"Why did I have to come to this?" (B/n) asked as his family along with Aizawa's parents and Midnight, walked into a bridal salon.

"Because I don't trust you by yourself at your aunt and uncles," (M/n) said

"I could have gone with Hizashi," the teen boy suggested

"He's at his radio show. You'd get bored," (Y/n) said as she checked in for her appointment. The family was led in by another worker and started looking at dress, at least the girls did. The boys found so seats and chatted away. The fathers of the couple got to know each other better before the wedding. A bridal consultant came over and helped finding dresses.

Once enough we're picked out, the bride and the consultant went back to the changing rooms to try the dress on. "When the wedding?" The consultant asked

"Few months. Had to push back the date due to some unseen events," the pro told her

"Oh, I didn't notice who you were when you got here, you're Fiammetta, my daughters look up to you!" The consultant smiled

The pro smiled and thanked her. The consultant left the room so the pro could underdress. She got in a robe that was provided and called back to the consultant.

The worker came back in and helped her get into the first dress. It was pretty. The top half was covered in lace, with the sleeves ending at the elbows. From the waist down was chiffon. The two ladies walked out of the room to show the families.

"That's pretty," (s/n) commented

Dresses were judged and tried on for almost and hour until they found the perfect dress. The families approved of it and it made the bride to be happy.

The dress chosen was simple yet elegant and modest. The top was white with sleeves ending at the elbows. At the bottom was a tulle skirt with lace rose coming up from the bottom. It wasn't to much either. It was perfect.

(Y/n) went back to the dressing room to get out of the dress and back into her clothes. Once she walked out, her parents were looking at accessories with her brother and sister. Her aunt and uncle had left to go do other things, as did Shota's parents. The R-Rated hero got called in to work and had to leave. Which was fine. (Y/n) walked over to her family and saw her mom looking at a crowns. "Mom, I don't need that," she told her

"You only get married once, (N/n). You should make it count," her dad said

"Well, some people get married once," (S/n) added

"I have a feeling Shota will be around for a long time. You remember how (Y/n) talked about him when she came back," (M/n) said

"I'm just getting the dress. I don't need a crown or any other fancy accessories. Like dad said, you only get married once. Why buy all this stuff if your only wear it once?"

"Because it makes the wedding night more—"

"Please, don't finish that sentence, (S/n). You sound way to much like Midnight."

"(Y/n) get at least one accessory for the dress," her mom told her

"Uh, my wedding band is an accessory," (Y/n) replied to her mom

"(F/n) (L/n)," her mom was serious

"Alright. But I don't want to pick it because it's against my will."

"I'll do it!" Her sister was far to excited as she looked over all the accessories

After a couple minutes, she came back with a veil. It was short and would stop at (Y/n)'s lower back. It had beads all around the border and it was a single tier. "Simple yet elegant," her sister smiled

"Alright. Guess I better go pay for everything," she said and took the veil from her sister and went up to the desk and paid for her dress and the veil.

The lady told her that because she was a pro hero, they put her dress in priority shipping so it'd be here fast. They'd call her when it's in so she could come for alterations. Her veil was bagged and she was on her way. She thanked them and walked out with her family.

"How about lunch?" Her dad suggested

Everyone agreed and got in their cars and headed to a restaurant (Y/n) suggested that was nearby. After the short drive, she meet with her family and headed inside. The host seemed to recognize the pro and got them seated immediately.

"I didn't realize all their perks of being a pro," her brother said as they sat down

"It has ups and downs. I'm just glad Hizashi's not here. Because of his radio show, he draws fans to him like moths to a flame," the pro said as she looked over the menu.

"Man. You guys have even more fame than other heroes because you went to U.A." her brother side

"A lot of heroes that went to U.A. don't get lots of fame. Whether they choose to or not. Shota's not well known in the media because he chooses to not be in the spotlight. There's kids I was in class with at U.A. that I don't hear much about," (Y/n) said

"Isn't it all based on approval ratings?" (S/n) asked

"Yes. Approval ratings, incidents resolved, level of contributions to society, and lots of other things that I don't really care about," (Y/n) answered

"But that's how you earn money, right?" (B/n) asked

"It is, but it doesn't mean it's right. For example, right now, Endeavors the number one hero in Japan. He's resolved many incidents, that's why he's number one. That's it, not because of his contributions or his approval rating," (Y/n) practically dissed the number one hero

"Didn't you intern under him while you were here?" Her dad asked

"Yeah. And he's not that great of a person. He works hard, I'll give him that, but he doesn't really have clear goals in mind. I really only did an internship with him because I wanted to learn to control my fire quirk more and he's one of the best," (Y/n) answered as a waiter came over and took their orders for drinks.

"Why did you become pro then sis?" (B/n) asked as the waiter walked away

"I wanted to prove something to Combustion. That even after what he did, I could still fight. Becoming a pro hero was the best way to do it. I also wanted to help people that were in similar situations as me. I don't do it for the money or fame. Yeah it's nice, but that's not the reason anyone should become a pro," (Y/n) answered

"Well, we're glad to have Fiammetta around," her mom smiled

"Thanks," the hero smiled back

"Hey, is there a chance I can go to U.A?" (B/n) asked

"You could do an exchange like I did. Hizashi and I could vouche for you," (Y/n) told him

"No. Like, my entire high school."

"We'd have to move to Japan, you'd leave all your friends in (H/c). It'd be hard on you," their mom said

"I'm sure a lot of kids in the school left their friends for it. I'd make that sacrifice," (B/n) said

"(B/n), why do you want to be a hero?" (Y/n) asked her brother

"I—" he didn't now, and she could tell. She'd asked lots of kids that question. They'd say that when they grow up they wanna be heroes and she asked them why. So many had to think of an answer or didn't have one.

"If you move here and get accepted into U.A., whether Hizashi or I recommend you or not, you need to be clear on that answer. Got it? If you can't find an answer to it by the end of next week, you're not joining U.A. Got it?"

"That's a little harsh," (S/n) told her sister

"I'd tell anyone that. Not just (B/n). We don't need heroes that are in it for themselves," (Y/n) said as the waiter came back with their drinks and took their orders before leaving again.

"Maybe if (Y/n) and Shota would have some kids, then we would move here," her mom said

"I'd love to be an aunt," her sister nudged her as she took a sip of her (drink)

"What's with the look in your eyes?" Her dad asked

"What do you mean?" The (h/c) asked as she set her cup down

"You have that look in your eyes like you hiding something," he explained

"Are you pregnant?" Her sister asked

"No. Sho and I aren't having a kid yet," (Y/n) shot her sisters theory down

"Then what is it?" Her brother asked

"It's a long story that's not really relevant anymore anyways," she didn't want to tell them. She really didn't.

"Spit it out," Her sisters tone was serious.

"My last year of high school, I got pregnant..." she said

"Excuse me?" Her mother said

"I didn't know till after graduation and I had already moved out of the house so you guys didn't know. The father was emotionally abusive and we didn't last long. I told the pro I was working under about it and they helped me set the baby up with a family that could actually take care of her. Something I couldn't do as a teen," she explained

"You never dated anyone in high school. So how— oh," her sister stopped

"What?" Her brother asked

"How do I put this so it won't ruin your innocence, uhm..." her sister thought

"Don't tiptoe around it. I hate when people do it. I was raped and forced into a week long relationship. I got an alter out of it too," she was blunt about it

"That's not something to talk about at the table," her mom said

"You asked what I was hiding. And that's what it was. Sho knows about it and so does Hizashi. So let's stop talking about it. It's irrelevant at this point," (Y/n) ended the conversation as the food arrived. The family ate and occasionally talked about other topics. Once they were done, (D/n) paid and they left. (Y/n) headed back to the U.A. dorms went to her dorm.

She set her veil with other things she gathered for her wedding. Her fiancé was out doing hero duties while she was still off active duty due to injuries. She worked on the seating chart more and other things that had to be done before the big day.

She was happy everything was coming down to it. She wanted to get this over with. It was quite stressful. She was glad she had Shota there to help, as well as Nemuri and Hizashi. She couldn't imagine what this would be like if she didn't have them to help. She was pulled out of her thoughts when a knock came from her door. She used her quirk to open it and Eri walked in.

"Did you need something Eri?" She asked

"Did you find your dress today?" She asked

"Yes I did," she answered as she took her phone out and showed her the photos her sister took to send to their cousin

"You're going to look like a princess!" Eri cheered

"You think so?" The pro chuckled as the child climbed up and sat on her lap, looking through the photos

"Mhm! Your going to be a princess and Mr. Aizawa will be your prince!" She exclaimed

The heroine giggled at her reaction, "Well, maybe tomorrow, you, miss Kayama, and I can go and find you a dress for being my flower girl. How does that sound?"

"What does the flower girl do?" Eri asked

"They walk in before the bride and throw petals on the ground for them to walk on," (Y/n) explained

"I wanna do that!" The six-year-old smiled bright

"Well, then we'll go out tomorrow and find you a dress and a basket to hold your flower petals. We can probably convince my little sister to come along too," she told her

"I wanna meet your sister!" The child exclaimed, "is she as pretty and nice as you?"

"She is. She's helped me through a lot of things."

"Like when you had the people in your head?"

"Yes. She helped me with the people in my head. And they were all nice to her too,"

"Are they going to be at your wedding?"

"Yes they are. Because they've seen me grow up and they wouldn't miss me getting married for the world."

"Then when you and Mr. Aizawa get married, are you going to move out and have kids?"

"We won't move out. We'll probably find a house where I can stay home for a bit to take care of our kids when we have them. And where we can live when we're not working at the school."

"Can I come live with you? I can help take care you the babies!"

This child was planning (Y/n)'s future farther than she had planned her own. She laughed at the girl and hugged her. Her life was coming together now and she was happy.
