《The tokoyamiverse》Left behind

as tokoyami was sucked into the dark portal of an abyss
unable to shake away from Dabi's grip
he noticed 2 things
1 they had saved bakugo
2 no one was trying to save him
they walked away without a second thought, satisfied and ready to leave
the darkness covered his shocked body as it took them into the hands of the enemy
but it wasn't long until the sickening swirling stopped
and he was now in the hideaway of the league of villains
"What happened ?!" he heard a cold commanding voice from behind him
the grip on his shoulder was released and walked away to deal with their boss
"The students were able to get that brat back," the voice of dabi said
there was nothing left to say
and as tokoyami continued to stare at the wall where his once called friends were
he felt the eyes of his kidnappers pierce through his skin
but he was too devastated to care
he was too angry to care
"what's with him?" asked toga curiously
another amount of silence
and one small smile is hidden behind a wall of hands
"must feel horrible being betrayed as that" shigaraki began
tokoyami wanted to turn around and say "my friends are going to come for me and make you all sorry"
but that would be a lie
"working so hard to only be rewarded with nothing, to be left with nothing but despair" he continued edging further and further towards the shaking boy
"that's what the so-called heroes are all about, saving those who will bring the most attention to themselves to make them more popular, and leaving those deemed unworthy to fend for themselves alone and unwanted" he finished, placing a 4 fingered hand on the raven heads shoulder

a news story starting on the tv, stating that the villains were now gone
and students were and
tokoyami stared at the tv with rage
a shadow claw wrapped around his own hand and with a grunt slammed it down on a table hard, snapping it in two with ease
if he was not overcome with blinding rage he would have seen the impressed and awe faces of the villains around him
as well as the growing grin on shigaraki's face
"you don't belong with them" shigaraki whispered to where tokoyami's ears would have been
"they will only try to weaken you're growing and powerful strength, you-" he grinned, turning the raven head towards the crowd of smiling villains
"belong with us" he finished
"you'll get your revenge, all you need to do, is join our league," he said as he leads tokoyami to the group
but tokoyami stopped in his tracks, voice low and dark shadow continuing to cover his body
usually, he would be afraid that his quirk was threatening to become uncontrollable
but now he didn't
instead, he felt more powerful
"I want to make them pay, starting with those four" tokoyami growled with menace
"well then Mr tokoyami" laughed shigaraki
"Welcome to the family" he finished as he opened his arms towards the group readying their weapons
(a few years later)
shoji, midoriya bakugo and Todoroki was trapped in iron cages
broken bones, cuts and bruises plastered across their entire bodies
and all eyes focused on one individual figure that cast a shadow through the blinding light doorway into the almost completely dark room
"t.toko-" muttered the injured midoriya
"you don't get to say his name!" do you actually remember?" twice shouted
in the years tokoyami and the other members of the league had grown close, like a proper family

one that would never leave one member behind
"How does it feel? to be completely helpless with no one to call for help?" asked a seemingly calm tokoyami
but the anger was only simmering
"I've been waiting so long to see you like this, to ask you why did you leave me behind without a second thought," tokoyami said as he turned one of his shadowy fists into a sword
he was only met with silence
"no, nothing, no reason why just because you could?!" tokoyami continued, his voice getting louder as the anger built
"tokoyami please-" shoji begged
"no, you didn't care before, how can I expect you to care now," tokoyami said shaking his head
"well tokoyami, this is what you've been planning ever since they left you," dabi said from behind him as tokoyami entered the dark dungeon
"well give you your privacy" shigaraki said as he began to shut the door
"have fun birdy, save some blood for me" giggled toga
and with that, the door shut
and tokoyami was finally able to get his long-deserved revenge

Zeroth Knight
Isekai, fantasy, with the core themes of Identity and Fate. Story contains a, mostly, lesbian cast. Just when she was about to confess to the man of her dreams, Eve is taken by a light to another world. Swallowing her up, against her will, eroding her, it demands a life so contrary to her previous one. In a new world with the title of “Zeroth” forced upon her, she must rely on her newfound “friends” to stay sane and navigate her responsibilities. But bit by bit, the world loses sight of the girl inside; seeing only “Zero,” the person she did not desire to be, but the hero that the world needed. Will Eve let the title she bears consume her, or will she become the hero in both body and mind? This is the tale of her struggles, and a star-crossed love destined by Fate to never converge. This is the tale of Zero. This story is a slow-burn, meant to be a few hundred pages or more in length, so the plot isn't the fastest to move. It also has lesbian-themed relationships for the majority of its cast. This story partially falls under, "harem" with the main character being female and gaining the affection of other females, against (at first) the main character's (Eve) will. This first arc will be more focused on the mentality and emotions of the cast with battles spaced intermittently. The second arc will involve a lot more fighting. Arc two will be out in a reasonable timeframe. I have another story up, a short story drama with light yuri and supernatural themes: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/27010/escape-the-knight I am will continue updating older chapters to make them flow better, and to just be more structurally sound. Shadow Falls
If you wanted to protect someone you loved, how far would you go, and what would you be willing to sacrifice? This question is at the core of this emotional rollercoaster of the book, Shadow Falls: the Rise and Fall of Erida VanIsle. This book emerged from four years of collaborative storytelling centering on the main character, Erida VanIsle, written by author Myra VanIsle. In this book, VanIsle goes beyond the events that led to Erida's sacrifice and explores forty-five years of the cost she paid to protect the sister she loved more than life itself. Shadow Falls explores the family tragedy which led to the separation of two sisters on completely different paths polar opposite of each other. While Erida set upon a path of darkness and power, Myra set out to be a beacon of light and hope bringing justice and peace to others. Be warned, the story VanIsle tells is dark and not easy, because you can't have the light without the dark.
