“So, this is the gang’s headquarters” Vel said up on its roof.
The building used to belong to a wealthy merchant before his son lost everything to gambling and women. Now the building has been transformed into underground gambling den where only wealthy noble or merchants may enter.
“Tonight should be the night where both targets are together” Vel thought when he saw the guard entering the back entrance.
“Well, time to get to work” Vel mumbled as his bones grew giving him extra height and look of an adult man dressed in fancy clothes he made.
Vel walks right to the door and knocked on the door with the secret code.
“Would you like a drink sir” a waiter asks when he walked in the door.
“No thanks I’m here to talk to the boss about a business idea so do you know where I can find him?” Vel asks with a slight smile.
“Do you have an appointment schedule?” the waiter asks.
“No just came into the capital today and leaving tomorrow so can you ask him if he willing to meet” Vel lied trying to catch both targets at the same time.
“Let me check” the waiter walked into the backroom and came back a few minutes later.
“He willing to meet you so follow me” the waiter said leading him into the backroom where the gang leader and guard having a chat.
“I hear that you have a business idea” the gang leader said seeing Vel walked in.
“Yes, it going to double your current profits” Vel said sitting down while the guard in the back walked forward.
“And how do suppose this going to happen” the guard asks.
“Who are you” Vel asks the guard.
“He is Tim and he works as a guard who brings information before the guard's raid this place” the gang leader says.

“Can he be trusted?” Vel asks concern.
“Yes he been working for me for last twelve years when he was a child” he says and Tim nods his head.
“Very well” Vel says bringing out a small bottle of clear liquids.
“What is this” Tim says picking up the bottle.
“Something that will give you a rush like never before” Vel said.
“Hmm… How does this work” the gang leader asks?
“Open the lid and drink it and wait a minute for it to take effect” Vel said.
“And this supposed to double my profits” the gang leader asks not believing its effect.
“Why don’t you test it?” Vel asks calmly.
“How long does it last for” he asks.
“for few minutes but to the user it feels like a few hours” Vel said.
“What are the side effects” Tim asks curiously.
“It highly additive so they will come back for more and after they will become dependent on it after about five uses” Vel said calmly causing their eyes to glow with greed.
“How much can you supply by tomorrow” the gang leader asks.
“I can send about four hundred bottles by tomorrow but are you not going to test the effects seeing if I’m lying or not,” Vel asks.
“If it additive as you say I rather not” the gang leader shakes his head.
“Oh, that what you're worried about I got an antidote to cure that effect” Vel said holding up another bottle.
“Well I’m curious so I test it” Tim pick up the bottle and drinks it in one go.
“So how is it” the gang leader asks Tim.
“I feel great and like I can do anything” Tim says with a smile.
“Then do we have a deal” Vel stand up and shake the gang leader hand.

“Yes, we have a deal” he agrees happily before he seen a blade enter his heart causing him to slump down dead.
“What have you done” Tim who seen this happen jumps back and draws his sword.
“3…2…1” Vel counts down before Tim begins to cough heavily unable to say anything before he died.
Vel walked over to Tim body and took his clothes and his body began to show change and when he finished he looked exactly like Tim. After Vel finished his transformation he drops a mysterious liquid onto Tim body which caused it to melt away without a trace.
Vel exited the office and strolled out into an alleyway before changing back into himself and watches the gang send it member outs to search for Tim who murdered their leader.
-Dark Guild-
“Here your payment of seven gold” the man handed Vel his reward.
“any more missions” Vel asks the man.
“You have ranked up so there ten mission to select whichever hold your interest” the man said laying out a row of missions to pick from.
Vel looked at them when one caught his eye as the target was member of servant of light. Vel eyes grew cold causing the temperature to drop around him.
“I take this one” Vel said before leaving.
-Training ground-
“Mission 4: Kill Servant of Light John, location: Nightwing Town, Time limit: Two weeks”
“Finally I can start my revenge” Vel said with extreme hatred as he looked at the picture of his target.

Midori
The sea of stars. The momentaneous lifeforms that flicker far away. Our futures — a sea brimming with light. Each and every shimmer in the starry canvas serves as one’s infinite opportunities in the vast sea of the future. The world, however, is far from the ideals of such a mantra. Complacency is the enemy of progress, yet to the four known nations, each one sees enemies around their borders. An example: A village isolated from the nation of Alkai prevents the lives of many from progressing. It’ll take a society, a group, even a whipped together rag-tag team to jump start the quest for progress. An escape from a motionless home—in order to search for a greater future, Mira approaches her blade in a new light. This fiction has no serious plot and is set with rules of Pyro universe, slightly modified. Made because there were no Mouse Necromancers... There was a Hamster Demon lord, but... RIP Hamster... Will be updated at least once a week, unless said otherwise. Chapters will be quite short by the way. Chapters will be posted when I push myself to continue with this fiction. Moose decided to run away, or muse... or mouse, but in this case, it's probably the fault of my cat...
