A researcher approaches the scarred man and says with a frown on his face...

(???) This is quite the problem. We need to retrieve him IMMEDIATELY!

(???) Alright then, let's begin the preparations.

Then, with a horrifying smile, the man makes a statement under his breath.

(???) You can run, but you can't hide...Blitz...

At a government research facility, a researcher is watching the film of a young boy brutally murdering some innocent civilians. A stern looking man in a tuxedo is staring at the video over the researcher's shoulder.

(Researcher) Are you sure it's him, Boss?

(Boss) Yes, I am quite sure. That is the product of the illegal research on artificial life forms.

(Researcher) If we get our hands on that sample...

(Boss) We will have the pinnacle of artificial life forms, the ultimate weapon, Blitz!

(Researcher) Ummm...sir, what exactly makes Blitz so dangerous? I haven't received any info on it apart from ot's appearance.

(Boss) Well, I can't tell you everything. But I can tell you some of Blitz's capabilities. Blitz has a multitude of powers, ranging from telekinesis to hypnosis. What makes him even more dangerous is that fact that he is currently in a fragile state of mind. If something sets him off, he will go on a rampage.

The researcher tries to not let his emotions show on his face.

(Researcher) I see, so is that why it is killing so much.

(Boss) Indeed. Anyway, let Operation: Recapture Blitz BEGIN!!!
