Lizzy POV
Today was the day that the alpha of the silver lake pack was supposed to come , I've heard rumors about them and the alpha that leads his pack with an iron fist , I guess that's what makes them the strongest pack in the country although I've never seen the alpha I can't help but wonder what he looks like .
After I had completed our training with half the time we usually use to meet with our new guests, I got ready by taking a shower then wore something comfortable but suitable, when I was done i headed to the meeting room where conferences are usually held
When I got there Blake was already there along him was his beta, the head warrior, Cassandra, Chelsey and chris , which means that the alpha was not here yet
Ten minutes had pass before he had finally arrived, when he did Blake went outside to greet him and show him the way here
Ever since this morning I felt uneasy and my wolf was feeling agitated aswell, since the attack I haven't used the potion to hide my sent or my wolf presence. With how much strength we've acquired during our four years as a hunter most would say that our status now is one of a beta, but I try not think too much of it
I was so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't even hear them come in, but what caught my attention was the delicious smell of pinewood and the fresh ocean breeze , wait!! what does this mean , when I turned my head to see who it was coming from I was left astonished by the man that stood by the door way.
He had jet black hair with a silky texture to it , his eyes were green as the forest and when he smiled at me I almost fainted by his dimples that could drive a girl mad. To say he was handsome was an understatement he was the definition of gorgeous

As they walked in the room we all stood up from our seats but I couldn't help but stare at him as he stared back at me , a second later he was standing in front of me sniffing my neck before he roared
"MINE"
'what the!! Is it even possible to have a second chance mate and how come I never knew about it, oh yea!! that's right cause hardly anyone in my old pack gets rejected' I thought. When I looked around the room everyone's faces looked shocked ,even I was shocked, however when I looked at blake he looked as If he wanted to explode
When he had finally stopped his sniffing he pulled me with him then took a seat placing me on his lap to sit with him
"My name Alpha Alexander and this is the head warrior of my pack Frederick" my supposed mate said to the rest of the members at the table , when he spoke everyone seemed to have snapped out of there daze. "Now shall we start I don't have time to waste"
"Yes let's begin " blake said but didn't really seem happy about this at all, I must admit the position I find myself in is something intimate among mates but we literally just met, somehow tho I just can't bring myself to get up from off of him and his scent was driving me crazy I just wanna bury myself in his neck
'Wait! aren't I moving too fast, I got rejected the last time do I really wanna go through that again, but this man didn't rejected me the moment he saw me like Blake did instead he claimed me, but am I ready for this' I wondered
I was pulled from my thoughts when I heard myself being mentioned

"Here with us we have two assassin hunters and a regular hunter, to help us train the pack and also to lend us a hand in the war ahead , Chris then introduced himself and so did Chelsey
"What's your name love" Alexander asked softly as he looked at me, rapping his hand around my waist
"My name Elizabeth Wilson-n" I answered stuttering a little bit by how nervous he makes me feel
"Don't be shy I don't bite" he smiled sweetly, but when he turned back to everyone else his face was set in a blank expression
'Well I'll be dammed' his mere presence spells power, with a hint of sexiness with it as well, if this man that I find myself sitting on throughly is mine, then I can't wait to see what's beneath this pretty green shirt he has on,
' stop it lizzy, get your head out of the gutter ' I start scolding myself ,
With those kinda thoughts running through my head I started to shift on his lap feeling unaccustomed to the position, when I did it again I felt him stiffened beneath me , so I stopped my movements, causing him to relax back again
The rest of the meeting went on with me listening in and out of the conversation or to give my opinion on the matter . When it had finally come to an end, I was asked by alpha Alexander to join him outside for a walk so that we could talk about our situation.
