They wasted no time getting into the car as they sped leaving the people who Valarie had taken out on the ground.
Valarie: “where to?”
Agent Michaels: “there is an old abandoned radio station, it’s close enough to the barrier they have up, I believe if we get close enough, I should be able to rig it so I am able to send a message through to E.V.O and be able to get people down here to get these guys… and rescue your boyfriend too of course.”
He turned saying the last bit to Elise who was seated at the back holding on to Rose tightly. She opened her mouth to utter a response but was cut off by Valarie.
Valarie: “we have a problem.”
Everyone’s attention was moved to the front of the car enabling them to see the men in full combat gear who were reigning in the chaos, at that moment one of the men spotted them and a spoke into a walkie-talkie mounted on his shoulder. The men around him pointed their guns at the vehicle alongside the man who spotted them first.
Man in combat suit: “GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW! I SAID OUT OF THE CAR NOW”
The tension was palpable, Agent Michaels had his gun drawn out, Elise hugged Rose even tighter while Rose began crying into her mother’s chest. Valarie face became stoic as she tightened her grip on the steering wheel watching the men coming closer with their guns still aimed at them, she saw their mouths move but she heard no sound looking around agent Michaels seemed to be saying something as well but her ears couldn’t hear anything at that exact moment all other sounds in the world had disappeared.
She closed her eyes, taking in a deep breadth before gently exhaling, opening her eyes which was now filled with pure determination. She pushed her feet on the pedal rushing into men causing them to jump to the sides to avoid being hit, rushing through a makeshift barricade she pulled into another road speeding in an attempt to get away.

Elise: “what was that?!”
Elise couldn’t hold it anymore and spoke up.
Agent Michaels: “Valarie presence earlier when she brought you back revealed our existence to the professor.”
Elise: “what?”
Agent Michaels: “the E.V.O has a track record in going against people like him and the organization behind him. So naturally after confirming our existence he is not taking any chances and trying to capture us not to mention both you and your daughter are great bargaining chips in getting Eric to comply with whatever it is they are planning”
*ting* bang* ting* the sounds of bullets making contact with the back car brought an abrupt end to the conversation in the car. *crack *smash* ‘Aaaahhh’
Agent Michaels: “get down!”
Agent Michaels gave an order as the rear windshield shattered under the intense gunfire, with Elise and Rose down Agent Michaels began to lay down cover fire trading shots with. At that moment there were at least five cars hot on their heels not counting the bikers leading the chase.
Agent Michaels: “we have to lose these guys. We won’t be able to make it to the station if we don’t.”
Valarie: “got it.”
Valarie gave a short reply as she pressed her foot on the gas pedal, the car began to gain sped at a terrifying rate as they inched closer and closer to a T-junction Elise eyes widened at the sight before her.
Elise: “slow down, slow down! Oh god no!”
*skrrt* the car moved into a sharp drift as the tires made a screeching sound before turning unto the next road. Her pursuers on the other could not react fast enough causing them to crash straight into the building some were able to stop right on time thinking they were safe but that all change when Agent Michaels fired a shot which made contact with a fuel tank that caused a chain of explosions.

Agent Michaels: “phew, we lost them”
Agent Michaels let out a sigh of relief as they had managed to lose their pursuers and would now be able to head straight for the station. Looking back at the backseat he could see Elise shaking like a leaf.
Agent Michaels: “are you okay?”
Elise: “please no more.”
Agent Michaels: chuckling “don’t worry its going to be a smooth ride from here on out.”
Back at the base,
The professor had just received the information, letting out a sigh he pinched the bridge of his nose.
Professor: “Lupa… bring them to me. The state in which you do so doesn’t matter.”
