《To the Stars》suakra

Soft pink suakra blossoms fell around them as their friends gathered around the guild. Everything had turned out exactly as Lucy had wanted, Mira had taken over the role of wedding planner and had transformed the guild into a paradise. Loke stood at the altar, his smile almost hurt him but he couldn't stop, this was his dream and he was so excited to see how beautiful she would look in her dress, she was just barley starting to show and the little bump made him love her even more. Makarov stood next to him, ready to officiate the wedding, he looked proud, and he was. To him, everyone sitting in the guild, was his family and he was so happy when they found happiness. Natsu and Gray stood up on Loke's other side and they were also excited, it was apparent that Loke and Lucy were made for each other, they made each other stronger, happier and all over were obviously best friends.
The music started and everyone stood, excited murmurs spread across the crowd and as she came into view you could hear the collective gasp. She was absolutely radiant, her blonde hair fell in loose curls over her shoulders and a small gold headband with suakra buds and stars held down the sheer veil that laid delicately down her back, her dress was fitted in the most flattering way, it hugged her waist and showed off her small baby bump elegantly, stars were embroidered into the lace that seemed to float over her skirt, trailing to a short train. A slight blush had spread over her cheeks as she wasn't used to being the center of attention.
She seemed to float down the aisle on her fathers arm, she had reached out to him and he had been apprehensive at first, but he had eventually come around and come to be there for her. Lucy looked up at him, grateful he had come, and surprised when she saw the tears sneaking their way down his cheeks. She looked up at Loke, her heart skipping a beat and seeming to swell in her chest. He was undoubtedly the most handsome man she had ever laid eyes on, and he had proven time and time again just how much he loved her. His smile made her melt and she felt tears prick at her eyes. This was the beginning of the rest of their lives together, they had grown so much, and she was excited that she'd always be able to call him hers. As she reached him he reached out and took her hand, everything else seemed to disappear and they were alone in their own little world. As Makarov welcomed everyone and started the wedding she was completely focused on Loke, his smile, the way his eyes danced and his strong hands kept her grounded.

As the time for their vows came, Loke pulled a gold band with a small star shaped diamond from the inside of his suit and slipped it onto her finger,
"Lucy, you have been my rock, my light, and my best friend. You have shown me the impossible and your strength continues to astound me each and every day. You took a broken man and made him whole again, you've given me the most amazing thing in the world by calling me yours. I promise to stand by you forever, when you're sick, I'll be the one to heal you, when your sad, I'll be your light, I promise to share in your smiles and your laughs, to be there during your highs and lows. I love you with every fiber of my being and I am so lucky to have you in my life."
Her eyes welled as his velvety voice washed over her. She pulled out a thick gold band and slipped in on his finger in return,
"Loke, you've always been there for me, you've always been my knight in shining armor and my best friend. When I look into your eyes I see my future, and I love that I see you in every step. I will always be your shoulder to cry on, I will always be there to make you smile, to make you laugh, and to make memories with you. Through the hard times and the good times I'll stick by your side. I promise to keep finding little things every day that make me fall for you that much more, and I promise to be your best friend until the end. I love you Loke." She almost couldn't get the words out as a tear snuck down her cheek, she quickly brushed it away, her smile almost so big it hurt.

"Loke, do you take this woman as your wife?" Makarov smiled up at the beaming ginger.
"I do."
"Lucy, do you take this man to be your husband?" He started tearing up.
"I do."
"Then I officially declare you husband and wife! You may now kiss the bride."
Loke leaned down, wrapping an arm around her waist and pulling her close,
"I love you Lucy" he pressed his lips against hers and the guests erupted into cheers. They finally pulled apart, both smiling like idiots,
"I love you too Loke."

The Last Orellen (An Epic Progression Fantasy)
According to prophecy, the ninth-born child of Lord Orellen will have the sort of power that changes the world. But in a land ruled by mage families, no one welcomes the possibility of a dangerous new player. Fearful even of their allies, the Orellens come up with an extraordinary and deadly scheme to protect themselves. If the most powerful sorcerers in the world wish to kill the ninth-born, they will have to find him or her first. And that's not going to be easy when the Orellens have called upon dark magic to create hundreds of heirs. The boys and girls are given new bodies, new names, and even new magical talents before they are scattered across the continent. Only one among them is the real ninth, but all of them will have to grow up in a world where they are fugitives. Kalen, once fated to die, is now an Orellen heir in hiding. And he is determined to survive, even if he has to master his strange new powers to do it. The Last Orellen is a long, character-focused progression fantasy set in a vast universe about a boy's journey to become a powerful mage. Reviews are deeply appreciated. Please do not repost my work elsewhere without my written permission. What type of reader is this book for? You might enjoy The Last Orellen if you like... Clever and resourceful protagonists. Big fantasy worlds. Multiple cultures, lots of characters, many different types of magic--this story is expansive rather than closely focused on a narrow storyline. Progression fantasy that takes its time. Our main character will be progressing through magical ranks, but this is going to be a lengthy story. If you're more about the journey than the destination, this might be the book for you. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Leveling Up Is Better Than Reality
If you've ever been called a slacker, you know, it's not that you're lazy, it's just that you're not interested. Your values don't allow you to work hard as you wish to live in a heaven-like world where you don't have to do anything. As Gandhi said, ""Be the change you wish to see in the world...'' Wise words indeed. This story's about lazy- I mean an idealist hero named Zellin living in an RPG-like world. I'm going to deem this work as PG-13, but you never know...
