I walk into the auditorium but don't see anyone there. Actually I don't see anything at all because it's dark as hell. Is Hilton playing games with me or what?

"Hello?" I call out but nobody replies.

"Yearbook peeps?" I call out again but it's pin drop silence in here.

Guess nobody is here.

I turn to leave and suddenly someone turns the lights on and there is a boy holding a hockey stick in his hand, about to swing it.

He swung it and I quickly duck before it hits me. "Calm your panties dude," I breath out deeply and hold onto the hockey stick to my right.

"What are you doing here?" The dude asks, struggling to take the stick out of my grip.

"I don't know, extra credit?" I reply, more like ask and he nods.

I let go of the hockey stick and he quickly pulls it to himself. "I'm Venus Stavish."

"I'm Cayson Quinn," the dude replies. "And this is my team."

"Well, good to meet you Cayson and team. Can we get started on whatever it is already? I have a party to plan and attend soon," I say all too quickly.

"Watch your attitude," one of the girls say and I told my head to face her.

"Okay, if you work with me, you need to get used to my attitude. Anyways I have to get used to your silly little bumblings," I reply back and groan internally.

"Well, you said party right?" Cayson asks and I nod in response.

"It's a back to school party at Violet's," I reply back and he smiles. "What?"

"Well, my team needs an invitation," he says and I scoff.

"Have you seen your team? You couldn't even get an entry to her off-day party," I chuckle to myself and they give me a mean look. "I mean why?"

I clear my throat and Cayson's team members stand next to him. "We need pictures for yearbook."

"What do you think people are gonna do there?" One of the girls ask and I chuckle at her comment.

"Darling, How do you not know what happens at parties. Have you never been in an actual party before?" I ask and she looks away.

"Well, I welcome you and your team to this party. Also, if you take pictures of people having way too much fun then you'll regret ever coming to this party. Got it?" I warn them and Cayson nods slowly.

"I'm already invited so whatever but you got a deal then," he replies and I smile at them.

"It's a pool party so don't wear anything too plain or too fancy," I say as I turn to leave.

"Also, that is not how you hold a hockey stick. Try twisting your wrist either way and then swing it. It gives off more power," I reply.

"Toodles," I say with a smile and leave the auditorium.

"What?" Violet almost screams.

"I had no other choice. I don't even know why Helton suddenly wants to help Caleb and his yearbook team but he said it's extra credit for you guys. So, why not right?" I reply back and violet hugs me.

"You'd do that for us?" Tyler asks and I nod slowly before he throws himself on violet and I.

"Thanks a lot Venus," Chris says and I nod.

"Why don't we also help you? I mean can it be extra extra credit if we also help?" Tyler asks and I laugh.

"This is Helton. He never gives out extra credit but he is so let's not try and mess it up alright?" I say and Tyler nods.

"So the yearbook freaks are coming to my party," violet repeats and I purse my lips.

I hope I made the right decision.

"Who are these people though?" She asks as she puts flowers in all the vases and we all follow her.

"Um... I think his name was Carter," I reply and she gives me a confusing look. "You know what I don't think it's carter, maybe Carlos."

"Wow Vee you already forgot his name?" Chris laughs and others join him.

"I'm sorry that I'm not good with names gee. At least I don't forget going on dates," I reply and he quickly stand straight.

"Fuck, Kate is going to kill me," he groans and quickly grabs his stuff. "I'll see you guys tonight."

"Bye," We day in unison and laughs

"Ian, you mind grabbing the liquor tonight? I have to go back to school and talk to Helton about something," I ask and Ian nods.

"Same place right?" He asks and I nod.

"Alright let's get on with the decorations, it's already 4," violet says and we start shuffling through the halls and lock all the doors of the rooms.

After what seemed like a second, we finished decorating the whole house and poolside. I love decorating houses and planning parties.

"This is perfect Vee," violet says and huge me from the side and she looks around and smiles.

"I know right?" I reply as Tyler jumps on the couch next to Ian.

"You're awfully quiet today, you okay there?" Tyler asks Ian and he nods, looking at me.

I smile at him before looking at violet who's really happy. Her smile reveals all of her happiness and the shining of her eyes.

"I love you Vee, thanks a lot," she says and hugs me.

"Right back at ya," I smile and hug her back.

Suddenly the door opened revealing Kate and Chris. Both of them smiling to themselves and leaving us to ask about what's happening.

"What?"

"Nothing. It is our 6th year anniversary today," Kate says and we smile and I clap my hands together in all excitement.

"Wow. Six years of dealing with this jerkface and barbiedoll," I say pointing to Chris at jerkface and pointing to Kate at barbiedoll. "I'm so happy for you guys."

I pull both of them into a warm hug and then slowly pull away.

"Well I hope one day you guys tell your kids how you have been together since seventh grade," violet says and Kate blushes.

"Well, we got something to toast for tonight," I say as I quickly go to the kitchen and grab six cups and a can of coke. "With coke we'll have to do."

They all take a cup and I pour some coke in all the cups. We all hold the cups high in the air,

"To Kate and Chris," I say.

"To Kate and Chris," violet, Tyler and Ian sat in unison.

"To us," Kate and Chris say as we all clink our glasses together and it makes a sound before we drink from it.

I'm so thankful for having them as my best friends. I could ask for nothing more.
