He put everything in his inventory and left the dungeon together with Adam and the 3 elven women.

“Lets head towards the goblin dungeon,the others should be waiting for us there”

Even though it was annoying to travel without Terry,they still decided to go there by walking.

The streets were quiet and deserted,occasional monsters were found which were quickly taken care by Adam.

The elven women looked scared and remained quiet during the walk,but Dante did not blame them ,he just felt pity and decided not to sell them.

After arriving at the previous prison room,the entered in and found the rest of their party together with the goblin blacksmith.

“Did you get yourself new women young master,do you not fancy me anymore?”

Dante ignored her and took a seat ,he decided to check the rest of the system notifications that he received during the fight.

“You have reached level 20,you are now eligible to enter the class trial.

Your current stats show that you have the talent to be a dark mage,the dark mage’s trial will be held in your empire’s capital.

You have 3 days to attend the trial”

After putting 3 stat points on strength and 5 on mana,he proceeded to read the rest of the notifications:

“After collecting the ancient cauldron artifact,the system rewarded you with 6 inner spirits and a random token”

Notification:”After taking down the orc lord the system awarded you with 5000 cosmic coins and 2 random skill books”

Random token:Awards the user a slave of a random profession.

He tried opening the random token and the random skill books,what he received were:

It felt so weird seeing people kneel to him as if he was a king from a fantasy novel,but he would be lying if he said he did not like it.

“Alchemy huh,im ignorant on that field.Can you simply explain what can you do?”

“Your current world doesn’t have many ingredients for me to work with,your only hope would be monster drops.

Simply put if you bring me the right ingredients or materials i can either build things or make potions for you”

Dante couldn’t understand it so he just thought of it as a way of making/saving money.

Adam and Harley had 2000 Maria had 3000 while Zecharis only had 500 .

They tried giving Dante all their money but they had to be level 20 to do transfers,unfortunately they still had a long way to go...As for Maria ,he let her keep the money she had and strengthen herself with new skills and items.

“Now lets see what this cauldron can do”

Dante pulled out the ancient cauldron from his inventory without hiding the look of excitement and anticipation.

He then took out all the inner spirits that he had collected and put them inside it.

“Now lets see,the ant lord spirit,the bee soldier spirit,this hydra type thingy,the venomous jackal spirit,the mountain bear spirit,the void fiend spirit......”

He one by one started reading all their names and properties,and once all of them were inside the cauldron their whole scenery changed.

The faces carved on each cauldron’s side were lit on green flames,and all of them were sucked inside by something that looked like a black vortex.

“Huh,what happened where are we”

They found themselves seated on the front row of a building that looked like a gladiator’s arena.

Iron bared doors were opened from each side and monsters who entered the arena released their sharp killing intent in attempt to threaten each other.

“No need to be scared,relax...this is the cauldron artifact.It says that it makes inner spirits fight each other to death and the one remaining becomes much stronger”

The spirit beasts did not have the appearance of a round bulb like they had in real life,inside the arena they had their majestic beast forms and looked ferocious.

Dante stood up and spoke loudly

“May the fighting begin “

Just like the roman emperor in ancient civilisation,a single word from him was enough to get this ‘battle royal’ started”

All the spirit beats chains were magically destroyed and a free for all battle began.

The mountain bear was the first to start the attack using his giant paws but as the biggest target he was also hard to miss.

The bee soldier and the venomous jackal easily brought him down after they found an opening.

In the midst of battle,Dante was laughing like crazy

“Ahhaahahha this is so entertaining,cant wait to see what happens next”

The strongest spirit beasts were fearless and immediately went on the offensive,while the weak ones like the jackal and ant lord would rely on grouping up on sneak attacks....

Even though the weaker ones banded together to attack the strong ones,they still died in the end.

The only ones left standing were the hydra and the void fiend.

The void fiend had a liquid like appearance and was the first one to get attacked when the battle begun,but the other spirit beasts saw that he could absorb their attacks and vitality so they ignored him and focused on the others.

And thats what led to the current situation,the only ones remaining were now him and the hydra which was using every attack and means necessary to win.

She first used her tail as a whip to attack the void fiend but nothing would happen to him,he absorbed all attacks and got bigger after each attack.

Conquered by her own madness,the hydra gathered an acidic sphere and shot it like a beam from her mouth.

“Well,looks like we have got a winner”

“Yeah the hydra is quite strong young master,why dont you integrate with that spirit beast?”

Dante looked at her while smirking

“Watch closely and learn why the ones who are strong and show off in the light always end up dying from the darkness”

Once his words fell,the void fiend turned itself into a giant sphere and tanked the attacks .

After absorbing the attack he jumped and swallowed the hydra whole...purple smoke was coming out of the hydra which looked like was being torn apart by micro-organisms.

In that moment the cauldron kicked them all out and Dante found himself holding the void fiend spirit which had undergone mutation and evolution.
