In the end, Poopy had no choice but to let the beetle mess around in its own tunnel with a ball of poop. The dung golem was quite frustrated since that meant it count only search for dung in a 50 metre radius, but at least that was better than nothing, right? Poopy spent the next hour harvesting all the dung in the 50 metre radius of the tunnel the scarab dug.

Having found the last of the dung in the 50 metre radius, Poopy gained quite a lot. There were a lot of high levelled animals like the yellow direwolf it encountered previously in the area, but Poopy realised after a while that none of them bothered with it unless it wandered too close into their territory. Some of them even welcomed the golem to remove the smelly turds! But not all the animals. The wolves didn't let the golem part with their dung for one, for the smelly stuff was used to mark their territory. The golem was quite satisfied from all its gains, even thinking to itself that today might be the best day ever. However, it wanted more!

Unfortunately, Poopy could still sense that the dung beetle was still slurping on that ball of dung. The golem was really, really annoyed. Why does it take so long for that damned insect to eat? Poopy decided to just march on and search for more dung deeper in the forest.

A while later...

The golem had been heading out in search of more dung for another hour. But without the help of the beetle, it was actually unable to find any! As Poopy marched on, dejected, a shadow loomed above it all of a sudden. Poopy stared up into the sky, only to see a huge floating silhouette of an unnatural object amongst the clouds. Whatever it was, it was flying far too high above for the dung monster to tell what it was.

Scuttling sounded behind the golem. Poopy turned around, only to see the beetle charge over and plop on the ground beside it. The shrivelled remains of the dung ball was speared on the tip of its horn. After a while of slurping the dung ball, the scarab realised Poopy was hundreds of metres from it. The ball of poop given by the golem was the tastiest it had yet, so the insect quickly rushed to its master out of fear that Poopy would leave. Poopy was overjoyed, almost tempted to hug the beetle. Now it could finally find more dung!

Poopy felt like the rewards were useless. Why would it want anything other than poop? Admitted, it could snag a Wish Fulfilment LootCrate to get some but the cost was too high for something so easily found. Poopy decided to ignore the quests and head off to the nearest pile of dung, but not before passing another ball of dung to the beetle in case it pissed off the insect again. This time, the beetle simply speared the ball onto its horn, following Poopy obediently. The golem was delighted, thinking about what a good day today was.

BOOM!

Something hit the ground 5 metres away from Poopy, stirring up a cloud of dirt. But with a swing of its arm, the concealer was forced to part, revealing an almost featureless white humanoid with sunken sockets for eyes. It was very muscular, with abs on its abdomen and well defined muscles on its slender limbs. As the strange being stared right into the golem's eyes with its empty sockets, it could not help but feel extremely frightened.
