"Sir, Mr. Winthrop has hired Miss. McMalorey as his personal assistant." My private detective told me as he handed me a report.

"He's what?" I growled as I grabbed the file in a hurry. Silver can't be working for my enemy.

"Hired her Sir. But there's more." He stopped waiting for my approval to continue. After I gave him a nod he said, "They are now living together and their son, Aiddan, has Cancer."

"Silver is living with him?" I was shocked. She wasn't supposed to live with anybody but me. Even if she didn't know that. I would never allow her to sleep with my sworn enemy. Even though I have to kill her.

I love her too much to watch her be with him. It just wasn't right. She was supposed to be with me. To be my wife. Mother of MY children. But now she's living with Ethan Winthrope, notorious billionaire, and has that ardent son of hers.

I can't believe what a whore she has become in the last four years. Living with her boss, having a stranger's baby. God knows what she's going to do next.

I will get her back. She will be mine forever. But she'll never come willingly with that conniving man and that bastardly child. I would have to eliminate them from her life. And in doing so get revenge on Ethan for ruining my life. For taking away the fame that should be mine. The recognition. The company. The money. And especially Silver.

"Uh Sir?" The private detective questioned as he gazed at me emotionlessly. "Did you not hear me? I said Aiddan has Cancer."

Chuckling as that bit of information registers in my mind I begin to seep back into my dark thoughts. Maybe killing that kid would be easier than I originally thought.
