Side Chapter 1: Her Story Beginning to move from town to town

On that day just when everyone felt despair she came in and rescued everyone, her figure was gallant it was as if she was the hero of long ago her own face was filled with bravery. None in that field had seen anything like it the dance she did with that thin sword of hers which turned into a scythe was aspiring. The female mages who were exactly her age felt their hearts skip a beat as she did her magic in a spectacular way it was so amazing they were captured by her figure all of these didn’t matter one person stared at her with intense emotions swelling up Rin started to remember a distant memory of the same occurrence. Yes this world wasn’t hers , her world was called Earth and she lived in a island country in the east called Japan in the prefecture of Tokyo S she was a high school girl who did as she usually does in this one smiling everyday from day one. On one occasion she almost died but then she got saved by her, it was from then she began her work as a mahou shoujo with Hoshikawa Sae who was her best friend and most important person. At most they saved the day from monsters who popped up from nowhere but that was when the organization known as MITHRAS came up, evil witches (corrupted mahou shoujo) fought them on a daily basis to the extent it was now tiring. One day she and Sae had to fight an incredibly hard enemy by the name of Black Kitty who could destroy all magical attacks the only way for her to defeat her was to use something physical. It was at that time she and both Black Kitty got stabbed together by Sae’s arch katana, she died for her sake but didn’t expect Sae to come all the way to this world. It was at that time she knew that she was fated to meet her despite what happened, she nodded as she looked at her fight the dragon Fafnir on her own after finishing the troops off she returned to her own room right after everyone harvested their rewards. She sat on her bed and looked up at the ceiling what was she to do now?She didn’t know but she was sure that she was to be always by Sae’s side.

Word had spread out faster than one could notice as the other adventurers were now back from their quests, as the ones who lived through it all told them all about it after seeing the corpses outside of town they believed it. It took time as they spread it around that the former demon general was defeated by an unknown girl with strange magic and power, to those who were very well known and had actually seen Sae fight they said that the Hero would have a great helper at his side. This had flied all the way to the royal castle right into the ears of the king’s top mage who was more of a researcher than a mage.

“Ara? What is her name again before you send me to pick her up?”

“Hoshikawa Sae”

“E-Eh?!”

“What is it Yoshiko?”

“Well Your Highness I guess I am signing out as royal court mage”

“Wait what you mean she is going to replace you?”

“No I mean I am quitting and retiring so I can not get involved with the Maou”

“Oh?You do know that you can’t just quit right?There will be consequences”

“Of course there is but this matter must be resolved by me by all means possible otherwise your little kingdom will fall in less than a day”

“Its that troublesome huh?”

“Of course it is plus I helped you plenty enough, this kingdom is pretty cheat in its development Lance DeVille Rittenberg”

“Got it I will let you go”

“Thank you Your Majesty”
