Although there is no official number of demon types, it is possible that more could be discovered. This study is made to learn of demons and their weaknesses.

Mentally formed demons or flar. These demons are born when a species of any variety, except demons feel an extreme amount of a certain emotion to a point of near insanity.

Wrath.

Described as a black fire within the body, it is triggered by extreme stress, sometimes also any wound inflicted on the demon during their first transformation will stay as a black cauterized wound where the wound was inflicted, although in some circumstances it can morph with enough infused magic consumed. the transformation happens when a wrath demon gets too angry and the body contains it by using the fat and flesh as a wick, which does not kill them as they have no use for fat.

Uses: their blood, while very sticky and fatty, can be used to heal major wounds when mixed with milk and consumed. drinking pure wrath demon blood will cause humans to temporarily possess wrath demon powers, at the cost of potential spontaneous combustion.

Weakness: They are not very smart in terms of combat but can pose a threat for anyone who cannot move quickly, although if the demon is skilled enough with a weapon. they usually are very temperamental. Water is a useful way to temporarily take away their fire abilities. holy steel causes more pain and more effectively cuts their skin.

Symptoms/abilities: Hair turns paler or any shade of grey, usually it shows the strength of the demon, and a powerful healing factor able to regenerate a whole forearm in about 5 to 6 hours although that number can diminish through becoming more powerful. increased strength making them able to lift heavier weapons with relative ease making them even more dangerous. They also can control fire or manipulate it in various ways.

The traitors threw away their restraint and turned their wrath into their blades and armour. They burned with the heat of the sun and pulled their bodies from the brink of death through pure strength.

Grief.

Characterised for being near emotionless and apathy to killing, they are very stealthy and are natural assasins. Their forms are emaciated and diminished. They have red lines from their eyes which casuet them pain when crying.

Uses: grief demon tears are a powerful, clear acid that can melt most substances. The exceptions to this are glass and gold.

Weakness: although when they are hiding they are almost undetectable, once they are discovered they can be dealt with easily. though it is unlikely, very rarely they cry which burns them, hence the red lines.

Symptoms/abilities: they have monstrous reflexes, able to react faster than a person blinking, and extremely great senses. Their muscles are very compact, giving them a thin or skeletal look. They lack emotions except in very few moments. sometimes they have senses so sharp that they develop an "absolute sense" in which is when they feel everything around them in a small radius.

The traitors thre away their happiness and turned their bodies into the perfect assassin. They saw all, heard all and hid themselves from even the most astute of the venerated hunters.

Primal demons. These demons hail from Bataila.

Usurper demons

They are the apex creature in every environment they reside. As they age, their skin colour changes from white, to red, to black through their entire life span. They relish combat and and warfare.

Weakness: Only the steel of the angels, Mithril can sever their ability to regenerate, but only temporarily.

Abilities: their bodies grow with strife, and the chain of command is decided by size. They grow back limbs, slowly evolving to suit their needs. Some display the power of psychics.

They were hulking masses of flesh. They were unkillable. Our savior, the angel, was the only one capable of defeating them..

Half demons

Not much is known about how they are born except that they are extremely rare. They display interesting details. They can develop mental demon powers. They look exactly like humans until they reach manhood, they will then begin developing demon attributes.

Abilities: Physically and mentally stronger than humans.

Weakness: They are easy to kill, but holy steel and Mythril causes them great pain.

The demons attempted time and time again to invade our land with their spawn, and time and time again, the Angel purged the abominations from corrupting their land. Those that grew to be men became bloodthirsty murderers.

Pyromancers.

Said to be humans who have demon blood in them from their demon lineage. their skin turns crimson during adolescence. They have a love for physical activities such as combat, and regularly engage it it.

Abilities: They are able to manipulate fire, hence their name and they are violent by personality almost always. Their land forces natural selection to allow only the strongest, most cunning warriors to survive. They can heal from large scars, but are unable to regrow severed limbs

Weakness: holy steel stops regeneration

The heathens offered their souls to the demons for power. They were the first to be hung. The rest seeked shelter alongside the demons.
