Devilin walks inside of his house only to find his brother lying on the couch in misery, he frowns as he walks towards where his brother was and kicks him up.

"What are you doing in here?" he asks straight.

"Brother, help me"

"What might that be?"

"Air's father, he hates me so much, and now he kicked me out of the house as well. I cannot live without seeing my mate"

"What did you do this time?" Devilin asks as he pulls his jacket off and sits on the sofa.

"Nothing...okay fine he thinks I am having an affair"

"What?" Devilin laughs shaking his head before it is wiped off after the next sentence Devon speaks.

"With your mate"

"What did you do Devon?"

"Well it seems your mate is some tech girl in HP, she goes by the name Raine and...hey where are you going?" Devon calls as at once his brother gets up and rushes out of the house.

"Air" Devon sobs lying once again back in the couch.

Devilin drives as fast as he can, as if the hounds from the hell were behind him as he drives off to the HP. Reaching the area he shows his id before driving in.

He runs towards the main building to search for his mate when he crashes in to Chris.

"Whoa, where is the fire?" Chris asks holding Devilin back.

"Mate, Adriana...Raine where is she?" he asks as he looks around the room.

"Raine?"

"Yes, she has blond hair, wears these tiny dresses all the time and she speaks weirdly and fuck do you know where she is right now"

"Well the Raine I know she has black hair and no not any tiny dresses but she sure speaks weirdly"

"Black...where is she?"

"Well that's the way to her...uh Devilin but she is not inside," Chris mumbles the last word as Devilin just rush past him as soon as he points the way.

Devilin stands in front of the door, which was locked and with a warning sigh on it.

"I'll explain and I'll use small words so that you'll be sure to understand, you warthog-faced buffoon...

For the safety of your manhood refrain from breaking in" Devilin reads before a smile graces on his face.

"Definitely my girl" he grins as he stares at the locked door before thinking of some way to get inside.

"I owe you one, thanks," Devilin speaks in his phone as he got the code of his girl's room so he enters as he opens the door.

"Welcome to my den, please walk out of here if you don't want me to fart on you" the warning comes as soon as he steps in.

Devilin cannot help but chuckle as he hears it before he looks around and accidentally goes to touch one of the buttons on the keyboard.

A whoosh is sounded making him turn to see where it came from only to find a secret door open.

Devilin cannot express the words as he enters the secret door to find himself in a room with a bed, table and a drawer.

But that is not what leaves his speechless, as the room was nothing special just normal but the sight in front of him was definitely not normal.

Nothing but photos of him is all around the room from the floor to the walls; even her bed sheets and pillows have his face on it.

"What the...?" he looks wide-eyed around the room in awe.

He does not know if he should be delighted or not to see his pictures all around the room, he cannot believe his mate had gone to such lengths for him.

Some part of him is happy to see how obsessed his mate was with him while the other part was equally sad to find out that all his life his mate was so close to him, but he never knew.

"Where are you now, my stalker?" Devilin whispers as he goes to sit on the bed suddenly his, legs were weak seeing everything.

He sighs rubbing his face before touching the bed sheets and her pillows with a smile seeing his own face he pushes the pillow away to find a diary underneath it.

Devilin does not even spare a second thought before he opens the diary, which obviously belongs to his mate.

The smile on his face widens as he keeps on reading the stuff she has written, from cursing the men in the faculty to praising on their stupidity.

He keeps turning the pages and reading it all until he stops at the page with the title.

Curious he slowly turns the page and what he reads just leaves him more speechless as his mate truly was one of a kind, while he has no clue what she really looks, his girl has researched everything on him.

"Who exactly are you, my stalker?" he whispers turning the pages.

Things to do to impress my mate.

He touches all of the pictures she had of every gift which were now safely tucked in the drawer of his room, each of them.

From the expensive watch, flowers, a car, massage oils and many others, each were inside of his drawers so one day when he finally meets his mate properly he will get to use it all with her by his side.

Devilin once again walks back to the main room where all of her works were and starts the computer, he waits for it to open and when it asks for a password Devilin just smiles confidently before putting on his name on it and it opens.

He checks through some folders before he finally clicks onto a few more places and stops as the whole room fills with nothing but the video of his mate walking, talking, playing inside of the faculty.

"Now I see you," he breathes as he clicks on the first video and his mates face is clearly seen.

Devilin does not know for how long he sat in the chair going through every video of his mate he could pull out from the CCTV, but seeing her cry the night she thought he cheated on her is what breaks his heart the most.

Then followed by the songs she played which make him frown as he remembers the particular song he heard when he was hear to rest a few months ago and curses, as he cannot believe she was so close to him that day.

When the video goes blank Devilin finally closes the computer and walks back inside of the room where he knows his mate must have obsessed about him.

He lies down on the same bed with his face on it and sighs knowing soon he will be able to see her and he cannot wait to see the reaction of her seeing him there in her personal space with no more secrets around them.

Devilin does not know if he was dreaming or not, when he finds himself in middle of a forest.

"Hello" Miracle's voice fills his ear and he turns to see the girl smiling his way making him breath in relief.

"Thank god, where have you been all this time?" he asks as he finally got to see the girl, as she had disappeared for so long.

"You will know soon" the girl smiles before she starts to walk.

"Okay Miracle I need to ask you things" Devilin calls running behind the girl.

"Questions later, I have not finished showing you things"

"Exactly I need to know how you even know about all of these things?" he asks as he was out of his mind wanting to know who this girl really was.

"All in time" the girl smiles before she fades away from his sight and Devilin finds himself in some place elsewhere.

Devilin once again finds himself alone but this time he is prepared for whatever he will see.

"Where is Miracle" a booming voice is heard all through the forest and Devilin walks to find the source of it as he knows that voice.

"You fool, where did she go?" Thomas shouts at one of the mandrakes who takes the hit he gets before all of them scramble away knowing they will be next.

"I need her back in the house now," Thomas once again shouts as he orders the mandrakes to go search for her.

The mandrakes return with a little girl in tow who has her head bowed down looking scared.

"Miracle, where were you?" Thomas shouts makes her flinch a bit and she slowly looks up to face him.

"I went to see Hannah," she whispers softly before she gasps as one of the mandrakes fall near her feet when Thomas hits him instead of her.

"What did we talk about this Miracle, huh? You are to not leave this house and for every time you disobey me one of your friends will get the burn is that what you want?"

"No"

"Then why don't you listen to me?"

"I am sorry, it won't happen again"

"There will not be a next time" he grits through his teeth before leaving the girl alone with the mandrakes.

"Is he gone?" she whisper asks and when one of the mandrake nods their head she sighs in relief.

"Doofus, are you alright? Tom-Tom is so bad at times, come on buddy let's fix you...

Do not tell Thomas but I went to Hannah's pack, do you know there are more people who look like me? That is the proof that I am not from another planet and this world is full with people like me, sorry doofus it seems you all are not the only ones to be alive in here...

Tomorrow after Thomas leaves I plan to go meet Hannah and then I will ask if I can live with them forever, do you know some of the people living there are so huge and big..."

"Miracle" Thomas's shout makes her sigh in irritation.

"Sorry Doofus you will have to do with this" Miracle sighs as she leaves the bandage wrapped on the mandrake's head and walks out to meet Thomas.

"Wear this" Thomas throws a coat her way making her stare at it before she looks at him in question.

"We are going out, I think it's time I meet that friend's of yours"

"Why?"

"Why else, it seems you are too attached with her so I need to ask her parents if they can baby-sit you when I am away"

"Really, does that mean you are fine with me spending my time with Hannah?" Miracle asks excitedly as she puts on the coat.

"Yes, I don't mind" Thomas grumbles as he holds Miracle's hand and walks out of the house with few of the mandrakes following him.

"Tom-Tom, why are doofus following us"

"It's too dangerous out here so it's for our protection" he replies before letting go of Miracle's hand as the girl runs to show him the pack she has been visiting without his knowledge.

"Mark this place, kill them all, I don't want any packs near Miracle" Thomas orders as he stares at the happy pack walking freely around.

"Yes master, but Miracle" one of the mandrake nods as he sadly looks at the pack in front of him, their next victim.

"Let her be, she will soon forget about them all" he replies.

Thomas grins as he hears the cries and shout of the pack members while his mandrakes plays and drinks their blood.

"Who are you?" the Alpha of the pack asks to Thomas kneeling as he holds his daughter in his arms.

"So, this is the girl Hannah, Miracle is fond of" Thomas asks looking at the lifeless body of the girl

"Who are you all and what do you want from us?" the Alpha asks as he coughs blood a bit.

"Your death, finish them all" Thomas orders as he turns and walks back not interested to watch a pathetic Alpha die who was not even strong enough to save his pack.

"Please leave my mate, please don't kill them," the Alpha begs as he still holds his child in his arms.

"Daddy" one of his kids shouts struggling in the arms of the mandrake that looks at the other mandrakes as if communicating with each other.

"Miracle's friends, she sad"

"But Thomas"

"Miracle important"

The mandrakes talk with each other before letting go of the kids they have held on.

"Go away, far away"

"No meet Miracle," the mandrakes warns as they turn to walk back to their home.

"Hannah, Hannah" Miracle shouts as she rush to meet her friend, she calls her friend's name few more times but get no reply.

Remembering the route she took to go to Hannah's pack she walks towards the pack grounds only to find it burnt and empty, she runs from one house to another but finds no one.

"Hannah" she whispers as she stands alone on the burnt ground.

"Miracle" one of the mandrakes that followed her touches her arm and she turns towards him before she jumps in his arms crying.

"They left me doofus, they all left me," she cries in his arms.

"Run, hide, away" the mandrake whispers in her ear.

Miracle wipes her tears and stares at his face trying to understand why he was saying so.

"Doofus"

"Tom-Tom bad, hurt Miracle friend, hurt Miracle, doofus hurt sees Miracle cry" he speaks making Miracle frown a bit at his words.

"I don't have anywhere to go Doofus," she cries once again.

"Doofus take Miracle away," he promises before carrying her in his arms.

"Where are we going, what about Tom-Tom"

The mandrake does not answer but runs with her in his arms. Devilin keeps watching it all happen.

Even if the scenery keeps changing, he was standing in the same place watching it all happen.

"Stay" the mandrake speaks as he let Miracle down.

"Where are you going?" she asks as she sits on the ground and yawns, tired.

"Help" he mouths before looking around and one more mandrake joins them.

"What is...?" Miracle asks before she completely looses her consciousness when the mandrake hits her on the back of her head.

The one who carried her growls at the one who hurt her in anger, but he just shakes his head no trying to calm his friend.

"Help here" the mandrake speaks as he slowly pushes Miracle and she slides rolling down from the cliff and safely lands on the mud filled ground.

"Help" the mandrake points out and Devilin stares at what they were pointing.

Devilin staggers a bit on his feet as he watches his father walk out of the trees and make his way towards Miracle.

Devilin slowly opens his eyes and blinks a few times as the dream ends, he sighs rolling on the bed trying to make sense of what he just witnessed.

All this time his mate was right under his nose and he never had a clue about it, she was so close to him, but he never knew.

His own father was the one who brought her in and yet he did not have a clue about it. He gets up from the bed and looks around the room once again before pulling his phone out.

"Dad, where is Miracle?"
