《Welcome to the Pack (Wolf oneshot book)》Kind!Alpha!Wolf x Abused!Wolfdog!Reader

You were a Wolfdog, basically a hybrid said to be 'the best of both worlds.' Though, as you grew up, you were known as a 'savage' and 'monster,' making you weary of others. Mostly, humans would mistake you for full on Wolf and chase you out, while other wolves thought of you as a dog more than the other, and would chase you away. In other words: social anxiety is the result of all this hell given to you.
Your mother was a husky and your father was a grey wolf. They both raised you to the best of their abilities, along with your siblings. They all had gotten nice homes, but since you were the runt of the litter, no one wanted you that much. Your parents eventually had to put you out in the wild, an order from their owner. They didn't want to let you go, but you would be killed if you stayed for too long.
You then were picked up by what seemed to be nice people, but they turned on you real fast. They would beat you, starve you and anything else that they could use as a method of torture. That's how you lost your trust in anyone. Eventually, they got tired of you, and abandoned you in the woods on the outskirts of the neighborhood. You ran away without regret, bruised along with a few cuts bleeding slightly.
You had hidden away for a while, managing to keep yourself safe from others. You had heard all about the wolves that claimed the woods as their own, but you had never seen any. Either way, they wouldn't accept you, since you were seen as nothing by a dog by them, right?
You were just chasing after a rabbit, it being faster than you. You refused to give in, though; you eat, no matter what. Your determination made you continue on, despite your legs getting tired. Just as you were about to jump to snap at it, you tripped over some roots, yelping as your hind legs got trapped in some vines and made you fall muzzle-first.

You laid there, watching the rabbit run away as fast as it's little legs would carry it. Growling, you went to stand, but your hind legs were stuck and tangled up. Just as you went to pull at the vines and try to rip them off, you stopped at hearing a lethal growl. You stood still as it got closer until it was right behind you.
It, of course, was a wolf. He had black fur and piercing blue eyes. You stared at him, both in surprise and slight fear. He seemed to sense this, and smirked. "Well, it's not everyday we see a dog-" you snapped on the inside, now just pissed off at hearing that. "I'm a wolf-dog, thank you very much!" You growled, before trying to go back at the vines against your legs.
He didn't seem to like this, as he snapped at you in rage. You only yelped at feeling teeth sink into your leg. You couldn't pull it back, since it was caught and tangled up. The wolf seemed to like the thought of you writhing around, helpless, because he was about to do it again. Until he was slammed in the side by another figure.
The wolf fell forward, yelping in the process. You looked up to see another wolf with brown fur and yellow eyes. He stood beside you, his hackles raised and his muzzle curled back to show his sharp canines. Whoever he was, he wasn't playing around.
"And who the hell do you think you are?!" The black-furred wolf snarled as he stood himself up slowly. You could sense the authority in the brown-furred wolf, especially when he talked. "I suggest you leave. Or else..." was all he replied with. The other wolf only continued his snarling. "Or else what?!" He threatened. Yeah, bad idea.

The 'Alpha' barked, and a few more wolves appeared out of nowhere. Now the Loner seemed a little tense. You smirked, since all of you knew he was outnumbered. "Or else we'll make sure you don't live to see the sun." Alpha added, and some of the wolves growled back at the Loner. He only huffed before turning around, heading back the way he came.
The wolves watched, and you could just feel the delight they had in watching the wolf get scared off. That's when Alpha turned to you. "Hey, you okay, kid?" He asked, but you tilted your head in confusion. Then he saw your tangled legs and flattened his ears. "Oh...
"Let me help you out there." He told you, grabbing the vines with his sharp fangs. He was trying to be gentle, knowing you got bit, and they eventually snapped, with him trying to pull them off of you. You immediately got up, not liking the closeness at all.
Some of the wolves were taken aback, but nonetheless decided to give you space. "Why would you help me?" You asked, sounding like you would still want to be trapped there. Alpha only tilted his head at you. "Why not? You are an innocent wolf-dog, why wouldn't you receive help from your own kind?" He asked. Your ears perked. He just referred to a wolf-dog, a half wolf, as part of his kind. Of course you would be a little surprised, since you had been told all your life you were one or the other.
"What's your name?" He asked, and he went beside you to try and see your wound better. Without looking at him, from being a little uncomfortable again by the closeness, you answered. "(Y/N). That's my name." It had been the name your parents gave you as a pup, and you refused to go by anything else.
Alpha nodded. "Well, I'm Timber. Nice to meet you, (Y/N)." He said, coming around to rub his cheek against yours in greeting suddenly. You froze, or of shock, but let him anyways since he wasn't doing anything wrong. He pulled back to look at you.
"You must be hungry and tired. If you want, I can take you back with me, and you can live with my Pack." Timber offered you. You were now a little more than surprised. This wolf, whom you just met, already thought of you as one of his own kind, then invited you to his Pack. It was all so new to you, so you seemed hesitant, but nodded anyways.
And after that, you weren't seen as one, or the other by anybody ever again. You were seen as who you wanted to be, and accepted. Timber made sure to that ever since he met you.

Bloody Hell
Alan Maxwell has one exceptional talent. He can read peoples body language and micro expressions so well that, in many cases it's not hard for him to fake being psychic. When a foreign agency decides that said talent would make him an exceptional spy, events quickly begin to spiral out of control. With enemies on all sides, and friends that will as soon kill each other as his enemies, Alan will have to put his skills to the test in the ultimate game of cat and mouse. ===I came up with this story in response to a question. I once asked someone why there weren't really any Yandere harems. I realize that the answer to that is 'everyone dies' but thats boring so... here we are. A story I came up with explicitly as an excuse to create a harem entirely out of obsessive psychopathic axe murderers. Or in other words - "What happens to Bond girls when they disappear?"As a warning, there are sex scenes. Its tagged. I'll leave an authors note at the top of any chapter that has them if you'd prefer to skip it.
