《Camille Lupin the Unicorn》McGonagall's Office

Camille's POV
We arrive at McGongall's office and I let the children go in first with Lockhart. "Ginny!" Molly squeals and hugs her daughter. Arthur joins them. I notice Professor Dumbledore was standing by the mantelpiece, beaming, next to Professor McGonagall, who was taking great, steadying gasps, clutching her chest.
"Sorry we're late, had to move some heavy rocks" I tell them.
"Glad you are all alive Miss Prewett" Dumbledore tells me. Fawkes went whooshing past Harry's ear and settled on Dumbledore's shoulder. As Ron is pulled into a hug by his mother.
"You saved her! How did you do it?" Molly asks the boys and I.
"I think we'd all like to know that" McGonagall says looking at me.
"Wasn't me, it was all Harry and Ron" I tell them. I lay the sorting hat, diary and sword on the desk. As Harry and Ron start to explain they're version of events. When they got to the part of going down the pipes. I decide to put in my version of events before they continued.
"That's when I came in" I state. "I was on my patrol when Myrtle Warren appeared looking distrot. She told me about how Harry and Ron had found the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets. How they entered it with Lockhart. I sent her here and went after the boys.
I arrived to a cave in, no one was hurt aside from Lockhart. But they were separated from each other. Harry went on while I help Ron clear the rocks so that Harry and Ginny could get back through. At some point Fawkes appeared and flew through the hole with the sorting hat. While I sent Lockhart to a corner" I explain.
Harry then continues on with what happened in the chamber. But I can tell he is leaving something important out. He looks at Dumbledore. "What interests me most, is how Lord Voldemort managed to enchant Ginny. When my sources tell me he is currently in hiding in the forests of Albania" Dumbledore states. Of course he is keeping tabs on Voldemort.

"You-Know-Who? En-enchant Ginny? But Ginny's not... Ginny hasn't been... has she?" Arthur asks stunned.
"It was this diary, Riddle wrote in it when he was sixteen" Harry tells us. Dumbledore took the diary from the desk and peered keenly down his long, crooked nose. At its burnt and soggy pages.
"Brilliant. Of course, he was probably the most brilliant student Hogwarts has ever seen. Aside from certain witch" Dumbledore says giving me a side glance. "Very few people know that Lord Voldemort was once called Tom Riddle. I taught him myself, fifty years ago, at Hogwarts. He disappeared after leaving the school. When he resurfaced as Lord Voldemort, he was barely recognizable. Hardly anyone connected Lord Voldemort with the clever, handsome boy who was once Head Boy here" he explains.
"What's our Ginny got to do with - with - him?" Molly asks confused.
"His diary, I've b-been writing in it, and he's been w-writing back all year" Ginny stutters.
"Haven't I taught you anything. What have I always told you? Never trust anything that can think for itself if you can't see where it keeps its brain? Why didn't you show the diary to me, or your mother? A suspicious object like that, it was clearly full of Dark Magic!" Arthur exclaims.
"I didn't know" Ginny sobs. "I found it inside one of the books Mum got me. I th-thought someone had just left it in there and forgotten about it" she explains.
"I think Ginny has been through enough and should be taken to the hospital wing along with Lockhart" I state.
"I agree and why have you been so quiet Gilderoy?" Dumbledore asks.
"He tried to do a Memory Charm and the wand backfired" Ron states.
"He hasn't a clue who he is" I add.

"Please escort him and the other three to the hospital wing" Dumbledore tells me. I nod my head. I grab Lockhart by the arm and drag him from the room. Molly, Arthur and Ginny following me.
"Honestly why do I have to be stuck with the idiot?" I grumble to myself. We arrive at the hospital wing to see Madame Pomfrey giving the petrified patients the mandrake potion. "I'll do that, these two need your help" I tell her. "Just rescued Ginny from the Chamber, the beast is dead. But Lockhart is suffering from memory lose, from a memory charm that back fired" I explain.
"Oh very well" she grumbles handing me the potion. "I've done all on the right, you do the ones on the left. Only a mouthful each" she instructs and I nod my head. I go about my task of reviving the petrified students on the left side of the hospital wing. Once they had all awaken they were sent to the great hall to ate. I then wrote a letter to Saint Mungo's for Madame Pomfrey regarding Lockhart. She thought is best he be sent there, which I am happy about. Finally getting rid of the idiot. I then go to bed.
