"I was at my lowest, depressed, filled with hatred and grief."
"I didn't know what to do, where to go," that's when I met Silver, your father. " Said Oliver, while looking at gin, then continued.
" He was just a kid at that time, around 6 years old, filled with energy and optimism for the future, just like a sunshine."
"Silver came from a farmer's family, his mother had died due to a certain Illness and his father worked all day on the field to keep the family going."
"His optimism gave me the drive to live on, I vowed to myself that one day I'll take my revenge."
"I recognized that I wasn't strong enough and even if I go and ask someone for help they'll just try to exploit me or even worse straight out use me as a breeding tool to gain my rank 4 bloodline."
" I have no means to reach legacy, but I was not helpless either, I possessed the accumulated knowledge of my family, before teleporting me away my uncle stored all the battle spells of my family and other important books into a storage ring and passed it to me."
"For the couple of years I lived with Silver's family, Silver and his father are the only two members of this family."
"To return their kindness, I taught silver Some martial arts in those years, but who knew your father turned out to be quite a monster, he mastered all the martial arts I taught him in months and on top of that he even improved them. " Said Oliver, with a sigh while looking at gin, then continued.
"I knew that I've found a rare genius, so I kept training him."
" When I turned 19, I joined black stag military academy to gain some battle experience."

"Although at the time I wasn't strong enough to fully protect myself but I had mastered the technique of hiding one's avatar, so I wasn't that worried someone will find out my secrets."
"After that through my efforts and talents I climbed the ranks and became a commander, around that time, during one of my excursion, I met Keith, a runaway from home'' said Oliver, with a chuckle.
Hearing Oliver's words, Keith said" don't talk nonsense" with an unhappy tone.
"Smiling at Keith's childish behaviour, Oliver continued "due to our similarities, Keith and I became quite good friends, Keith, who was at that time working as an instructor at the palace, also became acquainted with Silver through me."
"As the years passed, our bond grew stronger and the day of Silver's awakening arrived, all were anticipating him to awaken a higher ranked enlightenment avatar due to him having high comprehension of sword arts."
"Silver didn't have high innate spirit power, it was above average at best, hence a very low chance of a nature born avatar choosing him."
" But fate played us like fools, not only a nature born avatar choose silver as its partner, furthermore that avatar left us with trepidation."
"At that point, we knew that if we didn't cover him properly, Silver would have serious troubles."
"Keith used the same spell as today to quell the turmoil caused by Silver's awakening, but we were not able to save the whole situation due to our lack of strength."
"Some nobles of the kingdom were alarmed and came to take a look, but we managed to persuade them by saying that it was an avatar of rank 3."
" Also, due to Keiths identity, they didn't dare to make much trouble and left silently, but we knew that the trouble has just begun."

" Considering the gravity of the situation, Silver agreed to move into my home with his father."
"We advised Silver to join legacy, but he declined, saying that he had his reasons not to join."
"Few uneventful years passed with some Nobles inviting Silver to join their family, but Silver refused them tactfully, An unfortunate incident happened in those years when Silver's father died because of his ill health."
Then, suddenly Oliver tone became quite sorrowful as he continued.
"Silver was very happy that day, as he told me that he was going to be a father."
" I asked him with trembling voice, not due to excitement, but with dread, who's the mother."

The First Magician
James died from touching something he, in hindsight, should definitely not have. As luck would have it, he was reborn into a world with magic, levels, skills, and stats. Just like an RPG! The most curious thing about this new world was that magic had only existed for thirty years. What kind of life will James lead in a world filled with monsters, dungeons, and magic? Usually will update Wednesday and Saturday, but there's always the chance I haven't gotten around to writing in a while so there may be a break. Additionally, I intend to edit heavily between arcs.

Ashes of the Primordial
With the upcoming shutdown of the servers for Ragnarok Games’ deep dive VRMMO, ‘Ashes of the Primordial’, the player log of those online for the final night was depressingly empty-looking. A revolutionary level of realism drove Ashes to the forefront of the games market, billions of players enjoying their journey to power and glory as an avatar of their own creation. The final enemy of the game-world defeated, the company announced, in line with their stance from launch, that they would be shutting down the game exactly six months after the defeat of Sutr, the final boss. Ammanas, the player responsible for Sutr's defeat, stays online until the end. However, as the countdown hits 0, the start-hub of his dive rig (what would typically greet a forced ejection from a game) was no where to be seen and instead darkness greets him as he fades into unconsciousness. Awakening to unfamiliar sights in an unfamiliar body, one which turns out to be a lot more familiar than he first thought, now he must figure out where, how, why and what to do with the new world he finds himself in. Author note: I don't own the cover, just something found through a google search. This is also my first story and the MC will basically be unimaginably OP yet never really utilising his full power. He just wants to find somewhere to fit in to the new world he finds himself in and despite both his nature as a loner and his interests he will find himself forming connections with the denizens of this new realm. Hope you enjoy

Oxymoronic/Desktop/Babel_Maze
[19:27] Oxymoronic: Ever heard of escape room games? [19:30] Oxymoronic: You know, those places where you pay a hundred bucks to get locked in a room with impossible puzzles. Impossible for you, that is. Your smartass friend inevitably figures them out in seconds while you're sitting there dumbfounded, wondering where your money went. [19:31] Oxymoronic: Or maybe you are that smartass friend. [19:33] Oxymoronic: Well, I played an escape room game that even all the smartasses in the world couldn't have figured out. [19:35] Oxymoronic: I could have written a novel about what we have come to call the Babel Maze. But frankly, I'm not much of a writer. I'd much rather prefer to let the forum archives speak on their own. [19:36] Oxymoronic: Might take a few months to upload all this. Lots of clutter, lots of spam. Cleaning all this is going to be a nightmare. [19:38] Oxymoronic: That's just what internet janitors like me do.

Doctor Who: An Alternate Sequel Series
An alternate sequel to the original Doctor Who series (1963-1989) This is set in an alternate universe to the 21st century Doctor Who and features an alternate 9-13th Doctors. These Doctors will be based on different actors (or rather characters the actors are known for playing,) whose images will be used to represent them. The 9th Doctor will be based on Irish actor Dylan Moran, the 10th Doctor will be based on Tim Curry, whilst the 11th Doctor will be based on Robert Carlyle. The 12th Doctor will be based on Julian Barratt, whilst the 13th Doctor will be based on Julian Richings. I decided to make my Doctor Who fanfic series an alternate sequel as I wanted to match the classic era in tone and style more. The 21st century DW is still canon however. It is simply an alternate universe. Some stories will feature alternate versions of 21st Centruy Who characters. The Doctor from the 21st Century Who universe will also crossover into my universe at some point too. This way I can keep what I like from both the original and revival, whilst creating my own Doctors. Each story will feature a different Doctor, and they will all be at random points in their lives, though as time goes on I do intend to build up my own continuity and history.

But one party proved to be more ruthless than the rest. The Adlerschrank emerged a powerful party and wiped off almost all their opponents right off the map.
