《The Ripper》Lupa

The car soon arrived at the old radio station and just as Agent Michaels had speculated there was no soldiers around the place with shrubs and countless weeds growing around the place the whole environment basically screamed abandoned.
They got out of the car with Valarie and Agent Michaels in the lead with Elise sticking close behind then with Rose in her arms. Moving some branches out of the way the came before a fence with a chain which was held by a padlock. Agent Michaels reached out to the padlock and began tugging on it withdrawing his hand as he saw it had no effect, he turned to face the others.
Agent Michaels: “welp seems this is locked…”
*bang* a gunshot interrupted his speech followed by a clang, turning to the source of the sound he saw the padlock which was firmly latched onto the fence had now fallen unto the grown smoking along with the chain. Slowly turning around his eyes turned to Valarie.
The agent had a nonchalant air around her, causing Agent Michaels to wonder where the Director really recruited this woman from cause she sure as hell wasn’t like any other recruit he had.
Ignoring his own thoughts, the four of them made their way into the station with Valarie shooting down any locks in their way, finally arriving at where they could access the tower above to send a message to the outside world, wasting no time Agent Michaels got to work trying to get a signal.
Elise: “so now what?” Elise spoke to Valarie.
Valarie: “now we pray he finishes what he is doing quickly.” Seeing Elise had a brow raised with confusion basically written in her face, Valarie continued.
Valarie: “considering what happened on our way here we can be sure the professor is looking for us. We might have been able to lose those soldiers but that won’t stop them, don’t forget they have this entire city completely surrounded. Now we have proven our mettle, the professor is sure to send someone even more dangerous.”

Hearing what Valarie had to say, Elise broke out into a cold sweat. She opened her mouth to speak when Valarie motioned for her to be quiet. Agent Michaels also came to an abrupt halt, straining his ears he heard faint sounds.
Elise looked between the two who were sharing a look with one another, she couldn’t hear the faint sounds but from the way the two were acting she knew something had happened. Valarie pulled out both her guns clocking them with her face gaining a frosty look.
Valarie: “how long do you need?” she whispered to Michaels.
Agent Michaels: “eight minutes… twelve minutes top.” He whispered back to her.
Valarie: “I hold them back, but I don’t know how many there are I’ll say you have ten minutes tops.”
They both shared a nod before Valarie headed out into the hallway closing the door as silently as possible, pointing both guns ahead her she began to search for their pursuers. All was silent for about a minute as she made her way through the old station but she soon came face to face with her pursuer. They were dressed in all black, they wore cargo pants along with combat boots, on their upper body they wore a black jacket with a hoodie with a combat over their chest, with a mouth mask the only thing was their eyes albeit barely.
Valarie was momentarily stunned for a moment seeing it was just one person, but fired soon after. *bang* bang* the gunshots resounded through out the entire building. With her guns still aimed at her pursuer her eyes widened. The pursuer who had dropped on one knee slowly stood up once more with the bullets falling out them, taking a look at their eyes which were now glowing a bright blue Valarie understood, they were a demi-human.

Valarie dropped her guns opting for close combat seeing her guns were useless. Rushing to them she jumped aiming a punch for their head, but they moved to the side responding with a punch of her own. Performing a dive roll, she avoided it before sweeping them of feet, pouncing on them but they pushed with a terrifying force that sent her directly into the ceiling, as she fell her face came in contact with an elbow which sent her rolling.
Getting up she felt for her nose before looking at her hand to see them dyed red, looking up she saw them perform a kick-up then turn to face her. Seeing this she got into a battle stance rearing for round two.
Back in the broadcasting room, Elise was completely nervous holding on to her daughter who was on the verge of tears, praying to whoever would listen that Valarie would be able to handle whoever came. Agent Michaels on the other hand let out a yes drawing attention to himself.
He paid no heed to them as he moved to an old pc and quickly began typing away. The new atmosphere was destroyed by a banging sound. Turning to the door all of them had their hearts beating, Elise began whispering to herself that maybe, just maybe they would be unable to enter and they would give but what happened next completely shattered her last but of hope.
A hand went through the door and ripped right off its hinges leaving a hooded figure before them.

Where Giants Fall
A fantasy LitRPG about traversing through worlds and slaying giants with nothing but a wooden suit and an army of treants. Nicholas Atkins didn't expect to wake up naked in the glowing woods. What he did expect was waking up to a hangover after last night's party- fortunately, that wasn't the case. Unfortunately though, he had worse problems to take care of than a headache. At first he blamed it on the alcohol; from what he recalled in Biology, glowing flowers didn't exactly exist in the realm of reality. However he was as sober as he could be, so next he blamed the drugs, but there was a problem- he didn't have the money to do drugs in the first place. When the fairies came, things became even weirder. Talks of climbing towers, magic tricks, and dinner were all on the table. Of course, dinner was the priority, but so was getting back home. However slowly, Nico realized that he might actually want to stay in this fantasy world. After all, he's had enough listening to Professor Paul's lecture on calculus- the swords and sorceries were just an added bonus. Still, staying in this new world has its own costs- and money is but one thing on that long, long list. Updated everyday except Saturday GMT+8 (Specific time varies by around 30 minutes). Writing test
So... It has come to my knowledge that I need a proper synopsis to post/save this so here goes a thing: Someone dies, and what comes after seems to be like one of those myths of old where you are brought to the afterlife, except, this particular soul's afterlife doesn't seem like it will be comfortable, will it? WARNING: I am only writing this because I want to see how long I can keep writing from here and I am only posting it in RR because I like the display. I advise you do not start reading it but if you do, know that I PROMISE NOTHING. Pd: I write in the night settings so it may be needed to see.
