《Frenemies》Chapter 9: Jerking Off To Lia

"I'm not changing my mind Jae. You'll get the remaining money slowly...I promise you that," you sighed, irritated and completely exhausted over the tiring day you had at the BigHit building.
Having to stride away, run and catch a bus, and then run some more to get to Jae's secluded complex, you were beyond tired. Plus, I think I taste a little bit of blood at the back of my throat. That bad? You rolled your eyes at yourself. I'm so unfit.
"Why choose this when you can just work alongside me one last time and be debt free?" Jae asked, eyes narrowed as his arms remained crossed tensely at his chest.
The look on his face explained just how confused he was with your decisions on no longer stealing for him. He didn't understand the idea of "sticking to your morals for a change" as all he seemed to see was inconvenience.
"...because, I want to collect the rest of the money legally."
"I doubt what those boys are making you do is legal," Jae retorted, body stern.
"Touché," you sighed, chest heaving when remembering how many crusty feet you had to massage during these two weeks.
Sure, the first week was horrible. But the second week, growing used to the treatment, all while, trying to push back any feelings of regret, it scared you how comfortable and in routine you were with the foot massages.
The second week had flew by, streets growing quieter with Bangtan news, fans slowly relaxing...Jungkook's still an ass but hopefully that will die down eventually too.
"So what you say?" Jae piped, eyes permanently squinting at this point.
You let out another long sigh before rolling onto your back heel. Heading for his door, you shook your head.
"Sorry Jae."
"Well, then I guess I'll rob them on my own then..." Jae trailed off, watching as you instantly froze mid step.
Body turning around before it could even successfully turn away, your wide eyes found the man who slowly let a grin pull onto his face.
"Leave them alone."
"They're popular...they sell well," Jae said, grinning while the muscles around his squinted eyes relaxed and gleamed instead.
"Jae, they've been through so much because of you-"
"Me?"
"- us," you corrected, face scrunching, "...us. We're both responsible for the uproar caused in the fandom and for the maknae's life...all for money. But please, things are finally starting to slowly settle down, try out another group if anything."
"So you're picking favourites now?" Jae snapped, chuckling as he grew amused.
"No. I'm not," you sighed, knowing you were probably sounded ridiculous, "It's just they've been robbed more than enough. What's the fun in taking advantage of them more...?"
"It's fun because towing with them clearly makes you uncomfortable," Jae mumbled honestly, smirk growing.
You found your face to form a deadly glare.
"You've already got plans for my family to form a human centipede for fucks sake; don't involve a group of idol boys in this mix."
"So, you don't care for them?"
Your brows furrowed when viewing the man's expression. It wasn't exactly teasing anymore...nor was it threatening. It was almost as if he was lost in his thoughts, thinking long and hard right through you. It was weird. Really weird, what's up with him?
"I'm their fan so I do care," you said softly, brows still knit as you evaluated his behaviour, "but my family is above everyone else in my life."

Jae nodded.
You grew incredibly freaked over his expression.
"You okay?" you asked genuinely.
"What?"
"You look sick."
Jae swallowed, "Y-Yeah, I'm okay. Just get home safe and keep bringing in the money."
Nodding, you were unsure to move. Forcing your every step, you found yourself to start moving towards the exit. Stopping once almost near the knob that would give you an exit to this confusing hellhole, you grinned playfully before catching Jae's glance one last time.
"Please do feel free to look at my ass as I leave," you piped, wiggling your brows, "I've been doing squats recently and would love the attention."
You felt like you won a million dollars when the man actually smiled at that.
Winking over at him, you left.
He laughed when you purposely did a low squat by the door before completely rushing out.
"Why are you like this?" he piped, laughing as he shook his head with a roll of eyes, "I'm a literal criminal and you behave so casually I d-"
"You used to be a friend," you shrugged, smiling, "criminal or not, I know we've always laughed at the same things..."
Jae's smile faltered a little at that. Eyes back to squinting, there was that look again. That sickening look that you couldn't find the answer to...you couldn't understand the look.
You slipped out of the home, suddenly awkward and almost nostalgic.
-
You slipped into the Bangtan home, suddenly exhausted and almost angry.
The moment you found that you weren't alone in the house; you felt your blood boil even more. Out of all 7 boys, it had to be Min Yoongi falling behind. Of course, this universe hates my very existence.
"What're you doing here?" Yoongi asked, eyes narrowing as he instantly stood up from the couch.
You slowed down while walking in with your bag draped on your shoulder. It was one thing to check on Jae in the mornings, but then to go to school and then come back over to BTS's home because of an ordering text sent by Jungkook was another...why can't he just leave me be in the evenings?
"I was told to come by to clean up the place," you said, frozen as you awaited the ongoing questions the suspicious man was probably going to toss your way.
Yoongi's brow cocked. "This late? I doubt Jungkook asked you to come by," Yoongi said through his teeth, eyeing you like some criminal – well, in his eyes I am just that so I don't hold it against him. But dang, he should chill off on the hateful stares once in a while.
"Well, I was surprised I was called in at this time as well," you mumbled, moving past him so you could have your backpack lean against the corner by the television.
Moving to pull out your phone from your pocket, you flashed open a conversation for Yoongi to read. The older man glanced at the screen, eyes alert and narrowing when reading every word put forth.
Come over 6 pm sharp.
There's a list in the kitchen for you to complete.
- Jungkook
Yoongi's tongue moved to poke at his inner cheek as he read the text message. Personally, he was surprised. He knew how Jungkook felt about his evenings. After coming home, Yoongi was sure the maknae wouldn't normally be pleased to see your face prancing about in the home. Which is why you'd normally come to clean earlier in the day compared to the evening...but why text her to come now? That makes no sense...

"See?" you popped, a small smile forming on your lips as your eyes gleaming with the clear look of 'I told you so'.
"I see."
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll get to work quickly so I can leave just as quickly."
"There's a problem to that," Yoongi quickly stated, finger going to the air as he let out a fake chuckle.
"What?" you asked, straightening your back before shoving your phone back into your pocket.
"I threw away the sheet from the table counter. I thought it was an old list...plus it was in the way of my sandwich and I got irritated," Yoongi mumbled, shrugging as if the list being in filth wasn't his problem.
Your jaw clenched at that.
Yoongi tried not to smile as he shrugged exaggeratedly. "I'll let you be as you fetch it out and start," he piped, waving you off as he started to walk over to the couch and slump on it all over again.
"Don't you have somewhere else to be?" you snapped, not wanting to have him watch you running around the messy home.
"I did. But since you're here, I'm not leaving," Yoongi said, comfortably having his backside meet the cushions of the couch, "I'm not dumb enough to trust a criminal here alone."
You eyed him in disbelief. That's complete bullshit.
"I've been left here every day to clean while you've all gone out for work," you defended irritated, "Do you see anything missing? No. So, get your head out of your ass and let me do my work in peace."
"You've got a point there," Yoongi said, blunt and honest.
He didn't move from his spot however.
You stood there, arms across your chest.
"Leave."
"No."
You eyed him. He eyed you. Involuntarily, the both of you had a stare off.
He blinked and you grinned.
"Don't smile for long, this place is a dump," Yoongi mumbled, propping his legs up onto the coffee table, "chop chop! Get to work."
"What's up with Jungkook and you getting amusement out of ruining my life?" you popped, smiling forcefully as you went to go grab at a broom that was left by you next to the fridge.
You had to buy that broom to begin with, out of your own pocket; the home had been a complete disaster before you stepped through the door. And yet they still don't show any sort of appreciation for my hard work... You cursed at all 7 members internally.
"I've got better things other than focusing on you and your life," Yoongi retorted.
You rolled your eyes, laughing a little.
"Sure, and the photographer you planted to literally 'ruin my life' was out of what then? Admit it, you want to see me crash and burn."
Yoongi grinned at that.
"He was planted, but he won't do anything with those pictures I promise you," Yoongi chuckled, feeling the need to snort but holding all of it in, "I only staged that so I could freak you out for a while...I have the reel of photos and deleted every bit."
Your brows furrowed deeply at that. The first thing going through your mind was the fact that when asking Vee, she had said that she had the guy and the pictures...but then Yoongi's saying different? Is this asshole lying? Your jaw clenched as you gave Yoongi the dirtiest glare.
Yoongi pursed his lips from smiling to huge.
"I swear, cross my heart," he piped, hands going up in defence, "the pictures have been destroyed and I made sure of it."
You ignored him. You trusted Vee and were going to stick to her words. Whatever he says, I'll have it go through one ear and out the other...
"Can't we just start over?" you mumbled, starting to sweep at the ground as you let the tiredness seep out of you, "...a peace offering maybe? I'm tired of this."
Yoongi's eyes narrowed, but there was so much amusement in his orbs. He grinned.
Watching as he stood up from his spot, you froze. Lightly having the broom stand next to you in your hand, you watched as his smirk turned...kind?
"Let me help ya."
Your eyes widened at that, a huge smile forming on your face when seeing him signal his finger at the broom. Seeing his fingers move towards the broom, your smile fell just as quick as it appeared when the man knocked the broom slowly to the side. This caused the dirt the broom had collected to expand across the floor all over again. Before you could save the broom, it fell into the pile of mess you were just collecting...
"Oops," Yoongi popped.
"Again," you groaned, bending to pick up the broom, "I thought you said you had better things to do than ruin my life."
"I do," Yoongi sang out, trying his hardest not to laugh, "But this right here is just fun."
You watched as he turned his back to the leave the living room. You didn't think twice, nor did you hesitate, to raise your middle finger out to his boney backside.
Having the middle finger fall when he turned around, you forced a smile on your face. You knew he saw what you were doing so the smile became more genuine on your face. That's right, suck on that finger bish, I'm glad you noticed it, you cooed internally, angry and exhausted from this overly drawing exchange with the idol.
"About that peace offering," Yoongi said, the muscles around his eyes crinkling in a cute manner, "I'll think about it."
With that, he disappeared into his room.
-
You disappeared into Yoongi's room.
First, you cleaned and had all of the living room space grow spotless. You'd find messes that were purposely left behind for you. A few things like, toys, rotten foods, and what looked like dirtied socks, is all that you found lingering about in many of the boy's rooms.
Finishing up with Jimin's room, you weren't surprised when Yoongi tiredly pushed past you only to ignore you completely when crashing in the man's room. This, left you to be able to go into Yoongi's space and clean.
Now, here you were, while Yoongi lay asleep.
Able to look around the room, you cleaned and were surprised it wasn't as messy as the others. It even looked like someone had made an effort to clean... did he clean his room? You felt a sense of hope ring through your gut at the thought. Maybe Yoongi was serious about slowly and surely putting all of this behind us. You found yourself smiling a little when cleaning out his room.
Moving to his bathroom, nothing came out to strike you as the ordinary. It frankly smelt kind of nice as well. The shower was neatly shiny, the counters were scrubbed...awwwwwww, Yoongi!
You were smiling like an idiot.
...but then it happened.
Glancing at the note that sat on top of the toilet seat, you held it. Brows knitting, you let the cap to the toilet open and reveal what was left inside.
It was clogged.
A wave of fumes instantly rose to your nostrils causing you to gag instantly.
Mommmyyyyyyyyyy! You whined internally, cursing, smile vanished.
You glanced at the white note...
"Here's my peace offering," it read.
-
"Here's my peace offering my ass," you mumbled to yourself, sweeping away at Jungkook's room, "wait till I clog up your arteries like how you clogged that toilet..."
You were rambling, cursing, and planning attacks on Yoongi as you viciously swept Jungkook's room. The filthiest room of them all...all done on purpose as well I suppose.
You sighed internally. Continuing to man-handle the broom stick, you were surprised it didn't break in half.
Teeth chattering and eyes fixed on the ground, you didn't seem to notice the front door to the home open. The only moment where your cleaning slowed down was the moment voices were heard in the hallway. Both voices were nearing the bedroom you stood straight and proud in.
You were proud because you did as asked, and although you were terribly angry and sick of everyone's bullshit, you pulled through. I'm also proud I didn't kill Yoongi in his sleep.
"You can't avoid how you feel forever," a voice mumbled over at another form.
It was Taehyung's voice.
You stood in your spot for a moment, suddenly intrigued over the conversation.
"You like Lia noona," Taehyung said, chuckling a little, "just admit it."
Your brows jumped at that. Instantly excited, you hoped for Jin to be the receiving end of that conversation. Even though everyone was an asshole to her in this group, Lia wasn't. And if Lia liked Jin, you were thrilled for it to go down happily and fairy tale like. Sighing, you tried not to freak out in your skin when walking closer to the bedroom door.
Refraining from having your ear pressed against the wood, you tried to act natural and casual in your own skin.
"I do," the second voice admitted, "and it's obvious."
Your smile instantly dropped.
The voice wasn't Jin. It was Jungkook.
Nose scrunching in disgust, you were about to move away from the door, snort, and laugh out loud at the new information gathered. Instead, you froze in your spot when hearing your name come about in the murmuring in the hallway.
"Which explains Y/N..."
Your brows furrowed.
"Yes," Jungkook sighed, more defeated, "On one hand I wanted to be nice to the girl and help her out."
You shook your head at no one in particular at that. He was kind to offer this job...even though I am being treated like shit. Does that still make it kind gesture? I don't even know anymore.
"...but on the other hand," Jungkook continued, "I feel like I only offered help because I saw how distressed Lia was for Y/N."
Your face scrunched at that. Hand going to your chest, you were genuinely offended. This bitch better catch these hands, you roared internally, rolling up your sleeves as you stood with the broom by the door.
So this whole thing was just so he'd get on the better side of Lia huh? Asshole alert to the max, you mumbled mentally, rolling your eyes as you tried to convince yourself that you didn't care what Jungkook used you for.
"Where is Y/N by the way? She was supposed to be here this morning right?"
Your brows furrowed at that.
"Looks like she actually did show up early," Jungkook said, shifting the topic as he glanced around.
Great, he probably noticed my hard work now...couldn't appreciate it the moment you walked in? You were hilariously annoyed.
"Why call her so early?"
"I don't like being distracted at night...I mean it's almost 9 pm at this point. I'm tired and want to sleep," Jungkook piped, moving towards his bedroom door you still stood behind, "Plus, seeing her face at night while I'm trying to relax is like seeing the devil before you falling into a nightmare, so no thank yo-"
Jungkook stopped his sentence the moment the bedroom door opened before he could even touch at the knob.
Eyes bouncing up to meet your gaze, Jungkook got to see you grinning forcefully, waving at him with a broom still dangling by your side.
"Well too bad, Satan is present and in your room."
"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked, growing angry as in his mind, he had been clear that you weren't to come any later than 6am.
"Learn how to text buddy," you waved the phone in his face.
He read the text and felt more awkward as Taehyung snorted and moved to leave. Both Jungkook and Taehyung knew 100% that you had heard the conversation in the hall. It was present on your face; you had a bitter grin that simply annoyed Jungkook gradually as time went by.
"Well, you can leave now."
"Aw, why're you kicking me out?" you sang out, collecting the dust as Jungkook moved into the room.
"I like my space at night to myself."
"Busy jerking off to Lia," you snorted, picking up the dustbin that was filled with filth from the maknae's room, "Got it."
Jungkook's eyes widened at that, stopping and spinning to face you grinning, trying to walk over and towards his bathroom so you could dispose of the garbage.
"Excuse me?"
"I'm assuming this is your alone-pervert-time, so coming in the mornings for me is a necessity," you further teased, "I'm so sorry boss, I won't accidentally come too late next time."
"If any of this gets out to Lia, I swe-"
"Chill out," you called numbly out, nose crinkling in revolution when looking around at the bathroom being unclean, "I won't say a word. Wouldn't want her poor mind to be clouded with disgust knowing you have a crush on her."
"Funny."
