Chapter 4.5 Temple of No”beck

Olsis brought back the child with him being blacked out. He told me that it was faster for him Ki swap his way here. That family technique was passed down from the No’becks. Allowing him to destroy his body and create it somewhere else. Oh, how I begged to learn that ability when I came here as a kid. Yet olsis’s father would never let an outsider learn it.
“Mruha, Yawn.”- Lyon
“You’re up lad! Took ya long enough.”
“How long was I out for?”
“Abouttttttttt, 8 hours.”
I didn't even know he was out for that long. Where was Olsis at, Lyon and him got here around an hour ago. Well, I think we should start his basic Ki fundamentals courses. 4 years of Ki fundamentals and 4 years of Combat fundamentals.
“Boy, we are going to start your training immediately. There is no time to waste.”
I grabbed the boy by the collar of his shirt and dashed into the temple.
“AAAH! What are you doing grandma!?”
“I'm taking you into the temple's training grounds.”

As I was flying through the hallways and shifting my body while holding the boy and I spun my body in a 213 degree spin to have maximum power. I threw the boy with so much might it caused a loud boom. I broke the sound barrier. I messed up, I let my suppressed sadnes and anger from this child's existence

As I watched a scared child seemingly slow down in my mind. The whole world slowing down. Lyon looks like a ghost. Olsis rushed past me with his dull red hair looking like a straight horizontal line. I made Lyon travel here by himself as I was full of sorrow and hatred for him. My only son died because of him. If he wouldn't have existed I would still have him here. I wanted to kill him so bad, no matter how much potential he has.

The world came back to normal speed, Olsis successfully grabbed Lyon before he hit the metal wall. I was disappointed and relived that he was saved.
“FRIEDA! HOW DARE YOU!”
Olsis was fired up. He launched himself preparing himself to fight.

It also comes to no surprise to me that half the people who read the first part stop reading any further. It has quite a bit of the good ‘ol ‘ultra-violence’ mixed with a great deal of realism. As much as I could fit into it from my own knowledge and experience in the elite forces. The first few chapters will be slow, after, but starting from ‘Restless Destroyer’ the remainder of the world will start to open up, and when we hit ‘Adronitis’ the prologue is largely finished. The novel is well thought out and filled with hidden lore, culture, history. So even if my word choice appears random – it’s not. There is a reason why these chapters take as long as they do. Vermodalen is fantasy adventure, with magic and heroics in an as realistic setting as I could fit. Things are rarely what they seem, and the ugly nature of people bleed through the letters at the turn of every page. I hope you can give this story a fair chance, even if it isn’t immediately to your taste. Lastly, english isn't my first language. It isn't my second one either. So, if you find errors in grammer and spelling, wordplay and sentance building, do let me know, and you will be rewarded by a surge of dopamine that will be released inside your brain for helping someone whom you haven't even seen or heard.
