With a slow nod Maisy listens as Micheal explains that night. She didn't know what to believe at the end of it.

What she heard made her angry but most of all she wanted to cry. She was over this drama, she just wanted the truth and at this point she didn't know who to trust.

"Well," Clearing her throat she plays with her ring "Thanks for the information Micheal."

With a small smile Micheal tells her "Do you forgive me?"

Maisy freezes. She doesn't even know the answer to that. She doesn't hate him as she did but she doesn't know if she can forgive him.

"Micheal" Releasing a breath she continues "I can't say I forgive you but am I able to co parent and see you daily then sure."

He looks down disappointed, he didn't want to make any excuses for the mistake he made but he needed her.

He rethinks that moment with the women who he thought was a best friend everyday. She went into his office and told him things he knew Maisy didn't do but, he just couldn't help it he felt so angry which caused him to make the worst mistake of his life.

Before that time with Emily he never in a million years thought about cheating hell he didn't even give another women a glance their way because all he saw was his beautiful wife.

Micheal wanted to start a family with Maisy and they kept trying for two years and learned it was hard for her to conceive but that didn't stop him. He loved her with every bone in his body, he still does. But if having to co parent be the only way to see her face almost every day he didn't care. He just needed to see her.

"I understand." He finishes playing with the wedding ring he refused to take off.

"It was nice seeing you Micheal." Nodding he looks up at her as she grabs her things and slowly stands "I'll see you Friday to get Mason, yes?"

"Of course."

Walking past him she didn't know what she felt. Of course she loved Micheal they were together for as long as she could remember but, he cheated and she didn't care if it was just once. Their trust was gone and that wasn't something people could easily get back from Maisy.
