《To Be A Dad (Irondad and Spiderson)》30:Wrong, Everything Goes Wrong

Tony sighed as he watched Stephen try to fix his hands. "Steph maybe you should give it a rest." Stephen shook his head.
"I can't tony, I fucking can't." Stephen glared at his hands. "I need to fix them and I'm going to. I just need to find someone." Tony sighed and nodded, wrapping his arms around his husband.
"You can do whatever you want to do Steph, just be careful." Stephen nodded and sighed as wrapped his arms around Tony.
"I'll be back soon." Tony nodded and watches him leave. He wished he asked where Stephen was going.
____
Tony sighed as he finished unpacking the last box. Peter sat across from him, pouting and sad. "Don't worry Petey. We'll return to the lake house soon, it's only for a little while."
Jarvis fixed the last frame on the wall and looked over. "Look on the bright side, you'll get new friends and find new adventures." Jarvis tried to cheer him up but the kid just seemed to get even more upset.
"Want to go home." The other two looked at each other before looking at Peter. Tony sighed and hugged the tiny seven-year-old.
"Aunt Pepper is here, along with uncle Happy. I'm sure it won't be too bad." Peter sighed but nodded, leaving to go to his room, leaving tony to look after him worryingly.
"Don't worry Sir, I'm sure he'll adjust after a while." Tony just sighed and nodded.
"Hopefully, he is going to a new school on Monday." Jarvis looked over at the iron man backpack that sat on a chair. "I wish Stephen was still here, he was better cheering him up sometimes."
Jarvis sighed now, knowing how hard Stephen's accident was on the small family. Stephen left, only texting and emailing Tony that he's fine and that he found help.

Tony was a wreck sometimes, not used to being an only parent again, and even with Jarvis, it was hard. "We'll be alright Tony," Jarvis said softly before leaving the room.
Tony tried to trust him but when Monday came and went he realized that maybe they wouldn't be okay.
Monday started okay, he dropped Peter off, wishing him good luck, and only left when Peter looked comfortable in the classroom. Then he went and hung out with the Avengers and he even called Stephen by lunchtime.
It was only after lunch did things start going downhill. He was called out to go on a mission, he told Jarvis to pick up Peter if he didn't make it back in time and left.
He didn't expect to find a witch and her insanely fast brother.
And that's when the rest of the day went downhill, especially with his crazy new idea that he only told Bruce and Hellen Cho about.
(Only watched Age of Ultron once and that was a long time so I don't remember exactly what happened)
Tony also never thought he'd see his kid beat up when he got home but there he was on the couch with an ice pack. "Petey! What happened?" Tony kneeled in front of him, taking in the bruised nose and black eye on his seven-year-old.
"This kid named Flash was mean to me. But this other kid name Wade helped me." Tony couldn't help but be furious, who the hell raised Flash?
"Jarvis?" The Android came walking out with a wet towel.
"Yes I called the school, they are looking into it. Peter only has bruises and nothing else too serious." Jarvis answered, sitting down next to Peter to clean his face.
Tony rolled his eyes and sighed, bring his kid into his lap. "What was the good part of school today kiddie?" Peter shrugged.

"I made three friends," Peter mumbled. "Ned was my first friend, and he introduced me to Wade and MJ. They're nice. They said we were friends." Tony nodded, smiling a bit.
"I'm glad you made friends." Peter nodded and yawned. Tony kept holding him while Peter fell asleep. "Tell the principal I to want a meeting with Flash's parents." Jarvis nodded
"Of course Sir."
____
"Jarvis!" Tony was barely able to grab on to the android before the man was falling on the floor. "Hey, buddy. It's alright." Tony kept his hold on Jarvis. "What is it J? What happened?"
Jarvis' eyes ran wild with coding. "Ultron." Tony shook his head. Jarvis turned to look at his creator, smiling weakly. "Good night Sir." Tony watched the eyes go dark, the blue in them fading.
"J? Jarvis? Hey?" He gently slapped the AI but didn't get a response. He choked on a sob and held the body closer to him. He just lost his son.
He stayed there for hours, holding the dead body and looking at the broken code in front of him. "It's okay J. We'll be okay." He spoke softly, laying the body down on the couch before sitting across from it. "Thank you, Jarvis." He whispered as he got up and left, shutting the workshop down for good.
Tony lost two of the most important people in life and he was supposed to just move on?
He can't even protect Peter at this point.
What was he going to do?
