu removed his mask and walked up to the edge and took in the sound of explosions and gun fire.
All around the area various members of the Phantom Troupe were wrecking havoc.
In one part a car charged as the mafia shot at it. They barely got out of the way as the car zoomed passed them and straight into a wall, causing a massive explosion. From the flames Sora emerged. He shaped the fire into various beast which charged at the mafia and incinerated them all.
In a nearby forest soldiers wandered the woods. Then out of no where humanoid figures began killing them. A few soldiers were back up against a tree, suddenly a few glowing strands wrapped around their necks and began to strangle them. On top of this tree was Kairi, who was staring at the dying men.
Back at the city Goro and Kurou were working together. Kurou conjured large spikes from the shadows of the soldiers which impaled them. The whole time he had a look of excitement on his face. Meanwhile Goro was going wild just like the other night.
Miwa and Aoi unleashed an onslaught of projectiles. Miwa with her light and Aoi with his spatial energy. Their attacks easily ripped the soldiers apart. In a dark alley there was mutilated bodies all over the place that appeared to have been devoured. A few soldiers were in the alley way. They heard something around them. When they turned around Emi was already ripping their throats out.
Dmitri unloaded gun after gun apon the soldiers. Whenever he would run out of ammo he would use his quirk to get a new one. Elizabeth was warping all over the place. Appearing from behind and shooting them in the head. Both of their attacks left the mafia members confused.
Satsuki and Maya were hacking the men to pieces. Satsuki had her rapier encased in destructive energy. Whenver she slashed someone they would explode. Maya had to giant scorpion claws out along with her tail. She used them to slice and decapitate anyone who got close to her.
Back in the building Ryu continued to listen to the destruction outside.
Ryu: Forever set a precious moon is lost. The others mourn him with ceremony grand. Rising up to heaven the mighty moon of frost. With a melody from the mourning band.
The furious massacre continued down below.
Ryu: Well Chizome... can you hear it? We dedicate this requiem to you.
