"You know I could take her home? save you some trouble?" Stokeley offers.

I look at Stokeley and then at Jah. ever since Stokeley and I became distant, Jah and I got closer, not like the way you are thinking. Maybe I don't know.

I tell Jah pretty much everything, not my past though. Like how I feel about Stokeley. He is the person I go to when I'm ranting.

"It isn't any trouble Stokeley, I got her here, plus shouldn't you go with Gen?" Jah states and looks at me.

"I didn't bring Gen ,but whatever go ahead." he laughs softly.

"Actually." I look at Stokeley. "Let's go."

Stokeley looks at me and then we stand up and go outside to get into the car.

"We have a party later if you wanna go, not sure if Jahseh mentioned it." he says.

"Sure, yeah I'll go." I say accepting the offer.

We get back and Stokeley tells me he will pick me up later. About 3 hours later he knocks at the door.

I open it, "You ready? You look great by the way." he says and looks back at the car.

I walk out and get into the car seeing Gen in the front seat. "Hey bestie!!" she says fakely.

"Oh my god hi!" I fake it back.

"I'm glad you guys are getting along." Stokeley says and starts driving to the party.

We walk inside and meet up with Jahseh, then Gen, Jahseh, and Stokeley walk off to get snacks.

I sit down and a man approaches me and starts to hit on me, making me slightly uncomfortable. "Look I'm not one of those girls you think I am" I roll my eyes.

"Well you're really pretty, come on let's go." he grabs my wrist and tries to walk off with me when Jah comes back.
