"You're so pretty!" she says but it sounds faked.

"Thanks. You too." I say back.

"Maybe you guys should get to know each other for a little bit?" Stokeley looks at both of us.

"Yeah, sure!" she says and we walk off as Stokeley makes his way back to Jahseh and the crew.

"So, how do you know Stokeley?" she asks.

"Well, he's my bestfriend." I say, and I look at her.

She's really pretty and it makes me feel intimidated.

"That's all right?" she stops and faces me, "I know you like him and cause just in case you didn't know, you aren't taking him from me." she crosses her arms.

I look at her, "Yeah sure. Whatever. I could um, I could care less. he's all yours."

We keep walking, "Okay good we understand each other." We end up walking back to the table and it's really awkward.

"You guys good?" Stokeley says.

"Yeah I think me and Billie are gonna be great friends." she's says faking it again and looks at me, she kisses him in front of me and I act like it doesn't bother me.

Stokeley looks over at me and I look at him, "Hey Gen let's go walk around for a bit." Jahseh says because he knew Stokeley wanted to talk to me.

"Yeah okay." she smiles and they walk off.

I sit down and drink my drink. "Can we continue?" Stokeley says.

I look at him, "Sure."

"As I was saying, I miss us hanging out like this you know. It sucks cause you are my bestfriend." he explains.

I fiddle with my fingers and look down at them, I hated that he was with her. She treated me like crap.

"Bil, I just don't like us being so close and then us become so distant." he kept trying to push it on me until I snap.

"Don't try this, Stokeley you have a girlfriend or whatever she is to you, you have to hang out with her." I stand up and Jah comes back.

"Do you wanna head home?" he asks.
