《Mine (LenxMiku/Lenku/MikuxLen)》2

The day has come. The day where the oh so sweet boy Kagamidiot should be expecting Mikuo and I at his home.
Surprisingly enough, Kagamidiot lives in a well-adorned home, the windowsills almost overflowing with flowerpots and little flowers from lilies to orchids growing in them.
It was a birch wood door, almost like a door to heaven. Most of the house was painted white, with little decorations of gold here and there.
We could never afford a house as nice as this. Yes, I'm calling their residence nice. They are extremely lucky to be this way. I wonder what their parents are like-
"One of them must have a green-thumb, huh, Miku?" My brother said, grinning at me.
"Huh? Yeah.... I guess," I muttered, since Mikuo interrupted my thoughts.
The wooden stairs creaked as we stepped up them, ringing the golden doorbell.
I could hear slightly muffled... squeaks? Squeals? Coming from... inside?
I'm a bit worried.
Mikuo seemed to be shifting uncomfortably as well. I can understand why.
"Miku... it's not too late to bail this thing..." He whispers, but it's loud enough for me to hear.
I pause.
"Alright-"
The door slightly opens. Certain blue eyes stare at me.
"Len...." Rin smiles and opens the door the whole way.
"They're here!" She continues, smiling.
Well, it's too late now.
"Already?" Len yawns, wiping his eyes. He's wearing a simple white t-shirt while Rin is wearing an extravagant white summer dress.
As for us? Well... we're I'm wearing a long sleeve pastel blue shirt with black pants.
Mikuo's wearing his causal grey shirt, black pants, and blue tie.
"Well, come in!" Rin gestures gingerly inside the house.
Mikuo and I give each other the classic 'should we do it?' look and walk inside nervously.

"Wow... this is huge..." Mikuo says.
As we keep exploring the house, there's a coffee table with math paper scattered all over.
"L-Let's get started then!" Len smiles.
Woah. This house is HUGE. I wish we could afford something as extravagant as this...
At least we have enough for us to have a roof over our heads and all the other necessities in this modern world.
I won't inherit my father's money until I come of age, which is a bit sad. We just have to survive for four more years and we should be good.
As we sit down at the coffee table, I get out my papers.
"So... why don't we get to know each other before we get to work, hm?" Rin asks.
"Uh.. I really think we should focus more on our studies than... getting to know each other." Len murmured slightly. How shy can a guy get?
"I, for one, thinks it's a very good idea!" I cheered Rin on. She looks very cute when she's happy.
I say that with confidence.
"Len's right, for once," She murmured the last part. Oh come on, Miku. You just met him.
"It's a study group. Not a social group," She continued, folding her arms.
I remember when she had fun.
"Mikuo! Catch me if you can!" Miku's pearly white smile brightened the lives of anyone nearby.
If only we heard the noise.
'Beep-beep-b-b-b-beep..'
There it was. While we were at the park, people were dying.
Our family was dying.
...
I snap out of my thoughts.
"Come on, Lenny~! It'll be funnn~~! I promise with a cherry on top that we'll work extra hard afterwards!" Len looked overpowered by Rin's puppy eyes.
He groaned slightly, and then smiled.
"Alright. Fine. ONE time."

Rin hummed happily at my response.
"Okay, so umm..." Rin tapped her chin.
"I'm Rin, and this is Len, my brother! I love hanging out with friends and overall having a good time!"
"Uh... do we really have to say our names? We do? Uh.. I'm Len.. I guess I like... video games? Studying so I can get a good grade and eventually have a good profession? I have no interest in anyone at this point, but... I guess I'll try my best to be cool..? If that makes any sense..." I rubbed the back of my neck.
"Awkward~~..." I could hear Miku muttering. I clenched my teeth.
"I'm Miku, I guess. I vowed to no longer feel any form of happiness."
"Why?" Rin asked curiously. And, wether I will or will not admit, I was curious as well.
"It's because of nonya."
"What's 'nonya?'"
"Nonya business." She sneered.
Miku shifted in her seat. I wonder why...
"Anyway, I like bad puns." That explains my nickname, I guess.
"I'm, uh, Mikuo... and... I like.. leeks? We both do, actually. I'm trying my best to be stable with four different jobs." I nodded. How responsible of him to get a clear schedule. I like it.
"Alright, alright, chit-chat's over. Let's get started," Miku muttered taking out a pencil and paper from her bag.
"Okay. Let's begin with chapter one of our textbook."
It went on for hours.
