When Travis woke up, Winter came inside followed by a woman and Valkyrie.

Jillyanna stood up and made a light bow to show her respect before she introduced him to her teacher.

"This is our teacher. You don't need to know her name." she informed Travis. "Teacher, this is my husband, Travis."

The woman gave Travis an overall look from head to toe. She was clearly dissatisfied with a scornful look on her face.

"I told you to never marry a businessman! Look what you got yourself involved! You've enemies everywhere! And your security? They were all incapable! Where did you get those idiotic men?!"

Jillyanna blinked her eyes but she didn't dare talk back while her teacher was speaking. She let her words in with her one ear and let them out with the other.

Travis didn't know how to react either. It was the first time that someone scolded him who wasn't his family. His mother didn't even scold him when she was still alive. Nonetheless, he still respected the woman and let her chewed them out.

"I don't really know what to do with you! You were telling me that you won't get married and you broke that promise! You told me that you'd keep yourself safe but I've been hearing many news involving you! Just what the hell were you thinking?!"

"Teacher..." Jillyanna called in whisper. "I couldn't stop my heart from falling in love with him again. You won't get it even if I explain things to you.."

"Y-you..this..you stupid woman!" her teacher yelled at her but Jillyanna just smiled.

"I've been keeping myself safe. Even though I've been involved to different issues, nothing happened to me. Travis had been doing his best to protect me. Another thing, those people who attacked us wasn't because of him or because he is a businessman. They were all targeting me."

"Huh? Why? What have you done?" Her teacher and Winter asked in unison. They didn't know about this. They all thought that those men were targeting her because of Travis.

Jillyanna bit her lower lip and led the two of them to a sofa to sit. Travis went to sit on his swivel chair since he didn't want to disturb their conversation. He was obviously listening to them though.

"I am not so sure myself." Jillyanna started. "I've been doing a lot when Travis was hospitalized because of me. I offended several people and I don't know which of them were messing up with me."

Her teacher was pressing her temples, feeling all frustrated with her student's current condition. Among all her students, Jillyanna was the best and Winter came in second. Looking at her fragile constitution, she didn't know how Jillyanna survived all those training menu she gave.

"Nevermind." her teacher waved her hand in dismissal. "Tomorrow, I have ordered to gather all your remaining body guards. I will conduct a skills tests to them. I don't want anyone to put your life in danger!"

Travis didn't comment on it. He let Jillyanna decide on this matter. Of course, he would agree personally but he didn't want to interfere with their conversation.

Valkyrie pulled a chair and sat in front of his work desk. "I wonder how the skills test will turn out..hmm..aren't you curious."

"I am but I have more important things to do instead of watching a training. You assist the teacher tomorrow. After all, she's doing this for Jillyanna's safety." Travis responded.

"Copy that!" Valkyrie winked at him before he moved to get food for Brown and everyone else, then left the room in silence.

"Teacher..uhmm..would you like to eat with us here or would you like to eat with Winter somewhere? I don't really go out of the hospital without the doctor's permission so I always eat my meal here." Jillyanna invited at the same time gave a brief explanation.

She was a bit guilty that she couldn't serve her teacher at this moment due to her health. She felt that she was being disrespectful.

"I'm fine here if you have enough food. It's hot outside." her teacher responded.

"Okay. I'll ask Travis to prepare our food." Even though she said that, she only turned her head and smiled at her husband. Understanding each other, including subtle movements is the key to harmonious relationship.

Travis stood up and went to their small dining table where only four people can dine. He set all the dishes and utensils for the four of them.

"The food here is safe. Our helper cooks them for us so there's nothing to worry about." Jillyanna informer the woman to make sure that she won't scold her for being careless again.

"That's good to know."

"And Travis came up with this recipes." Jillyanna added to gain points for her husband. She didn't like it when someone belittled Travis but she could understand her teacher's frustration for her thus; she can only raise his points through simple things.

"I'm glad that he's taking care of you."

"My cousin dotes on Jillyanna so much." Winter chimed in to get more brownie points for Travis.

"He always put me first before himself." Jillyanna interjected.

"My cousin doesn't want her to work." Winter added.

"Wait..wait..wait.." the woman put her palms facing her students and stopped them from saying anything. "I know he is the best. I won't nitpick on him anymore, so stop praising him."

"Okay." Jillyanna and Winter immediately agreed and pulled their teacher towards the dining table.

"Let's have our lunch." Travis told them as he pulled a chair out for Jillyanna.

"Looking at you, you must have trained in martial arts, why did you stop?" the teacher asked Travis as she took out a chair and sat.

"I did train for few years for self defense purposes. I stopped to take over my father's business." Travis answered humbly to the woman.

"Given your strength, I hope your men will have something to show during the skills tests. I hope you won't take this against me but, I don't intend for my student to suffer due to your insufficient capabilities in choosing a guard for her."

"It is my honor to have a teacher like you train our bodyguards. Thank you." Travis made a light bow to show his respect and gratitude.

"Well, good luck to them."
