Hi, the name is Leanna and I do not remember my last name yet I do not really care to remember it since I am happy with just having only a first name to deal with. But I still miss having people around to talk with since I had grown to stay away from people and vampires for most of my immortal life.
My best friend is Amilla Raecius and I had met her when she was still a human working as a maid. I could tell already from having seen her talking with that vampire Cauis that she would get into a tight spot where she would get turned or her blood would get drained. But I had left the area around the time before she had gotten turned, but I was going to return when I noticed this vampire taking off from the city that I knew had a strange gift of shape-shifting I returned to see that Cauis had kissed her forehead before leaving her alone.
I had at the time wondered if he had hoped that the girl would have survived long enough for her to get turned and I stayed beside her until someone in the morning would have found her & left before the sun came up. But I had become surprised when I encountered her when I was feeding on a sheep and her scent was different, yet I could tell that she became a vampire.
For a while I helped her to adjust to her new life and even after we had parted ways, I could find her when she needed help if I focus my gift on her to locate her. No it is not like Demetri's gift, but it a little like seeing into the future mixed with mind reader that I nicknamed my gift 'motherly instinct' since I cared for that scared vampire girl with a rare gift that I came to call 'humanity' plus over time we had both discovered that she can turn the gift off for survival reasons.

I do hope that I could find myself a mate someday, but for now I am happy that I can still go out to kick some butt and maybe visit the Volturi to scare some sense into some of those royal morons.
Oh and as for my immortal age, let's just say that I'm about three thousand years old yet I am younger than the three leaders.

Big Sneaky Barbarian
Gabe Skelter is a short, out-of-shape angry young man. He has no friends, a bad attitude and little prospects other than a general ability to cause mischief. However, during an ill-fated class trip, he's launched into a world of magic and video game skills, something he is ill-equipped to handle. Now, transformed into a towering hulk of pure, furious stupidity, he begins to stumble his way through his new world while navigating a few unforseen consequences of hastily choosing a class. But hey, at least he has his knowledge of Death Metal to get him through, right? -- This is a semi-crunchy LitRPG featuring a character who begins as an angry edgelord and changes over time.

Inherit
Our protagonist finds himself placed in an unfamilar world; his highly magical studies are put to the test as he tries to integrate into a different, but still magical, universe. This story is not particularly heavy, and may, at times, feel somewhat whimsical. This is intended. If you're looking for a nice trip along with a man whose abilities don't entirely fit into his new home, be sure to give Inherit a try. [Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge!]

Is Lucas Destined to Die in the New World?
Lucas imagined himself doing grander things in life; after all, he put in his own blood, sweat, and tears, and got himself a master's degree in English. Maybe he'd be the next best-selling author, or maybe the most popular late night TV show host. However, life didn't give him anything more than a management position at the local burger joint. Day in and day out, he flipped burgers, swept floors, and made weekly schedules that his employees ignored. All he had known for the past five years of his life was pure misery. Then after one night of drunken revelry, he found himself in an unfamiliar world, but he knew all the gimmicks. He knew these stories had quirks he could manipulate- he could put all his stats into magic and become the best wizard in the world, or he could dump all his stats into strength and become a veritable warrior. But once again, just like Earth, this new world seemed to have different plans for him. Instead, he was given a luck stat of 0 and a skill that forced him into danger where there should have been none. Why is this nerdy, magical paradise trying to kill him? Content warnings are there to give me some creative legroom later. There's not an excess of any gruesome content in the story, and what is there is tastefully sprinkled in. This is a LitRPG. Updates are twice a week on Mon/Fri plus some extras here and there.
