《Just a Lowly Monster》There's No Way I Fell in Love with a Goddess

It's been about four months since I became Nyx's slave. At first, I thought she was going to torture me for her entertainment but all she did was make me clean her mansion and tend to her needs. Aside from her, there was no one else in the enormous house.
Typical things she made me do was cleaning up her massive library, cooking in a desolate kitchen, and run errands to her subordinates. I've gained several skills as well, primarily Cleaning and Cooking. After spending so much time with a primordial whose very aura nearly crippled me, my Mental Resistance stats had greatly increased as well.
While I still feared her, I was no longer as wary of her as I used to be. She did conceal some of her aura, but in general, I had realized she wasn't truly evil. She never delighted in harassing her subordinates or committing genocides or anything else I had expected of a Goddess who lived in this hellhole.
After the four month anniversary of my enslavement, I was following Nyx around like normal when she suddenly turned to me. It had been so long, but I still had yet to get used to her beautiful appearance. While I was a monster, I still felt my face heat up and I lowered my head.
It wasn't just her well-shaped features or pretty face. After spending so much time together, it felt like she wasn't as cold as her demeanor hinted at. Rather, I got the feeling of loneliness from her. One thing I had noticed was that no other subordinates were living in her mansion. Eons of living alone could certainly make her lonely as I suspected.
Her mature voice exuded in the air.
"Hey slave. It's been a while and you've worked hard for me. I guess I could grant you one wish."

While it sounded haughty and arrogant, I knew she didn't mean it. She had a habit of hiding her emotions (did goddesses even have emotions?). While it wasn't comfortable, I knew that was her way of showing me affection.
"Hah, Nyx-sama. I have only one wish."
She sighed, expecting my answer. "Yes yes, you're free to go. I'll teleport you anywhere you want." She started to open her mouth to chant a teleportation gate but I stopped her by bowing.
"PLEASE MAKE ME YOUR DISCIPLE!"
"Eh?" Nyx's eyes almost popped and she gaped at me.
"T-that's your wish?"
I had been made painfully aware how weak I was. Rather than begrudge Nyx, her kind treatment of me had convinced me to seek her as a teacher. My system barely notified me anymore, unless they were skill improvements in cooking and cleaning respectfully.
"Hai, Nyx-sama. It is this slave's most humble request for you to teach me about magic and this world."
She started to smile. Her icyness felt like it was melting. In a considerably happier tone, she said,
"Hmph! It's not like I want you to stay, but I did say I would grant you a wish. As a goddess, I shouldn't be breaking my words. But don't get the wrong idea! I would prefer if you left me alone but it can't be helped."
'T-tsundere?' An unfamiliar word reached my mind. I stammered in my head, looking at Nyx's flustered face. I bowed once again and said "Thank you very much, Nyx-sensei!"
"Ufufufufu. Sensei. I like the sound of that," Nyx whispered quietly. For the first time in the four months I had been here, she smiled. At the sight of that, I felt like time flowed to a stop. Her smile was so dazzling and warm, it was hard to think that she was the goddess of the night. I had to turn my beet-red face and immediately left to reclean the rooms.

Good grief. Just how much cuter can you get Goddess-sama? Grinning, I shake my head at my new teacher. That day, it's safe to say the mansion was sparkling.
