Lucas is in the main room on the third floor. Beside him sits Ben, and at the other end of the room is Sean. In the hotel room David stands and hiswife sits on the Bed. She reads David's speech from the laptop.

In the presidential suite

David's wife finishes reading the changes David made in his speech.

"These are all the changes you've made?" Asks his wife.

"Yes," replies David. "What do you think, Sherry?"

"It looks good," says his wife, Sherry. "You are more elaborating about your main plan to strengthen national security and it can only help."

"Yes, that's what I thought," says David.

In the main room on the third floor of the old building

Sean walks into the room. In the room James stands and next to him Ben sits. On the table lies the device. The device is connected with a laptop cable. Ben finishes typing on his laptop.

"I'm done," says Ben while he is discounting the device from the computer.

"So what exactly did you do?" Asks Sean, stepping towards them.

"I designed the device so it could be operated remotely with this computer," replies Ben. "That way we can activate it when you're already in the hall of speech."

"Why we don't run it now or before I go?" Sean asks.

"Because the device's battery works only for a few minutes," James replies. "And you can't turn it on when you wait in the security inspection column."

"Why?" Sean asks.

"Explain to him," says James.

"The device affects all the metal objects that are next to you," says Ben. "Let's say you stand in line and the man behind you is holding a laptop, and if the machine is working then the metal detector will not recognize the Laptop and the security personnel will understand that there is a problem, and then we are screwed."

"And how will I let you know when I am first in line?" Sean asks.

"When you're first, you'll send me the word "hey" and then we'll turn on the device," says James.

"Okay," replies Sean.

James leaves the room. Sean walks toward a black sniper rifle lying on the table. He picks up the rifle and begins to dismantle it.

CTU

Jack stands by Chloe's position. Chloe works on the data card.

"I managed to decode another piece of the second file," says Chloe.

"What's in it?" Asks Jack.

"It says that the terrorists' base is on Kelly Street at No. 6."

"Good, we've found them," Jack says. "I'll go catch them."

Jack goes to Gail and says, "We've found the location of the terrorists' base, organize your people for going out."

"Okay," Gale says.

"I'm Coming with you," says Jack.

"No, you're not," George says as he approaches them.

"You're not telling me what to do," Jack says.

"True, but the defense minister is," says George. "You remember that the Defense Ministry asked that you stop the fake agent and get her device, and yet you continued to follow her and eventually you lost her, and now the defense minister wants to talk to you about what happened."

"Can't I talk to him later?" Asks Jack.

"No," says George.

"Do you want us to wait for you?" Asks Gale.

"No, it would be a waste of time, go now without me and keep me updated," says Jack and Gail goes.

Jack and George walk toward the conference room.

"I told you that your actions will have consequences if you fail," says George.

Jack and George enter the conference room and George says: "Wait here, the defense minister will talk to you in a few minutes."
