《Demigods Meet Mortals》Anna Chen (Nico di Angelo)

Nico di Angelo, his name seems so... magical. He's so magical, mysterious, and just perfect. Perfect people need perfect girlfriends, and I'm that girl for Nico. He's dark and mysterious, and I'm bubbly and open, like they say, opposite attracts. And I just know that he's going to ask me to the Valentines Ball that is hosted in honor of Eros, the Greek god of love. And in case you don't know, the Greek gods revealed themselves, I know, shocking, and apparently they have kids too. I might even be friends with one of them and I never knew.
Anyway, as I was saying, I know that Nico is going to ask me to the ball, maybe after school, the ball is tomorrow. Even though it might be last minute, I don't really care. And oh! There's my gorgeous knight, and one of my best friends, Nico Di Angelo.
I was walking towards him when a more than hot boy walked to Arabella Maxwell, horrible girl, heard from her ex best friend, Joanne, that she was such a player, and she still is, but it's annoying how guys fall for her just because of her good looks, I won't be surprised if he ask her to be his girlfriend, even though they don't even know each other's names. But that's not what happened. 'Uh, hey. I'm Will, and do you mind telling me where locker 165 is?' I was surprised, wasn't that Nico's locker number? Arabella looked annoyed but showed him the way. And I was watching.
This Will character smiled when he saw Nico putting his school books into his locker and went up behind Nico, a smile on his face, closing the locker door, he covered Nico's eyes, 'Guess who.' I was pretty sure Nico was going to hit him or something, but instead, he smiled. Nico di Angelo, smiled. This is nuts, he never smile. Never. But he did.

'Hey Will, you know that I know it's you. So give up. Neither you or Jason's gonna win the bet.' Will removed his hands from Nico's eyes and pouted, to which Nico scowled at, but seemed to blush slightly to. Strange.
'Well anyway, let's just head to camp, the gods want to let us know what to do in case of getting revealed.' Nico nodded and the two walked out. I was confused with what Will said, gods? Obviously, I followed them out the school and immediately blushed. Nico's head was on Will's shoulder and they were holding hands. 'Shadow travel?' Nico asked, Will shook his head, smiling. I walked up to the duo and cleared my throat.
'Sorry to interrupt, but I was wondering what you meant by shadow travel, I overheard, sorry.' Will's eyes widened, but Nico didn't even blink. 'I was wondering when you would ask, you were staying back there for quite a while.' I was shocked.
'Nico di Angelo, son of Hades. And this is my boyfriend, Will Solace, son of Apollo.' I nodded and walked away, dazed, and that was the day that I found out that the love of my life was more than he seemed, and that he was taken.

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.

Conquest of Avalon
Revenge. The Kingdom of Avalon swept across the Empire of the Fox a generation past, conquering the heartlands and leaving the broken remnants to stew in the island duchy of Guerron. This isn't a story of Good versus Evil, of kindly kings doing their best to lift all subjects, or of unvarnished heroes doing battle against evil. Instead, this story is about power: who has it, who wants it, and what people will do to obtain it. It is about the violence inherent in the imperial project and how even the most well-intentioned rulers and conquerors are, still, engaging in systemic violence against those conquered and defeated. Our three point-of-view characters are a peasant turned fire wizard, an excitable duelist with more enthusiasm than sense, and a scheming mage-priestess bent on reclaiming her family's birthright and waging war on the foreign oppressors who rule her home... no matter the cost in blood or treasure.

Demonizing Matters
A high fantasy drama about a young woman who finds out a demon secret. This secret sparks a growing conflict between demons and humans. While trying to save her own life and dealing with the unexpected consequences of her actions, she falls in love with a hated demon. We follow the drama of Lita, alongside a cast of several other POV characters, as she discovers secrets (both open and purposefully hidden), makes well intentioned but sometimes disastrous decisions, and encounters prejudices and truths. Demons may be evil… or not. Humans may be good… or not. God is aloof… or not. Publishing every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is my first real work! Super excited to be publishing! I don’t spend a lot of time describing gore, sex, trauma or any other type of scene that would be labeled as mature. I've labeled the story as mature in every way more because I don't quite understand the standard and don't know if I've crossed the line at all (and I'd rather be safe than get my story rejected for under labeling ;)). Mostly I hint, start the scene then interrupt/fade out, and in general let the reader know it happens but without making it too explicit. (I’d love to hear how I did on this! And if it was still entertaining/informative without being traumatizing.) This is what I prefer to read myself so that’s what I write. I’m not apologizing. ;) If I mislabeled my mature content it was by accident. And, yes, the pacing was also on purpose. Beyond that, I welcome any feedback you want to give! Enjoy the story!
