--- Unknown Place ---
I've got my voice back! Wait, can I move?
"Ooh!! I can move my body now."
But, where is this place? This doesn't look like a hospital room at all.
Huh? I got dazed for a bit then realize something . . .
“why am I naked!?”
Shouldn't I at least wear a patient robe... and what is this thing in my left wrist? A patient bracelet?
I try to calm myself and start scanning my own body... it seems my body is the same as I remember, though I don't know about my face.
After that I look around the room, the room is kinda damp and quite dark, though I can see light coming in on my right and some things on my left.
"Just where is this place? How long did I lost my consciousness? I've got to ask the doctor."
Before I go search for the doctor, of course I can't go around naked, and luckily there are actually clothes on my left. The clothes look weird, it might be made from some leather, but well, as long as I have something to wear, it's fine.
"Hmm? This set of clothes, it’s sized to fit my body."
Other than this set of clothes, there are some bread, a book, and a letter.
That's right, are this book and letter have information about me? But, why are they here? and where are the doctor and nurse?
Wait, this letter… This is addressed to me?
“Dear Takahashi Takahiro, there are some thing you need to know”
“first, you had lost your life”
“second, you has been transferred into another world”
“third, the clothes and the bread are your starting item”
“lastly, do your best and live your life to the fullest”
“with love, the lovely angel”

“P.S. read the book for the basic information about this world”
“. . . . . huh!? Wa - wait…?"
That means… I actually lost my life? and I wasn’t in the hospital all those time? Where was I then?
Wait, I can't think straight like this, I need to calm myself first.
*inhale… *exhale…
After making myself calm, I moved to the light and see outside of the room.
“Wha - -“
There are huge trees on every sides I see. So this means… am I in the middle of a forest? Wait, where was I all this time?
I look around the room once again and notice that I actually am surrounded by earth.. Is this place a cave!?
Wait, getting surprised all the time is bad, for now it seems I’ve got to believe the letter.... Well, I can't believe that this place is actually a hospital.
*grumble
That's right, I need to eat.. Getting surprised all this time just going to make me tired.
Oh, and the book… It might be a good way to make me feel at ease.
So, I come back into the cave to eat the bread and read the book.
--- 2 hour later ---
“huh!?”
After I close the book, the book suddenly disappear slowly into thin air.
“wha - - what was . . . !?”
There are too many information in the book that I can't remember all of it, well, I skimmed most of the content. But there are some basic things that stuck into my mind.
First, about this thing on my left wrist
It’s not a patient bracelet, but it's actually called a wrist card, a chain bracelet with card on top of my wrist.
This card is a status card which show the status of the wearer, and this card can be unlocked by using the wearer fingerprint only, and this is my status when I unlocked the card.

“My name is changed, huh”
There is also something about name in the book, if I’m not wrong, everyone in this world usually have only one word for their name, two or longer is name for royalty or important person.
The book also mentioned there are many races in this world such as, human, goblin, wolf kin, lizard folk, elf, dwarf, and there are still many more, well, they were well drawn in the book that I skipped most of the information.
There are many more things I learned from the book.
But...
That's right, the only food I have has already gone. They should have gave me more bread...
I hate this, but there is no other choice. I’ve got to search for food in the forest, before I got hungry again.
Then, I strengthen my resolve and set off into the unknown forest.
