"Hey, Logan."

Logan, who was doing something out of view, jumped and scrambled to put it away. "R-Remus!" He squawked.

Remus rose a brow. It wasn't easy to startle Logan so badly.

He felt a smirk make its way to his face.

"Logan!" He gasped. "Don't tell me you're looking at something naughty~?"

Logan's eyes widened, and red tinted his cheeks. "I-I--"

Remus' eyes widened as well. "Wait, actually?!"

"No!" Logan exclaimed. "No! No, it's not!" He shook his head fiercely.

Remus examined every bit of his expression to see if he was lying. What he found out was way more surprising.

"Lo," Remus began slowly. "Have you been crying?"

Logan frowned, clearing his throat. "What do you need, Remus?"

"Well," Remus chirped. Oh, they would definitely be returning to that conversation, but he would give Logan a chance to compose himself. "So, y'know that plan I asked you to come up with?"

"Yes?" Logan furrowed his brow.

"Well, what would you do if one half of the couple finds out you've been sabotaging them?"

"What was their response?" Logan asked.

"They seemed rather forgiving, and even offered to let you have a shot with their partner." Remus hummed.

Logan thought about it, eyes glazing over in deep thought. Remus watched awkwardly, anxious to know his answer.

"I would accept their offer." Logan said finally.

"Are you sure?" Remus asked. "You'd be willing ruining their relationship, and pursuing your own selfish desires."

"Yes," Logan nodded. "But in this scenario, I was already doing those two things. Frankly, I would have nothing left to lose."

"You think so?" Remus mumbled, furrowing his brow.

Logan sighed. "Is that all?"

"Are you alright, Logan?" Remus asked immediately.

"I don't really think that is any of your buisness, Remus." Logan said.

"I'm making it my buisness right now." Remus sitting down on Logan's bed. "Spill." He patted the spot next to him.

Logan frowned, remaining where he stood. "I'm not very comfortable with the current conversation."

"Tough shit." Remus rolled his eyes. He snorted. Tough shit. Like very durable feces.

"We have never been particularly close. The only reason you've been talking to me lately is for that plan." Logan huffed. "I don't understand your concern."

"I'm not very good at this whole 'feelings' thing, but I can tell something is bugging you. Fess up."

Logan scowled, walking over to his desk, and sitting down in his chair.

"I will not 'fess up.' I have of work to do, I'll have you know. I simply do not have the time for--"

"Do you wanna go to the Imagination with me or something? I'm not very good at making pretty things, but I know how much you like stars--"

"I can't. I'm very busy."

"C'mon, Lo! Loosen up a bit!"

"Please leave, Remus. I have tons of work to do and you will only distract me--"

"All you ever do is work--"

"Because that's all I have!" Logan snapped, slamming his hands onto his desk.

Remus jumped, having not expected that.

It was tense for a few moments, Remus staring at Logan in suprise.

Logan quickly composed himself, adjusting his tie. "...apologies." He mumbled, refusing to look in Remus' direction. "Please leave, Remus. I have work to do."

Remus frowned.

"Okay."

---

Remus woke up with a bloodstained sword in his hand.

His serotonin levels immediately increased drastically. The sight of blood just excited him.

He looked around, finding that he was in a field.

It was valuable to mention that the field had corpses scattered all around it.

He recognized the majority of them. Roman, Virgil, Patton, even Thomas.

He assumed that he had viciously murdered all of them.

He wanted to test if he had dialogue, when a scream behind him caught his attention.

It was Janus, backing away from him with wide eyes.

"Y-You killed them!" He yelled, pointing at Remus.

He looked at the sword in his hands. "Looks like I did." He said. Sweet, no dialogue.

"You murderer! G-Get away from me!" Janus turned and began running away.

Without warning, his body began chasing after him.

It wasn't often when the Imagination took full control over his body, so it caught Remus off guard.

He caught up to Janus, grabbed his wrist, and spun him around.

The next moment, his sword had been impaled through Janus' body.

Janus' eyes widened as blood spilled over his lips. He looked at Remus in horror, before the life drained out of his eyes and he slumped to the ground.

Remus pulled the sword out of his corpse, watching as the blood trickled down it.

The dream faded away, but the sword didn't.

What could that dream have meant?

---

Remus popped up in his room, putting the sword on his weapons rack.

He took a deep breath. He was going to give Roman an answer today.

He was finally going to get what he wanted.
