Meanwhile, Taehyun was sitting in his cabin, still angry and Kai was noticing him since then but didn't dare to speak anything. He thought of something and then looked at Taehyun.
"Taehyun, I think we should hang out!"
Kai said and Taehyun glared at him.
"What do you mean? We have a lot of work to do!"
Taehyun yelled at him.
"Oh c'mon man! Leave your work for today!"
Kai said while removing the files from his hands.
"You know I have an important meeting, with Choi Lia!"
Taehyun reminded him but Kai just ignored it.
"No problem, I already cancelled it!"
Kai said and Taehyun lost it.
"What the heck is wrong with you?! What were you even thinking?"
Taehyun shouted.
"Dude, are you not my friend anymore? What happened to you, are we not best friends?!"
Kai said and Taehyun took a deep sigh.
"How is that even related?!"
Taehyun was already pissed off by the fact that Kai cancelled his important meeting and now he was acting like that.
"I know, you love your business more, You only care for money!"
Kai yelled back and Taehyun raised his hand to hit him but Kai held his hand.
"That's how she felt at that moment."
Kai said and Taehyun looked at him with surprise. He shook his hand.
"Why are you looking at me like that now? That's exactly how Chaeryeong felt, and instead of supporting her, you hurt her more than ever!"
Kai yelled at Taehyun and he started to look outside the window which was fully made of glass and the whole city could be seen from there.
"Ignoring me won't change the fact that you didn't hurt her!"
Kai said and Taehyun closed his eyes. Earlier he was angry at Chaeryeong but now he was annoyed by himself.
"Also it wasn't her fault that Dahye got injured."
Kai added.
"Taehyun, you're married to her, she's your present and Dahye was your past. Just think of it, how much difficult it was for her to see you getting angry at her for someone else, and for the mistake she never did?"

Kai said and Taehyun was now feeling the pain he gave Chaeryeong earlier.
"Apologise to her, it's never too late."
Kai said and Taehyun nodded with teary eyes. He started to walk but then stopped.
"Don't worry, the meeting with Ms Lia is at night."
Kai reassured him and Taehyun ran as if there's no tomorrow.
He went to the parking lot after ignoring many employees who greeted him. He was just thinking about Chaeryeong at that moment.
"I'm such a jerk! I've hurt you so much Chaeryeong!"
He thought as he started to drive. The first person he thought of calling was Seojun.
He called Seojun but he didn't pick up his call. He again called him and thankfully, he picked up the call.
"Hello?"
Seojun spoke.
"Where's Chaeryeong?"
He asked while driving.
"She isn't with me."
Seojun replied.
"What do you mean by that? You're her assistant, you need to be with her all the time!"
Taehyun yelled at him.
"Sir, please relax. She'll be okay. Don't worry."
Seojun tried to calm him down but Taehyun disconnected the call.
He went to every single place where Chaeryeong could be. He finally decided to call her mother. He dialed her number.
"Hello mom, is Chaeryeong there?"
He asked.
"No, she isn't here. She must be in her office."
She replied.
"Oh yes right! Sorry for bothering!"
He said as he didn't want her parents to worry.
He stopped the car and punched hard on the steering wheel.
It was evening and almost night but he hadn't found Chaeryeong anywhere and he was getting more and more worried.
He looked at his phone which was ringing, he saw that it was Chaeryeong calling him. He quickly picked up the call.
"Hello? Chaeryeong?"
"This is not Chaeryeong, the person whose phone is actually really drunk, can you pick her up?"
He heard a man's voice.
"Can you tell me your location please?"

"In the park, uhm there's a convenient store named 24/7 in front of the park. And I'm near the building of the Lee Enterprises."
She said and Taehyun hung up the call.
He drove to the place and went to that park. Taehyun saw someone standing and he noticed Chaeryeong sleeping on the bench with a blazer above her. He went to the man who was about his father's age.
"Thank you so much sir!"
Taehyun said as he went towards Chaeryeong who was still sleeping. He took off his jacket and put it over her. He removed the blazer and returned to the man. He didn't notice that man's face earlier but now he was completely seeing him.
"I think I've seen you. Have we met somewhere?"
Taehyun asked and that man's expressions changed.
"I don't remember."
The man replied
"Maybe, I saw you years ago."
Taehyun said.
"What's your name young man?"
He asked.
"You just called me from her phone, how come you don't know my name?"
Taehyun enquired.
"Your wife had your number saved as 'Hubby' with millions of heart emojis."
He laughed making Taehyun a little shocked. He then blushed a little.
"It's Kang Taehyun."
Taehyun replied and the man's expressions changed.
"I-I think I should go now, take care of your wife."
The man said and before Taehyun could say anything, he heard Chaeryeong whining in her sleep, until she opened her eyes.
He looked at her and went to her. She was struggling to sit up straight. He picked her up and started walking towards the car, he was feeling really bad for her since he was responsible for her condition.
He made her sit on the seat and he thought of putting the seatbelt on her making sure she won't fall. As he was putting the seatbelt on her, she opened her eyes. He was actually really close to her at that moment, she held him by his collar and pulled him towards her. She was about to get more closer to him but she again passed out. Taehyun gently removed her hands from his collar and closed the door of the car. He then sat on the driving seat and drove off.
Chaeryeong woke up in the ride and saw Taehyun driving.
"Wha-what are we?"
She said in shaky voice.
"Dinasaur, rawrrrr!"
She said imitating in a cute voice. Taehyun couldn't help but chuckle a bit.
"Oh, why are you here?"
She said and Taehyun looked at her confused.
"You are angry with me, you don't want t-to even see me, and maybe you H-Hate me."
She struggled while saying those words due to her throat because she was trying her best not to cry.
"I don't hate-"
"Do you still love Dahye?"
Taehyun stopped the car suddenly after hearing her. He didn't have anything to say anything, because he honestly didn't understand himself. What was going on with him.
"I don't love her anymore Chaeryeong."
He said while cupping her face.
"Shh."
She kept her fingers on his lips and he felt his cheeks burning.
"If you really love her, then you can marry her. I'll not say anything, as long as you're happy."
She said with tears in her eyes. Her hands were now on his face.
"After all, you never loved me and you never will."
She said and he wiped off her tears. He was crying with her all along.
"But, why did you hire her?"
He still wasn't getting why she hired her anyway. He knew it wasn't the right time to ask her but if he asked her later, she would never tell him.
"That's because she deserves it, maybe more."
She replied, and Taehyun looked at her with confusion.
"Because she's my sister."
