The bus stops at its final destination and one by one the passengers walk out of the bus, Raine does the same as well. She looks around the place she got off and walks without any destination of hers in mind.

She kicks the pebbles on the ground with her hands inside of her pants pocket, while in her head runs the memories she had of her home with her parents.

"Idiot" she curses herself for her stupidity as now her parents hate her and now she has nowhere to go.

She stares up in the clear blue sky and pouts thinking by tomorrow morning the hell will be loose in faculty when they find she has ran off again on her own.

Dante will never approve of her having any vacations, she will be lucky if she got a bathroom break after this, but that will only happen when they catch her, it is only possible if she ever returns back to the one place where she was someone.

Because outside of the faculty grounds Adriana Raine Rain was no one but a ghost. She had no identity at all, unlike all the other members in the faculty she was not a registered member in the world she spent her entire life. Because they never found what species was she.

She was not a human for sure and seeing how she never shifts, being a wolf was out of the question and seeing how she cannot eat any meat and never craved for blood she definitely was not a vampire.

That is why; she was just a ghost in both the worlds.

Now she even has doubts that the Martin's were not her real parents and Thomas was just lying to her. Then again, she did have something in common with her parents.

"Should have done the DNA test," she grumbles kicking a stone on her way once again.

Her stomach grumbles letting her know even if her mood is off her stomach needs some loving. She should have taken the bus to, somewhere near faculty because by now she would have been in there having something.

However, after everything she does not want to go back to faculty, she does not even know what she wants anymore, all her works and sacrifices she has done for faculty was not worth it anymore.

She no longer desires to be in some place where people only want her for what she can do for them. She wants to be in a place she is loved for who she is and not just because she is a key to something.

"Ah all this stuff is messing my head" she cries pulling her hair a bit before once again she kicks the stone on her way, this time with a bit force.

A crash and then a shout is heard as soon as she kicks the stone on the ground, as it seems the stone was a bit bigger than all the other she kicked as well it wet flying straight to the diner in front of her breaking the glass of it's window.

"Oh come on," she shouts throwing her hand in the sky as few of the people walks out looking at her with accused filled eyes.

"You there" one of the men calls her in anger and she slowly makes her way there.

"Hey Bull what's up; sorry about the window can you feed me something before I fix it?" she asks walking inside the diner.

"Blue, is that you?" the big man asks in disbelief.

"What are you doing here and what happened to your hair?" Bull asks as he puts a plate of pancakes in front of her along with a cup of coffee.

"It turned black once I washed the blue away"

"Well, did you meet Jasmine she was worried for you and..."

"Lets leave the past in the past, I need your help" she sighs not wanting to talk about anyone related to Adrian Martin.

"Okay, what is it?"

"A place to stay and a job so I can have some cash with me" she replies biting into her food.

"Are you in trouble?" Bull asks and Raine nods her head.

"Let's just say within the week lot of people will be coming in and out in here and before that I need to get away and decide what I need to do"

"Did you kill someone?"

"I should have killed one when I had a chance"

"Who?"

"My ex-mate, it's all his fault" she sighs banging her head on the table.

"You can work here if you want and well I may have a room empty in my house," he states and Raine jumps on her feet at once.

"Thank you Bull, for not deleting me from your life; I can never express my gratitude to you even after eating a whole bowl of alphabets" she thanks him jumping up and down a bit.

"Okay" Bull smiles rubbing the back of his head.

"Blue about my home, you see I have a really big family and..."

"Please don't tell me I have to pretend to be your girlfriend"

"Oh no, no, you see I am already mated and with kids. Jasmine told me you know about our kind so"

"That's great"

"Well, I hope you won't mind if they are a bit rowdy"

"Don't worry I know how to handle a rowdy family, I have a master's degree in it, I know where it hurts the most and that goes for both male and female" she winks just as they stand out of the door.

"Oh well, don't tell me I did not warn you as you see it's not just a few family members but..."

"Da-Da" someone shouts before pulling the door open and jumping in Bull's arms.

Before Raine gets to say hi, she gets pulled inside the house and finds herself squeezed from one set of arms into another.

After her tenth hug, she forgets the count of hugs she gets.

"Everyone this is Blue and blue meet my pack" Bull introduces as he search for the girl who was right now squashed in between some grand ma's boobs.

"Mama, let the girl breathe" Bull grumbles as he pulls her out of the woman's clutches and stick to his side.

"Hi Blue" the room shouts and Raine takes a huge breathe as she clears her head and trying to figure out what the hell happened just now, was she hit by a truck?

"You have a pack?" Raine asks shaking her head a bit before she looks around properly to find at least fifty pairs of eyes staring at her in excitement,

"Yes, you see our pack was attacked a few years ago and this is a no man territory and we are safe in here, we all live here together and trying to live as a pack once again"

"That's great, may I know what your kind is?" she asks dusting her dress.

"We are were-bears" Bull replies as he rubs the back of his head sheepishly and Raine laughs.

"Figures" she chuckles, as they really were huge and heavy.

"She is on move, master"

"Good"

"Shall we go bring her back?"

"Uh-uh, no need let her think she is doing this on her own, we can surprise her when she least thinks"

"But what if they find her before us?"

"I want them to find her before us, so it will be a final showdown between us. No worries, she will have to choose to come back with us...

I will make her do so, I will close all of the doors for her to hide this time and she will have no choice but to leave them permanently with nothing but hatred for them"

"What are you planning master?"

"To end any hopes she has alive in her heart that someone will come to save her, the next time we all meet I will make sure all of her hope dies right in front of her eyes...

I need her hate, stronger than anything when she walks towards us"

"As you wish master" the mandrake bows towards Thomas as they disappear in the darkness of the night with Raine's laughter behind.

Raine grins as she sweeps the floor a while blasting 'Shake it off' and dancing around, she sings the song at the top of her lungs while shaking her booty.

"Blue" Bull shouts at her and she just sings the song grinning making him threaten her.

"The customers are getting annoyed," he shouts and she looks around the shop to find everyone looking her way.

"What? It's a catchy song" she shrugs her shoulder before pulling a man from his seat and dancing with him before Bull has had enough of her craziness and he holds the back of her collar and dragging her to the back of the diner.

"You will be better off in here, clean the plates" he orders leaving her there.

"Aye, aye captain" she salutes before she once again starts to sing and dance while washing the plates.

The next song that blows up halts all of her excitement and happiness.

"Even I never thought he would get down with somebody I know," she murmurs referring to the song 'Break up in small town'

"What's up with you now?" Bull asks as he walks inside the washroom with more dishes in his hand.

"Huh, nothing" Raine shakes her head no before she starts to wash the dishes once again.

"Hey kiddo, get back here" Bull shouts as he puts two cups of coffee in front of them.

"Hey" Raine smiles as she takes the cup and sits on the chair facing Bull.

"Bull, can I ask you something?" she goes to ask and when he nods, she continues.

"Are you the Alpha of the pack back home?" she asks and when he nods, she continues once again.

"How come you did not register yourself then, that way you will get the protection of the council as well you know...

You can even ask for the votes for memberships in the council they are trying to bring in as many of new species inside as possible you know," she informs and Bull just shrugs his shoulder.

"We are kind of short for the registration, we need at least five hundred of us for that and we are hardly three hundred"

"But at least put a petition for it, I am sure they will love to have some were-bears as well...

You have really strong men in your pack I am sure they will make great warriors"

"Blue how did you know about all of these stuffs?" Bull asks as narrowing his eyes her way.

"Let's just say I know some people in there"

"Are they the ones you are running from?"

"Kind of and no please don't ask for any details I don't want to talk about it" she pleads raising her hands in front of them and he nods.

"Well as long as you don't cause trouble inside my pack, I won't bother you" he smiles ruffling her hair before he goes to walk back to his work.

"Hey Bull can I know who dared to attack the pack filled with bears?" Raine asks as she jumps from the stool.

"The same creatures that were after Jasmine, those damn mandrakes, killed my sister, my father; he killed himself after he brought us far away from those creatures...

The guilt of not being to able to save my sister hit him hard" Bull answers as he pulls the towel from the back of his pant pocket.

"I am sorry"

"No worries kiddo, it was not your fault and if she was alive she would have been your age" he smiles her way in assurance.

"What was her name?" Raine asks as she picks up the cups from the counter to wash it.

"Hannah"

The cup crashes on the floor before Raine drops dead as well hearing that name.

Raine groans as she wakes up to find her in a room, she was in last night. She looks around to find herself alone.

The door to her room slowly opens and Bull's mate stares at her before a smile graces her face.

"You are awake"

"Hi"

"Thank god, how are you feeling? Everyone is worried for you, Bull thinks he made you work too hard today"

"Oh no, no I was, where is he?" Raine asks feeling guilty for everything.

"I am here" Bull speaks as he walks in as well with a sheepish look.

"Bull, don't look so guilty it was not your fault"

"Yet. Do you need anything?"

"A laptop if you may" she smiles and Bull nods before he scrambles out of the room.

"We don't have a high model but..." Bull speaks as he walks inside the room once again with a laptop in his hand.

"This will do, and both of you can go back to whatever you were doing if I need anything I will call" she smiles and both the couple, nods leaving her alone.

Raine does not hesitate even for a while as she opens the direct line to her computer back in faculty. She opens few files and folders before she starts to fill out a form Bull should have filed ages ago.

Before she does that, she goes to open the link between the council and her and submit the files so now all of the council will wake up with her email in it to accept the were-bear pack in.

She closes the laptop once she is sure she has done everything to save Bull's pack and give them the protection they deserve and that is when she lets he mind wander to what Bull told her.

She sighs lying down on her bed as she thinks about the dream she just saw and it was not a dream as she could clearly see it all happen Thomas betrayed her trust again, how he killed her friend Hannah and how the mandrakes helped her out to get away from Thomas.

Once again, Raine cannot help but feel sad that because of her a happy pack was destroyed. It seems wherever she turns these days sadness awaits her in the corner and now she has no other choice but to walk out of Bull's life before the warriors come to take her, as she has no wish to go back yet.

"I am sorry Hannah," she whispers as a lone tear rolls down her eyes and she cries alone for her friend who lost her life because of Raine.
