《Alpha Human》Take Off

I looked all over the city but I couldn't find Matt anywhere. It seemed that fate was not on our side in this battle, and at every turn we were losing. The clock was ticking.
I headed back to the house where I met up with Jacob, my dad, Grant, and Harry. "Still no luck?" Jacob asked as I came in through the door.
I shook my head in defeat. "Wherever he went we wont find him" I answered. "I guess this is it"
"There must be something we can do other than be sitting ducks!" Harry said angrily standing. "Your a scientist!" he said to Grant.
Grant dug into his pocket, "All I have are some capsules, and Ziroy" he said, "And I don't have enough time to do go back to my lab and create something"
Harry sighed, and sat back down. "Useless" he muttered under his breath.
Before Grant snapped back at Harry I came to a realization. One that could actually save our lives, and the world. "He needs me" I said to them.
"Don't flatter yourself" Harry said with a laugh.
"Why would he need you when he's got a country at his hand?" Jacob asked.
"Since Raegan is dead he no longer has access to the nuclear codes, and now he has no weapon." I answered.
"Unless he has you as a weapon" My father finished. "He was never planning on killing you"
"Are you forgetting the fact that with one word he can command you?" Harry asked sarcastically.
"If he doesn't have me, then he cant get what he wants" I said.
"So we need to kill you?" Harry tried.
"No!" I answered.
"I have an idea" Grant said. "I could create a capsule filled with Ziroy that would constantly be in your system."
"Without powers your useless" Jacob said with a smile.
"That's not true" Harry said defending me, "He was useless before too" How could I have thought that he would say something nice about me?

"Thanks" I said flatly.
"That's what cousins are for" Harry said.
Grant reached into the jacket of his coat pocket, and pulled out a syringe full of the element i knew well. He then reached into his other pocket and pulled out a bag of metallic pill shaped capsules. He took one out and injected it with Ziroy. "Here" he said handing it to me.
I took it, thanking him. Looking hard into its silver shell, I saw the end of my life as a hero, and welcomed my life as a normal person, I could no longer have the destiny as the "Alpha Human" my father wanted me to have. I threw the pill onto my tongue, and swallowed it, knowing it was the only thing I could do.
Not a second later the door opened up, and none other than Matt came through. He looked around confused. "Where the hell have you been!" I yelled.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"I scoured the city looking for you!" I yelled.
"I was at the convenience store at the end of the street" he answered.
I hesitated, "Are you being serious?" I asked.
He held up his hand, and in it was a Slim Jim, and a pack of Funyuns. "I was hungry, plus the food here sucks"
"Wow, the fastest man alive, and yet you didn't care to check down the street" Harry said.
"I didn't even know until now that there was a convenience store" I said.
"Why do I smell Ziroy?" Matt asked suspiciously.
"I swallowed a capsule full of it to prevent your brother from using me as a human weapon"
Matt froze, "You did what?" he asked.
"Swallowed Ziroy" I repeated very slowly.
He grabbed me by the jaw, and opened my mouth. With the other hand he out his hand out like a magnet, and sucked the capsule out of my body. He let go of me, as I grasped my pained jaw. "What the hell was that?" I asked.

"You need your powers" he yelled. "If he discovered you did this he would've kill everyone closest to you" he said.
"Geez, you nearly broke my face" I said.
"Sorry about that" he apologized.
"How am I supposed to keep him from using me now?" I asked everyone.
"I have an idea" Matt said.
I backed up in fear. "If you grab my jaw again-"
"I'll keep you in a safe place locked up, where he can never get to you"
"And where may that be?" Jacob asked.
"On a jet headed nowhere, and everywhere" he answered.
"That's actually a brilliant idea" my father said.
"I can deliver when I try" Matt said, "Though, we will need a ride to the airport"
I laughed, "No you don't" I grabbed him by the hand, and ran as fast as I could to the other side of the city where the New York Metropolitan Airport was located.
When I stopped, he collapsed breathing for air. "This is why I wanted a car to take us!" he stood angrily.
"Sorry" I said trying hard not to laugh. I gazed at his clothes that were filled with dust. "You need a lint roller"
He looked down then brushed the dust off. "Must have happened when you we were running." he said fidgeting.
I arched my eyebrow in suspicion, but said nothing. "Where are we going?" I asked.
"On the other side of the airport is a private lot. There's a a jet waiting for us over there." he answered.
"Hold on" I said. I grabbed his hand and ran to the Jet. "Whoa" I spoke, glancing at the golden detail, and the beautiful design.
"If you do that again, I will kill you" he threatened, then went up the steps of the Jet, and I followed behind. "Sit down in the chair, we need to shackle you down just in case he gets a hold of the plane, and tries to hypnotize you." he said to me.
"How did you afford this?" I asked as I sat and watched him shackle me to the plane.
"I killed the pilot" he said wickedly with a smile, oddly too familiar. "Just kidding, my family had some funds" He sat in the seat facing me once he finished.
"So how does this work, I just stay above ground?" I asked.
"Well, when the plane lands in Moscow, I'm going to need you to vibrate so fast that you control your body at an atomic level, and go nuclear" he said to me.
"What do you mean, Matt?" I asked suspiciously.
He chuckled hysterically. "Poor Samuel, it seems you've gotten me confused with my shorter less attractive twin brother"
"Shit" I said trying to wiggle out of the shackles.
"Boy was it easy to get you on a plane, locked up, and ready to depart. You didn't even put up a fight"
"How did you-"
"Know?" he finished, "Your family is predictable. It was only a matter of time before you realize how weak you were, and tried to go get a carbon copy. Too bad he was smart enough to run out on you. You guys are pathetic"
"I wont destroy an entire city for you"
He pulled out the Slim Jim, and bag of Funyuns and began eating them. "Yeah. maybe not in your right mind, but all i have to do is utter one word" he said grinning. "How does it feel to be completely powerless?" he asked.
"You're insane" I said to him.
"Pretty much" he said, "Want a chip?"
"Go to hell" I said angrily.
"Oh, I will one day" he said fastening his seat belt, "But right now, I have a planet to rule" With that the plane took off, and we were bound for Russia.
