When I woke up, everything was almost normal. I hoped that as I got more things in this twisted game, my world continued to become more normal. I got out of bed, and went downstairs. I checked my report from yesterday.

Not bad. Downstairs I met all the others, eating cereal. I got the cereal, and sat down. I ate my cereal quickly only glancing at the others while they spoke. I finished the cereal, and walked outside. That’s when I saw it.

Around a hundred people were outside of the house, waiting for a chance to get inside. When I opened the door, many of them rushed to try to get in. They all reached the door, reached the barrier, and few backwards. I stepped back inside, where I knew they wouldn’t be able to get to me.

“Everyone!” I shouted, “Calm down! I will answer any questions that you might have!” The rest of my group came up beside me, ready to help me in case anything happened. The first question came from a man who looked like he was starving. He was level 1, with dirty clothes on.

“How do you have food?” I could hear the desperation in his voice. I told the rest of the group to get the people food and I answered.

“You can get money from the shop, to go to the shop just think ‘shop’ also to get money, you need to kill monsters. There are other ways that we can tell, but that is the main way.” I continued to answer questions. Some were general about the system, some were about our story, and some I hadn’t thought about, or didn’t know. Eventually I got tired of answering questions. We had gotten all of them food and water. We set up a camp outside and decided that we would help these people. The plan was for every member of our group to lead one group of people from the mass of people outside. Help them kill monsters, and get them set up for a better future than the one that they had before.

My group was filled with ten other people. They were in much better shape and they were learning quickly. We were going around killing monsters and getting my group levelled up when we saw it. A minor dungeon was close to our house. We went back and I waited for the rest of my friends to come back before I gave them the news. They all responded with the same excitement that I had in my voice. We were going into a dungeon.
