"Guys! Stop." Caitlyn shrieked and covered her face from the outside world.

"Dude, go talk to him." Devin insisted.

Our blended group of friends is currently sitting at a booth in the pizza parlor that I came to with the three guys after the first match of Archer's that I watched.

It's all of us together including Erin's tag along boyfriend. The nine of us are sitting in a booth with a U-shaped seat just to be able to fit us all in. I'm sitting on the one edge, Archer comfortably next to me, Cody beside him, Devin beside Cody in the rounded part of the 'U' along with Erin beside Cody next to Jake and lastly Caitlyn is on the other edge (the other side) opposite me. We ordered six pizzas to split between all of us.

We are one of three groups in the parlor tonight. One of the other two groups is a group of four teenage boys, around our age. One of the guys, a cute one might I add, has been shooting looks at Caitlyn since they sat down. Some of us are teasing her and some of us are encouraging her to talk to the guy.

"Cait, it's obvious that he's interested. Guys don't shoot looks like that just because the feels like it." I tried to sway her.

"Well it doesn't look like she's going to have to go over to him, looks like him and a friend coming over here." Jake said.

"Everyone be cool." Cody whispered. Everyone at our table gave him a weird look and let out muffled laughs.

That's when the cute guy, with green eyes and blond hair, introduced himself. "Hello guys," He said nervous, but masked it well. "I couldn't help but notice your friend here from across the parlor." He continued, running his hand over the back of his neck.

The other guy, also cute, tried to save his friend. "This is Eli," he introduced, "I'm Martin. What my friend is trying to say, but is failing miserably at, is if we could possibly borrow your two friends for a bit." Martin said to us, gesturing between myself and Caitlyn.

What!?

"We'll be right over at that other booth?" Eli said shyly.

I felt Archer tense beside me, realizing that this Martin guy was trying to get me to hang out with him and his friend.

Archer put his hand over my shoulders and pulled me closer into him. "Sorry man, but this one's taken." He said smugly. It feels good to hear him say that. He planted a big kiss on the side of my cheek for added measure.

Even after dating Archer for the last two weeks, I still can't get used to the fact that he is my boyfriend. He's all mine. We still haven't gone on a real date, but its never felt like we have had to. We've been doing so much together that it feels like we're past that point.

The poor guy looked so embarrassed. "Shit, sorry man. I had no idea." Martin apologized.

"It's no problem." I tried to reassure him. "But my friend is free for the taking, I'm sure she'd love to join you guys." Caitlynn shot me a deathly glare and turned bright red.

"Um-" She began.

"No pressure of course." Eli said, but with that said his friend slapped him upside the head. What a great wing man.

"Sure." She said in return. That's my girl.

Eli looked like a really sweet guy, maybe after he gets comfortable around her he might be less shy. If not, then I know that it's a deal breaker for her.

"I'll... see you guys later?" She said to us before we basically shooed her away. She went with Eli and Martin back to their booth.

Our group stared at them for a while, watching how they interacted with Caitlyn. She's very easy to get along with if she lets you in and it looked like she was opening up to the group of guys. Even Eli seemed to chill out a bit, thank goodness.

I looked back up at Archer ready to tease him about his performance, but Devin beat me to it. "Damn Archer, you pulled out all the stops to make that guy look like an idiot. The next worst thing that you could've done was kick his ass, right here, on top of it all."

We all laughed. I grabbed Archer's hand and squeezed it to let him know that what he did was okay. "Well he must know. She's mine." He said brushing off his friend's comments.

He looked down at me with a smirk on his face. He leaned down toward my and planted his lips onto mine, causing the childish 'whoops' to be thrown at us from everyone at our table.

He pulled away smiling, satisfied with his point. I leaned into his chest further, allowing his body heat to warm me up.

Now, because we're officially dating, we are openly affectionate in front of our friends.

After Archer asked me to be his girlfriend, I had a long joint phone call with all of the girls. They set me up and distracted me the whole day, so I had to let those little shits know what I thought about it. It's was honesty really cute, so I didn't get mad.

My mom wouldn't stop babbling and going on about it after I got home from Archer's match. Even when he was still at my place, she was smiling at me from a distance and making conversation with Archer. Let's just say that my mom is a fan of Archer and my being together. She approves.

My dad got home shortly before the two of us left for his match. He said that he wants to have a 'talk' with Archer. That was that.

"Okay enough." Devin said. "You don't need to rub your new found happiness in all of our faces."

We all laughed at him. Shame.

Caitlyn returned to our table after sitting with the group of guys for a solid twenty three minutes. She was wearing a huge smile and she waved a piece of paper, with numbers on it, around in the air. "Look what I got." She said cheerfully.

"What's he like?" Alice asked.

Caitlyn took her seat and started to explain, "He is so sweet, guys."

"Was he as shy and dorky, as he was over here, when he was over there." Cody said teasing.

"No. In fact he was actually really out going and fun over there." She said in a 'matter-of-fact' way.

"Good, because that was sad." Devin said laughing.

"Guys." I said shooting them a warning look.

The guys rolled their eyes and shut up. Assholes.

"I love how you own them." Erin said to me laughing.

"She does not!" Devin said as the same time Cody said, "She doesn't own me!"

We all laughed at the two idiots as they fumbled to correct Erin.

"Guys, She does. She owns all of us." Archer said to his two friends.

They just pouted sitting back into their chairs once again. Defeated.

We all continued to laugh.

After finishing off our food and chatting a bit more, we all decided it was time to leave when the clock said 10:15.

"Bye guys!" Erin shouted as she, Jake and Alice drove off.

"Bye."

Cody and Devin took the same car, as always. After all 'Cody is Devin's permanent ride', I thought quoted Devin.

Ethan took Caitlyn home and Archer and I took his car after we all finished our goodbyes. After a quick ride home in Archer's warm car we arrived at my house and Archer pulled into the drive way.

I leaned over to give Archer a goodbye kiss, but he stopped me. "Before you say goodbye, I wanted to ask you something." He said.

"Um, okay." Good or bad, I thought.

"I know that we've never really spoken about going on a real date and I've never taken you out properly." He explained awkwardly. He's so cute when he gets all awkward. "So, I wanted to ask if you'd like to go on an actually real first date?" He asked.

Oh my word. He is just the cutest thing. I love how even though I agreed to be his girlfriend and we've made out over a hundred times, he still gets nervous to ask me out. Dork.

"Archer, I'd love to go on an 'actual real first date with you'." I said quoting his cute mess of words. He smiled at me happily.

"Okay good, because I was talking to Caitlyn about where to take you and she came up with this really great idea. I'd love to share it with you." He explained.

I giggled at his enthusiasm. "Your adorable."

"Don't call me that." He said serious, which only made it worse causing me to I laugh at his comment.

"I'll call you whatever I want to, Archie." I teased.

He smiled at me and leaned over to place his lips on mine. I felt him smile against my lips, which cause me to smile too.

We stayed like that for a short while, before we both decided that it was probably be best if I went inside. Realizing that my dad could be spying on us. Ha, awkward.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow for that date?" He asked.

"Sure thing, Archie."

"Cool. See you at one tomorrow afternoon." He said smiling.

"Bye."

"Bye, Blondie."

I shut the door and made my way up the steps and into the house. I heard Archers car drive down the street, making me smile.

The things that boy makes me feel, I swear.
