Author's note: lest this be misinterpreted, hog slop is to swine as fodder is to ruminants, as in cannon fodder. Years ago a grocer in a tiny shop said to me, unbidden, "Politicians are the lowest form of life on Earth. They thrive on working people"s sweat and the working class's children's blood." Also, the formerly conscious constituents of this vile creature's meals would surely speak what the slop says here, if only they might.

The Beta Test
Our nameless narrator participates in a beta test for an early VRMMO game Meridian 60. That's not the real name but it captures the spirit of the adventure given the chronological and contextual era of the game. His character is unique and special but purely for mundane reasons and not because of any inherent or social significance. The first chapter which is mandatory to submit a story on RR serves as a bit of a prologue with some exposition, although I limited that to a reasonble level. I plan to begin releasing additional chapters starting Thursday, to align with the 48 hour submission approval process and also because I have something to do Wednesday. I haven't written anything but the summary and first chapter, nor have I plotted anything out. This is because my plan is to release roughly 34000 words a day, 10 chapters of ~12.5 pages each, for 3 days at which point the story will be complete. I'd have liked to plan for more but handling the interface tables and so forth needed for a data heavy litrpg slows down the writing process. 100k words is a bit short, a standard pre epic fantasy 300 page spec fic novel, but this is mostly a writing exercise and I am considering a longer project if I can maintain the pace. Probably do a different concept, maybe a dungeon core, over 5 days, since a 500 page novel is more common these days. Dungeon of books
Jacob when rip from his world by radiation sickness, and brought to nothingness. Finds himself wandering into a world of magic and wonders. Yet when he arrives in that world he finds himself as a book with the power to create Demi-planes. With this newfound power to create worlds inside books he gets classified as a dungeon, well he was a dungeon, but now the people recognize him as a dungeon. Plus, is there any good adventure without the chance of death? So then why would Jacob baby the experience of exploring his Demi-planes? Yeah, sure, he may be slightly insane from the nothingness, but that is for another time. Yet, If anyone wants to take away his creation and passion, he will do far worse than just killing them would. The earlier chapters in the story have yet to be rewritten, and just from this brief stunt so far I have improved by a mile and more. So don't be surprised when you see the worst grammar of your life in them. But I must say I am terrible at grammar but amazing at coming up with a story.
