I'm hungry, I'm thirsty and I am bored...we've been roaming the forest for a while now. Since Tutorial town had a large number of players lining up for it, Bob and I decided to go look around the forest but little did I know that in this game you could get hungry and thirsty. Ugh...

"Bob, you could've told me earlier that we get hungry in this game..."

"Sorry dude, it slipped my mind, hehe."

"Well what're we gonna do now, you tell me Mr 'Slipped my mind'?"

Ray sighed and stopped walking, he moved over to a nearby tree and leaned against it. Taking a short rest. "If only food could drop from the sk-"

Bonk. Plop. Ouch. Something fell and hit Ray on the head, causing him to jerk forward instinctively. "The hell! What hit me!?"

Bob moved forward and picked up the fallen object, an apple. "Your prayer has been answered it seems, it's an apple tree."

"..."

"..."

"Heh."

"Hehe."

After a brief chuckle with each other, Ray and Bob moved to grab as many apples as possible to eat and after gathering a large handful of them, a ding sound was heard followed by a light blue sparkle surrounding his body. Skill up: Movement Lvl 2 Skill gained: Stamina Lvl 1 Strength Lvl 1

In an instant Ray felt the fatigue from climbing dissipate, his arms and legs became less heavy and even though he was holding a large amount of apples, they felt lighter than before. "Cool, new skills and an upgrade. Although...they are very generic sounding."

"Chomp chomp. Didja say something?"

"Nah, it's nothing. Let's eat."

This taste...it's not just an ordinary apple...it's the tastiest apple I've ever eaten! The rich flavour, the sound it makes when you bite into it and the juiciness, oh god. How does a game simulate such a taste is beyond me but I must have more...MORE.

Status effect gained: Apple Addiction. (For eating enchanted apples of the forest, the player will have an intense craving for apples for the rest of his life.)

As the two continued eating, they felt themselves getting into a state similar to being drunk. Their sight and mind blurred and they were soon mindless eating machines who passed out soon after eating close to 30 apples. An impressive feat were it not in a game.

But whilst they slept, a stranger approached, a little girl in all aspects but inside a power overwhelming...

"...Sleepy people!"

But mostly a little girl.
