《Mine (LenxMiku/Lenku/MikuxLen)》3

Y'know... after a while of studying without any breaks, people start to get hungry.
My eyes scarcely followed everyone else's .
Miku was clenching her stomach lightly, making little wrinkles in her shirt.
Len was tapping the table with his finger impatiently, making glass sound like a band.
Mikuo... was cheerful. He was just doing his homework without a care in the world.
"Hmm... do you guys wanna snack?" I asked, smiling my signature Kagamine smile.
"I THOUGHT YOU'D NEVER ASK!" Miku released the grip on her stomach and moaned lightly as she got up, dusting herself off.
"Do you have any cereal?" She asks, trying to make it to the kitchen, but Mikuo grabs her by the pants.
"Miku... don't be rude." He clenches his teeth, trying not to blush in utter embarrassment.
"It's fine. Sure we have some cereal for the angry gorilla," Len said teasingly, smiling shyly to give it more of an innocent effect. Oh, my brother.
Shy, smart, but can be a total... I can't believe I'm gonna say this... butt sometimes.
Miku sneered at him and stormed over to our kitchen.
Why can't we all just be friends...?
Kagamidiot... making fun of me? I'm NOT a gorilla.
I swear!
Len scrambles out of his seat and rushes to my side, grabbing my sleeve.
"H-Hey! Take off your shoes! I spent a long time trying to make this clean!"
I looked at my feet. The ivory tiles were almost shimmering. I can tell I that he put hard work into this. I think that's...
He's...
A nerd.
"You made it look like Disney on ICE in this place! Holy crap Cinderella!"
He gave me a worried look.
"Please... just take off your shoes."
"Alright, neat freak."
I crouched down and untied the laces to my black sneakers. Adorning them was a gold pin attached to the sides.

Carefully setting them aside, I stepped on the ground.
It's freezing.
Out of instinct, I tip-toe over to the cabinet.
"H-Hey, don't open that!" Len was about to step on the tiles, but he had his shoes on.
I smirked evilly.
What could he be hiding...?
I open the drawer.
Thud.
Out comes tumbling, one, two... bananas?
I look up at the dark, chocolate brown cabinet and realize it's just filled with bananas.
"Oh, so I'm the gorilla?" I snicker at my little joke.
"H-Hey I didn't mean it at least!" He didn't.. mean it? What was the point of the insult then?
I can see Rin holding in a couple laughs and gives me a sweet smile.
"The cereal is in the cabinet NEXT to that one. The white one."
Ohh..
I nod sheepishly, my teal hair swaying from side to side gracefully as I nod.
I walk over to the white cabinet and open it.
I choose the little chocolate balls.
"This looks like rabbit poop. Heh," I mutter, smiling.
"What was that, Miku?" Mikuo asks, taking the cereal out of my hands.
"Nothin'," I shrug, and smile. One of my famous - at least in my family - pearly white smiles for the first time in a while.
I can't believe I'm saying this.. but the Kagamidiot residence makes me feel... at home.
Just kidding.
Do you think I would fall into their cliché trap so easily? I don't think so.
'I vow to never feel happiness again.' I meant what I said.
Mikuo gives me a little noogie and asks Rin where the bowls are.
- TIME SKIP -
Demon girl? Smiling? It can't be true.
The thought keeps skipping around in my brain.
"Let's eat, hm?" Rin chirps happily, smiling with joy.

Mikuo eats politely, but not, British, or something. Unlike me.
I'm proud to say that I read a book, cover to credits, that was all about table manners.
Miku, on the other hand, ate like a PIG. No offense. She would occasionally slurp on the milk and bring the bowl to her lips, licking some milk off.
"Miku! You're grosssss~" Rin said jokingly, shoving her around a bit.
"Haha, sure." She rolled her green eyes.
Rin ate like a normal person, making some simple table mistakes here and there.
Manners is extremely important to me along with everyone's well being.
"So-" Rin said between spoonfuls of cereal, "What's it like to tumble like 10,000 different jobs at once, Mikuo?"
"It's difficult, but you get used to it," He replied, shrugging.
"I'm grateful," Miku chimes in, "That my brother works so hard for me."
"For... you?" I raise my eyebrow, making a slight wrinkle in my skin. It's become a reflex when I'm skeptical about something.
"Yeah. We live alone," She shrugged.
No offense, but how awfully lazy of her to make her brother work like that. Unless...
"I insisted on working as well, but-" I could see her sweat dripping. She nervously glanced at the clock.
"Oh, look at the time!" She tried her best to come up with an excuse.
"We should get pack to studying!" She quickly got up and grabbed everyone's bowl.
I could see Mikuo blink in surprise, and then sigh. He knows something, doesn't he?
"Miku, I-" Rin blinks lightly, trying not to show any sign of discomfort.
"It's alright, Rin! I got it!" She says, trying to balance the plastic bowls.
She must've been tripping on air or something, because she tumbled and dropped the bowls.
She scrambled for them.
I got up, a bit worried for her.
What happened?
"Miku, if you wanna talk to someone, I'm-"
"IT IS NOTHING, KAGAMINE." She flinched.
Kagamine?
Everyone almost dropped their spoons.
".. and don't call me Miku. It's Hatsune." She carried the bowls to the sink and began rinsing them.
after that, it was all silent.

Kingdom of Tyr (Original)
This fiction has been concluded as of the end of Book 1, the portion of the story posted here. There will be a complete rewrite as a separate fiction in the future to make the system more consistent and add more to the world while expanding on the events within this fiction. This rewrite will begin eventually, posted as a separate story. Colt, twelve, is walking home from school when he's approached by another boy dressed oddly, who asks him - theoretically - about living in another world. After asking some information about the theoretical other world, Colt says he'd probably prefer to live there, to get away from the problems he has on Earth. Once Colt confirms that, he finds himself in an abandoned city, the other boy revealing himself to be a god, who then offers to train Colt until he can stand on his own and live by himself. After a couple of months, the god sends Colt off for greater training, to learn to use both Aura and Mana, with his only instructions being to return every now and then to visit, and to make friends and have lots of fun. This story follows Colt, a boy named Tyler he meets in the new city, and their journey to growing stronger, having fun, and striving to beat each other. Note: this story is not intended to be professional-quality, and it does draw inspiration from many sources. That said, it is its own story, in its own world. It has never been and never will be edited. It will also have multiple PoV's, starting somewhere after Chapter 8.
