《Felix's sister?!?! (Cauis love story info)》Old Friend
Advertisement
~~(Start Amilla's point of view)~~
During the night, I started to think about how to contact my old friend as I took off the lid to my sarcophagus and got inside of it. "Maybe the vision meant that I would return to Pompeii just to visit her for information." I said to myself as I got my blankets wrapped around me and got the pillow set under my head just right. Soon enough, I fell straight to sleep and I always do when I am in my sarcophagus.
~~(The next morning)~~
The next morning when I opened up my eyes, I saw that it seemed to be dark and when I started to stretch up my arms I hit the cover of the sarcophagus. Not knowing who put it on, I started to push it up when it was suddenly gone and I closed my eyes getting a little blinded by the sudden appearance of light.
Soon I heard someone laughing and I grinned when I remembered who laughs like that. "Leanna, you crazy girl." I said while sitting up and saw the grinning vampire woman staring at me while laughing. "Yeah, but you love me being crazy." She said as I got out and we both hugged each other tightly happy to see each other again.
"You're right, but how did you find me this time without your gift?" I asked since Leanna had always been able to find me even with her gift and she said while sitting down on my bed. "I was in Alaska visiting the Denali coven when I heard of another coven living in Forks and I guessed that you would want to check them out for yourself." Leanna said as I started to go through my clothes to pick out something to wear for today.
"Well you came around the right time then friend cause there has been many things going on, but I want you to meet the Cullen's first." I said as I went into the bathroom and changed quickly into a pair of simple jeans & a black t-shirt as I put on my old jacket from the 50's.

Leanna seemed curious of meeting the Cullen's and asked, "They live next door?" I nodded my head and left the room with her following behind me & she tossed me my dagger which I caught. "Yeah and they shared an interesting fact that my brother & Demetri are in the Volturi." I said and it was quiet while we went into my kitchen as I got myself some breakfast.
"Wow, even I wouldn't have guessed that Cauis had lied to you about your own brother." Leanna said as I got myself some cereal and sat down once I got some toast. "Yeah and well, the Cullen's & I will explain something to you once we get over there." I said having wanted to ask her if she had planned on going to Pompeii or it could have been someone else that got Alice to have the vision.
When I finished eating and put the dish in the sink, we left the house & sprinted over to the Cullen's home where Alice had been standing by the opened front door smiling at us. "Hey, we've been waiting for you." Alice said as she invited us inside after she and Leanna introduced themselves to each other.
Once we got to the living room, everyone looked at Leanna and I said, "This is my friend Leanna that I mentioned yesterday." Everyone introduced themselves to Leanna and then Emmett asked her, "Did you have plans of taking Amilla to Pompeii?" I shot him a little glare that he just laughed off before I turned my focus onto Leanna's now thinking face.
"No and I never made plans on going there anyway. Too much sun to travel around on planes and such." Leanna said and now I was wondering who caused Alice to see the vision that she had. "Then who could have caused the vision that's what I want to know." Rosalie said and I looked at Leanna again to see her thinking.

"Maybe, just maybe that either Demetri, Felix or even Cauis was thinking of going to Pompeii for a split second at the same time one of them would have been thinking of Amilla." Leanna said as a suggestion of how Alice got the vision and it did make a little sense. But still it could have been me deciding on having going to my old home when I was with the wolves, but I found that hard to believe.
I leaned against the wall and thought of how this could be possible as the Cullen's talked with Leanna. 'Do you think that somehow that Alice got her vision from me even though I was with the wolf pack Edward?' I asked him through my mind knowing that he was listening and I looked at him to see that he shrugged at my thought.
It seemed that he partly agreed with me yet it seemed impossible since it appeared that Alice could not see the packs movements, yet I guess that since I'm pretty different then I might have squeezed right into her gift. Thinking it over, I decided that maybe it would not be a bad idea to go to Pompeii during the school holidays and besides, there is a slim chance of me running into my brother or anyone that I know.
Then it looked like Alice was having a vision and we all looked at her as she was drawing something down on paper that Jasper gave to her. We all waited for Alice to get done drawing and she said, "Amilla, I think it was you that caused the first vision." I moved over as she finished the drawing and I saw that in place of where Alice had drawn the spot where the cloaked figure would have been at was me & there was four shadows in the corners.
But one of the shadows seemed pretty large and reminded me of my brother's shadow. I wondered now if it would be a good idea to go to Pompeii now and glanced at Leanna thinking that maybe she could join me as backup since she has been around longer than anyone in the room. "Interesting, I guess that for my holiday I could visit home again. I haven't been there since they had first started to dig it back up." I said remembering that day when I got the news and sprinted to Pompeii in disguise as an assistant for the dig.
"Still there is only a slight risk to the Volturi making a move out of their castle." Carlisle said and I said to them, "Then I would risk it. It would give me a chance to speak with my brother if I would see him again." I pictured myself seeing my brother again and grinned as I imagined myself flipping Felix to the ground. I chuckled thinking that this trip would be fun and we all decided to go on a hunt together since I felt a little peckish for some blood today since it has been a while when I last had some animal blood.

Authors Notes: I consider this to be a comming-of-age Sword and Sorcery story based mostly on the style of classic western fantasies. So if that's your thing then I encourage you to take a peek. Something I want to mention though is that the main character starts of pretty wimpy, and that might not be your thing. That being said, if you stick with him he's got a long way to grow. Also, while this version of the story is meant to be fully readable, more dicerning readers may want to wait until I move out of rough draft phase. There may be some inconsistancies with character and plot while I am still in the rough draft phase. I'm sorry for this, but this is my first web novel and from what I've read the best way to get a good novel out is to write write write, and then edit ruthlessly after you're finished with the book, so that's the plan I'm going to follow. Again, this is a rough draft. Everything you are reading is subject to change, including the name, title, and cover photo. This may no longer be the case once I've decided I know where this fiction is going and I have a reasonable understanding of the characters and their behavior. You're reading what comes off my keyboard as it's made, with very limited editing. There will be mistakes in the text. I do a quick spell check to take out the worst of the errors, but there will be some I miss. You can point them out in the comments if they are particularly confusing or glaring and I will try to fix them, however I am not overly concerned about minor errors as this is not the final draft by any means.

The Amazing Sidekick
Jack Snyder died on Earth during a car accident. Time went by, and he heard a girl’s voice calling Nozomu Shinchaku. Jack slowly opened his eyes and an unknown girl was crying in front of him, but everything about her was wrong. Long blue hair, yellow eyes, cat ears instead of normal Human ears. Jack glanced at her hand and saw sharp and long fingernails caressing his face. A fluffy blue tail was trembling behind her, signalling her worries. Jack saw a pool of blood on the ground near a rock, and he had a big bandage on his head. Strangely, his soul travelled to a young boy’s body, that judging by the pool of blood, died because of that rock. Now, he has to learn how to live in a strange Magical World as the Human teenager Nozomu Shinchaku that strangely can’t use Magic, and Magic has no effect on him. . “Definition of sidekick: - A sidekick is someone who goes with the main lead on their adventures. If he is a superhero, the sidekick helps fight crime. Sometimes this word signifies an imbalance of power, and it implies that the sidekick is less powerful than the main lead. - Sidekick is one of the most effective forms of attack in a street fight. Hard kicks especially to the knee can take a larger opponent down or at least blow out his balance, leaving him vulnerable to follow-up shots.” *I intend on keeping this story free till it's finished.*

A note from the Author: PLEASE leave a review and alert me of any plot holes, weak portions, and anything else. I am in desperate need of beta readers and feedback. I wrote this around the new year, 2020. It's about 40k words and the first in a planned series that follows Gar "Alany" Darron and his agency of detectives as they track missing persons in the city of Throne. I have the sequel planned but not written. Once this one is completely uploaded, I'll be uploading another, unrelated series that as of right now is roughly 160k words long, and somewhere in there, I'll write the sequel to Frame of Mind. I plan to go back and forth between the two series for the foreseeable future. Thanks for reading.
