At the studio that monday, Abby, Shane, Lauren and Skye were at the front desk as Gianna was in Studio A getting things ready for the next competition.
"Where are we gonna head next, mom?" Skye asked Abby.
"This week, we'll be going to Tinley Park, which isn't far from here to attend OnStage NY and this time, instead of having a group dance, we'll have all solos." Abby responded.
"Cool." Lauren stated.
"Shane, just to let you know, you'll have another solo and it's gonna be called The Kingpin because i know you love to go bowling whenever we get the chance." Abby informed.
"Thanks for letting me know, hopefully i can bowl my way to another win." Shane said as his mother and sisters laughed.
"Good one, Bro." Lauren said, then once everybody arrived, they got ready for the whole week and everyone was given solos, Maddie was given two and that irked Christi to no end.
(Shane's costume for The Kingpin: Black Nylon/Spaned snap front shirt with contrasting trim, black stretch velvet pants)
That saturday Abby, Shane, Lauren, Skye, the girls and moms all arrived at the convention center in Tinley Park, where OnStage NY was and Cathy and Vivi, who were gonna meet them there because Cathy didn't like being in charge of things and had to follow Abby's rules and decided to not ride the bus with them and that irked Abby and crew and they went into a dressing room and got ready.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to the stage, Maddie with Acapella!" Maddie came on to the stage to applause and she began her dancing as the music began playing and she was great with her dancing and at the end, she posed and headed off stage.
"Mom, Maddie's taps were as quick as a bell." Lauren observed.
"You know it." Abby agreed.
"Mackenzie's Solo coming up next." Skye stated.
"She'll do as great as Maddie." Melissa stated.
"Coming up to the stage is Mackenzie with Mouse Trap!" Mackenzie rolled on to the stage and she did good with her solo and when she did her pose, she left the stage and she met up with Melissa backstage.
"You were so good!" Melissa exclaimed as she hugged Mackenzie. "I'm so proud of you! Everyone was clapping for you!"
"I know, i heard." Mackenzie said.
Back on the stage, a routine was finished and Vivi-Anne was waiting to do her solo next.
"Next on the stage is Vivi-Anne with Bumble Bee." Vivi stood on the stage and she did decent with her dance and she did a pose at the end and she posed at the end left the stage.
"Please welcome Brooke with Break Me!" Brooke came on to the stage and she did all right with her solo even though she had some flaws, she completed the dance at the end of the music and left the stage.

"Up next is Shane with The Kingpin!" Shane walked from the wings of the stage and when the music began playing, he went into dancing mode by nailing his moves and tricks from start to finish and then he posed and headed off the stage.
"Coming up is Nia with You Do!" Nia walked on to the stage and she had some flaws at first, but she managed to complete the dance before heading off stage when she was done.
"Next we have Paige with Double Take!" Paige strutted on the stage and she began her dance and she was doing well at first, but then at one point, she froze up and Kelly was cringing and so were the moms.
"Oh, boy." Shane muttered as Abby was shaking her head. "Mom, has this happened to you in recent years?"
"No." Abby answered her son. "That hasn't happened to me in 25 years and that was in 1986, way before you and your sisters were born."
"Mom, she could have at least made up some moves to keep dancing." Lauren added.
"What LoLo said." Skye stated.
"I agree to be honest with you." Abby agreed as Paige headed off stage and ran to the dressing room as Kelly followed her and as Kelly went into the dressing room and saw her younger daughter crying.
"Don't be sad." Kelly told her. "You looked beautiful from what you did do, however."
"No i didn't." Paige sniffed. "I didn't remember my tuck."
"You were perfect. Paige, don't worry about it, it's a dance. Who cares?" Kelly assured.
"It's my own solo though." Paige cried.
"It's not your fault that it was messed up." Kelly said as she hugged Paige and later backstage, Maddie got ready for her second solo and she went in the hallway and ran through her solo while Christi was fuming, she thought it was unfair that Maddie got two solos.
"Abs, is it all right if i have Shane walk with me to the audience?" Melissa asked.
"Sure thing."
"Shane, do you want to walk with me and Kenz to the audience?" Melissa offered.
"Sure, Mel." Shane got up, he had changed into an ALDC button down baseball jersey and trackpants and began walking to the audience with Melissa and Mackenzie so they could see Maddie and Chloe's solos.
"Melissa! Shane!" Christi called, hoping to talk to Shane and Melissa to convince them to pull Maddie's solo, but Shane, Melissa and Mackenzie kept walking to take their seats. "Melissa! Shane!"
Christi shrugged as Kelly approached her.
"Is Melissa letting Maddie do her second solo?" Kelly wondered.
"Yeah. I called her and Shane and they both ignored me." Christi grumbled and then everybody except for Maddie and Chloe were all in the audience.

"Please welcome to the stage Maddie with Cry!" Maddie walked on the stage and went into a pose as she waited for her music to start and once it began playing, that signaled for Maddie to dance and she was poetry in motion with her dancing and at the end, she posed and left the stage.
"Up next is Chloe with Mother." Chloe went on to the stage and she did her solo, she did well even though she had some flaws and then at the end she left the stage and it was awards time next.

In the hallway, Shane and the girls all ran to Abby, Gianna, Skye, Lauren and the moms and Shane and the girls got a lot of hugs.
"Great job, bro!" Lauren and Skye both said to Shane as they hugged him.
"You really put on the ritz out there!" Abby exclaimed, proud of her son.
"Thanks."
"Who knows what you'll have up your sleeve next?" Gianna commented.
"One never knows."
"All right, let's head to the dressing room and pack up and head for home." Abby said.
"Abby, we need to talk." Christi stated.
"Christi, don't ruin this day, just let it be." Shane told Christi.
"I think it's about to get ugly." Lauren whispered to her sister.
"Yeah." Skye responded.
"This has nothing to do with you." Christi told Shane as Abby was glaring at Christi for making that comment towards her son. "I'm serious, Abby, we need to talk in the hallway now. Are you kidding, i'm a paying client and you won't say a word to me?!"
"No, nothing's worth that much money." Abby responded she, Shane, Lauren, Skye, Gianna, the moms and the girls.
"Mom, Christi should't talk about you when Chloe is present." Lauren said.
"Yeah, Chloe's gonna get hurt because of her mother doing that that. Chloe's never gonna be able to trust you if her mother doesn't trust you. Me, LoLo and Shane trust you because we love you." Skye commented.
"I love you all too and you know it." Abby agreed.
"Shane-O, you looked handsome in the putting on the ritz costume." Melissa complimented.
"What mom said." Maddie said.
"Thanks."
"No problem."
"We don't want to ruin the 'Weighted' victory." Christi stated.
"I'm not ruining this day." Abby calmly responded, knowing Christi was about to snap, then Shane eyed a wine bottle.
"Christi, i assume you have a logical explanation about this, do you?" Shane asked sternly.
"Don't do this in front of my daughters!" Melissa told Christi, who took the bottle from the table.
"We should all go in the hallway because i tried talking to you..." Christi turned to Abby and Shane. "I tried talking to the both of you!"
"I'm not saying diddly squat to you." Melissa said to Christi.
"Let's head into the hallway!"
"My daughters are happy, i'm not going anywhere."
"Christi, chill out." Shane interjected, trying to diffuse the situation. "We just won."
"SHUT UP, SHANE!" Christi roared. "STAY OUT OF THIS!"
"HEY, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO EVER TELL ANY OF MY KIDS TO SHUT UP!" Abby snapped at Christi telling her son to shut up, it would irk Abby's nerve when someone brought Shane, Lauren and/or Skye into the mix during a fight with a mother, but Christi ignored her and kept ranting.
"Do you want to talk about the thins that should be talked about?"
"Now's not the time, this is the weekend and you aren't paying for my time now!"
"That's because you don't want to talk about it!"
"Talk about what?!"
"You're making my daughter cry, shut up!" Melissa growled as Maddie and Mackenzie both started crying as Lauren and Skye, even though they were 9 going on 10, they were strong and went to comfort Mackenzie as Gianna hugged Maddie.
"Kenzie, it's gonna be all right." Skye assured Mackenzie.
"How many times has Chloe beat Maddie this year?!" Christi roared. "The deck was stacked against us because you, Abby and Shane all did it!"
"Get out!" Melissa said to Christi.
"Let's go!" Christi shouted. "So it's all right when your daughters or Abby's kids feel bad but it doesn't matter when Chloe feels bad--"
"YOUR DAUGHTER IS HOLDING A NATIONAL TITLE AND I WILL TAKE IT AWAY IN A SECOND BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN SAY ANYTHING!" Abby roared and Shane was clearly livid that Christi had to start something.
"All right with me, i'll leave the studio!" Christi exclaimed.
"Where are you gonna go, huh?!" Shane scoffed as Skye and Lauren were helping the moms get the girls out of the dressing room while Abby and Shane were fighting with Christi, then Shane grabbed the wine bottle. "And another thing..."
Shane then threw the wine bottle to the ground and it broke.
"You need to drop the drinking because you're nothing but an uneducated mess of an embarrassment!"
Christi roared in anger as she stormed out of the dressing room and was cursing.
"Are you ok, son?" Abby asked Shane.
"Yeah. Christi has finally gone loony." Shane responded as Abby laughed. "Let's get outta here."
"Ditto."
Abby and Shane both left the dressing room and they all went home.
