The Damned Guilt

Putting his hatred to humans away because of learning the truth now Zeral focus to the other main quest for him which is to find something he kill himself with it so he can end his life and join his family in another world as he believes in but how ? that is the question that kills Zeral's mind, if nothing effect his body then how he will die?

Until he finds the answer he will have to live with painful guilty of killing his own people and all innocent souls he shed after that...Who can live a damned life like this?

And on the other side Hirvan still thinking of his victory and waiting for the great news which is the death of the Antorya's kingdom...Inside his cave, his been celebrating and enjoying his moments as he think Zeral will end the human race for him

"More drinks, come on brings us the juicy blood of humans, I'm so thirsty"

Hirvan ordering his minion to get him a drink

"Sure, Lord" the minion answer as he quickly goes to get him some blood from the freshly dead body of humans recently died and after the minion brought him a cup full of blood...One monster asks Hirvan this

"My God tell us, are you sure that we leave Zeral alone to fight the humans? and no sending any backups to him? is really that powerful to end entire army of Antorya's capital alone?"

Hirvan drinks for seconds then look down to this monster and answer

"Mhmm, don't say you don't believe in my visions, son? I already told you all if Zeral wants to kill something he will no matter what! I knew him before he became this powerful creature! he was an intense and powerful soldier and now he is nearly immortal as me"

"Nearly immortal? what? our god do you mean there is a way to kill him?" the monster quickly asking with surprise expression

Hirvan goes silence for seconds then he answers "Yeah there is a way, I know something may work on creatures like him but I'm not sure is it will work on him as same? but for now, let us just wait for him to finish his job later I will try to kill him"

Another monster says "I was thinking about that Lord, we have to kill him after he finish humans off so we can live all holy being together in peace because if he stays alive and turn for some reason his eyes on us, it will be huge problem to stop him"

The second monster add to that "Yeah my lord, he still a danger to us even now he is on our side maybe soon he will be against us so we got to figure out how to end him so tell us how we will kill him when that day comes"

The first monster says "Wait a sec if there is a way to kill him since he is an immortal being what about you god? is it work on you too? shall we protect you from it then?"

When he heard that question, he quickly madly answer it

"How dare you to question me such thing? huh? I am a God not just immortal being, I am your father your creator your savior and your salvation and thus nothing can kill me not even Zeral, so never compare me to him or to anyone else"

"I'm sorry God I didn't mean that, please forgive my stupidity I delivered you a wrong question...Well mhmm I mean what if this weapon you will use to kill Zeral can hurt you as well if someone else used it on you"

An another monsters slaps him from back and says

"Enough, you heard our God, nothing can kill him, why then you think he is our God if he can die? so enough with this nonsense"

Another one added to that saying "Yeah, nothing will touch our God with harm even if there is such thing we will protect him" then he turn to rest of monsters and asks "right?"

All answer in the same time "HELL YEAH!"

Hirvan says with a smile in face "I thank you all, you are truly my beloved kids after all and for you, my dear son you see I am a god and that is why I forgive you for saying such thing to me and I accept your apology because I know you all made mistakes and it is my role to forgive and make my sons happy and great"

Monster asks again "We are all grateful for you, my dear God, therefore, can you tell us what is the secret to killing or may killing Zeral if we have to?"

Hirvan drink again then answers "Mhmm so delicious...Ah about that, well, do you know why he calls himself Zeral? you all know who is the original Zeral? the short name of Zeralizion or which in human language some call him the silver sabertooth,"

The monsters took a moment to remember then they all responses with "Yeah of course..."

Then Hirvan says

"He was the nearly immortal being lived and I am the one who slaughtered it with my blessing power and because of his blood was happened to touch one nearly dead soldier and he affect him to make him powerful and nearly immortal as well which is our Zeral but it was another thing helped me to defeat it which was a spell from an ancient book..."

"The Holly Nolloros book of magic, that book hold the darkest formulas of deadliest poisons also spells ever made by what the druids call it, the greatest book of magic ever written by the greatest magician ever lived Sir T.W.Nolloros" The King says this to Zeral at the same time...

Zeral start laughing "Ah you mean the greatest book of lies by the greatest liar ever lived, hahaha you think I would believe in his stupid lies? the poisons he created maybe real but rest of that shit was fake so why are you telling me this anyway?"

The King answers "I don't really care if you believe in it or not, well it doesn't matter anyway the era of druids is over with me and I will never use one anymore I even have forbidden it to be one or try to learn magic since I got the throne but problem is that book had the formula and spells used to killed the silver sabertooth 10 years ago"

Zeral quickly stunned and says "What? you mean the book that damned Hirvan used to weaken that beast and make it vulnerable to our swords? I thought about it before but I lost hope after I back to same cave that we killed that damned creature and didn't find neither its body or the book so I assumed its gone forever"

The king smiling at Zeral and says "Yeah that book may go but it was a copy not the original one and there is only one of it and I personally in my royal room and no one ever used it or saw it again except me"

Zerals asks the king "Well, you hiding it for yourself? what you love black magic? you read it at night before you go to bed?"

The king started laughing saying "Hahahaha no, no, I just hide it there so no one can ever get it again or of its existence so this a secret okay? also, I didn't want to burn it because I think it is the only way to kill Hirvan and probably you well you both had the same blood inside you as the Zeralizion so it may work on you and him as well"

Zeral wondering as keep asking "Okay you know I'm not good with secrets but I will try however why you hide it if you know it can kill Hirvan and me? I was about to annihilate your entire army along with you and your people hours ago and now you tell me you have a way to kill me but you didn't use it? what? are you afraid? or you don't want to use it?"

The king referring no with his head then he says "Well no, I wasn't afraid or don't want to use it, I just can't read it or no one else can expect the druids so if I ask my soldiers to use no one will figure out how and of course the intel may go out and afraid if Hirvan find out I have the original copy and can use it, he will take conservation from it so I can risk it until finding a way to read it"

Zeral interrupts the king saying "So to kill me and kill Hirvan you must learn that book language which is only Druids can read as I remember this language made by mages to communicate with devil and druids learn it from mages to protect kings or you have to find someone to read it maybe another druid"

King says "That the problem, there is no one else can read it because this language only known by mages and druids which are no exist anymore today expect Hirvan the only remaining druid who can read it"

Zeral ask himself and the king "So if only Hirvan can read it how he will help me to read it when he knows that this book can kill him as well? which mean if the poison can be reformed again then he will probably die as me if you use to kill him so I don't think he will help me easily but I found a way to convince him or find another one can read it or maybe mage, haha just maybe one of them still exist somewhere..."

King interrupts Zeral by saying "Well it is up to you how to convince him or how to find a mage if they still exist maybe there are but away and hiding and thing is they are hard to find, thanks to my father and grandfather they killed them all as we believe so what we shall do?"

Zeral answers clueless "I'm not sure? so I want to die and you want Hirvan to die and you have the tool to kill us but Hirvan probably one can use this book well damn this crazy, I guess you may never think someday to hear something like this right?"

The king laughs "Hahaha yeah" then he says

"Well let's put the jokes aside and now we really have to work together to complete our mission, so we must find a way to get this poison to finish Hirvan fast as you see Hirvan's monsters are eating my men as we speak somewhere and every day pass the more people dies and I can't live with this guilt same as you Adomas we both are criminals...

Then the king walk few steps front and look the sky and continue speaking

"And we done wrong things, you see for me, damn it, I am the king who wanted immortality instead I got the biggest threat to my people and you are my dear warrior wanted glory instead you got curse of immortality with blame of killing your hometown people for unknown reasons so we must live with our guilt until we win and save humanity then God may will forgive us for our worst sins..."

Zeral look to sky as well while tear in his eyes he says

"God? it is your God and he will forgive you anyway because you are the most beloved and greatest person I ever saw, you are the reason why this kingdom is powerful and rich like this, you are the king who refuses to let his people die from anything whether plagues or starvation or even monsters while he sleeps in his fancy room...You are the true hero of this kingdom and your mistake nothing can effect what you did so I'm sure your God will forgive you but me Nah I don't think so"

The king look to Zeral and ask "But why?"

Zeral answers "I don't know why? but I do know I'm the killer of my own family and friends without knowing why or how and I even killed thousands of innocents souls and I even hated your God for making me like this a cursed creature worst than monster themselves"

The king hold with his hands Zeral's hands and says "No don't ever say that! you are not cursed and this is just a test from God, he want to test your faith and soon it will be resolved and you live happily again and you can change your fate by saving all human mankind and everyone will thank you for that and I'm sure God will open his arms for you again"

Zeral with tears getting down saying "This is why I always admired you, you are always that man with the smile in his face and believe that God can resolve anything for him and his people even you had 10 years fighting this war...You see I couldn't kill you earlier because something in my heart stopped me, something keep telling me this is the man that you really want to be like, the hero and most respect person ever"

King smiling and says "I'm not that great but I'm trying to do what right to everyone and I will believe in my faith and destiny no matter what and you shall do same and always remember he is above us watching"

Zeral look to the sky and start smiling too

"You want me to believe in you again God? after what happened to me? I guess I will give it a try" then he looks to the king and says

"And even you are a king you and you acting are more like a saint, they shall call you Saint David, haha and I hope I will save the humans as you want also to get that damned ugly monster, Hirvan to read that book for us so we me and him can finally die"

The king says "I hope that too"

Zeral then says "Okay, now time to go to search about any remaining mages and to think about how to make Hirvan help us to kill him which sounds impossible but I will try and I leave you to get back to your castle and continue making plans how to stop the invaders"

The king says "Alright, you can go and take care and by the way you can go to Kolino city and so you can finally meet my daughter, as I said she is there training also she sending me reports of new ideas and plans, she and few of my generals there made on the north side so you can help them with your experience to conceal it from invaders in that part and I hope she is really away from the battles"

Zeral "Ahh, okay no problem I will go there and help them so farewell my king"

While Zeral left the capital heading to the Kolino city in the north, the king back to his castle thanking God for turning the biggest threat he ever faced to the biggest help he ever gets as he hoping that with his help the future of humanity is safe...

But how to kill Hirvan if he is the only one know how to use the book? is there another option? who knows? stay tuned.
