I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly Thaddeus seemed angry. I was shocked when he actually yelled at me, I flinched back then wrapped my arms around myself. I felt my eyes sting as tears threatened to fill them, I don't understand what I did wrong, I was so confused

I wasn't expecting to see him shift right here in the dining room. I was shocked when he suddenly leaned forward and shifted to his wolf right in front of me. I don't know what shocked me more, the fact that his wolf was using all four legs, or how massive he was.

I have never seen a wolf so big before, not even my old Alphas wolf was this big. I also couldn't believe how beautiful he was He was so black, so shiny. His fur looked so soft and so perfect.

As he ran through the door, I thought the certain he was going to tear it apart. I didn't think he would fit. His side scraped the door frame as he ran through it. They really should consider widening that door! I thought, as I stared at the door that he just ran out of.

After a few moments, I started wondering what could possibly be going on? Are we under attack? Is it rogues? Those things terrify me! Or maybe it's my old Alpha, coming to take me back. That thought alone terrified me more than anything and I wrapped my arms around my body tighter and began rocking in my chair.

I felt someone touch my right shoulder and I jumped as it startled me. I quickly looked up just to see it was only Xander. He pulled his hand back, and looked at me with a sad expression.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. Everything will be okay, Thaddeus just had to go take care of something." Xander said.

He smiled at me, but I just looked forward out the window, unable to shake this uneasy feeling. Unable to shake the strength sensation as of something is waking up inside me.

I haven't been able to talk to my wolf since I woke up. I have tried several times, but he's out of reach, he was still too far back in my head, asleep.

That wasn't till now. As I was looking out the window, I felt my wolf finally waking up. I could hear him, and feel that he was desperately trying to tell me something, but he sounded too far away. I couldn't understand what he was saying. I focused as hard as I could, trying to understand what he was saying until suddenly he was loud and clear. So loud I actually winced and grabbed both sides of my head as it throbbed. The fact that it felt like he was running laps of my head wasn't helping either.

" What's wrong?" I heard Xander ask, concerned.

"My head hurts." I said.

" Pink, tight kiddo, I'll grab you some Tylenol." He said as he went into the kitchen.

As soon as he entered the kitchen my wolf spoke again, and this time I was able to understand what he was saying.

He sounded frantic, I needed to go outside now! I've never felt or heard my wolf so desperate as he was now, so I quickly stood to my feet and ran to the front door as fast as I could.

I slid to a halt on the front porch at the horrifying scene in front of me. I watched gray wolf tackle small white wolf who was running straight for me.

The two wolves tumbled, the gray one rolling off of it before Thaddeus's wolf jumped on the white wolf, pinning it as he growled. Thaddeus's Wolf's jaws were around the white wolf's throat in an instant, and the white wolf looked at me terrified.

As soon as my eyes met the white wolves, I watched its eyes turn from green to a bright glowing blue.

As the white wolf's eyes glowed blue, everything I looked at took on a blue hue. It was almost as if someone put blue lenses over my eyes, giving the world and everything I looked at a blue tint. At the same time, I felt this strange pull to the white wolf, a sense of recognition and I felt it's terror as if it was mine.

I ran down the stairs, screaming at the top of my lungs.

"STOP!!!"

Thaddeus instantly froze with his mouth around the white wolf's throat.

I ran to the white wolf and dropped to my knees, trying to push Thaddeus away but he didn't budge.

I wrapped my arms around the white wolf's head, not wanting Thaddeus to hurt this wolf. Somehow, I can't explain it, but I know this wolf, even though I have no memory of ever seeing it before.

Thaddeus let go as soon as my arms wrapped around the wolf's head. He growled loudly as he let go and backed away from the white wolf. He walked around the wolf, towards me. The nudged me, almost as if he was trying to get me away from the white wolf.

I heard the familiar sound of bones cracking has a held onto the white wolf's face and let go, knowing it's shifting.

The shift was fast, faster than I ever been able to shift. Before I knew it, a naked female was kneeling down in front of me. She looked at me, with tears in her eyes before throwing her arms around me.

She clung to me so tight, squeezing me as she kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

"I can't believe I found you!"

I wrap my hands around her as she broke down crying. Her shoulder shook as she cried, and I ran my hands through her hair. As I held her, that familiar sensation, that pull to her seemed to grow even stronger.

After a few moments she finally pulled back and her hands went to each side of my face as she looked into my eyes.

"It's really you Aiden! I can't believe I finally found you. I've been looking for you for so long.... I was beginning to think I would never find you." She said, then threw her arms around my neck again crying.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw thaddeus's wolf drop its head and walk away, into the woods.

I held her for a few more moments until her sobs started to slow down.

I was pissed at the white wolf. How dare this wolf come into my territory without permission! I wanted to rip this thing apart, but Aiden stopped me. And now he has his arms wrapped around the damn thing! What in the hell is going on?!

I swear I'm going to rip this things head off if it does anything to him. I thought as I let go of the damn thing, then tried to nudge Aiden kind of wanting him away from it. Unfortunately, he refused to let go and the wolf suddenly shipped it back.

I was actually shocked it was a girl. During all the commotion I didn't actually pay attention to its scent, to identify if it was male or female. I was too focused on catching this thing and killing it to even pay attention to whether it was a male or a female..

If it wasn't bad enough, the Aiden was hugging the stupid things face, it got Even worse when she suddenly threw her naked body at him, and clung to him like a damn leech!

She clung to him, she was a crying snot-nose mess , clinging to him with her naked body. Just who the hell is this girl to him?

I wanted to rip her head off when I watched her pull back and take his face into her hands. It looked like such an intimate moment as she looked into his eyes. I felt my stomach drop as I watched and listened to her words.

"It's really you Aiden! I can't believe I finally found you. I've been looking for you for so long.... I was beginning to think I would never find you."

My heart instantly felt like it was torn out of my chest. My wolf whimpered in my head as our hearts broke.

I just knew it had to be his girlfriend, It had to be. I knew he would never want someone like me. Why would he when he can have her, a female and can actually use her legs?

I felt my head dropped as I turned to walk away from them. I needed to get away from here, I couldn't watch them anymore.

Once I was in the woods I let Zeus take over and he took off running. I receded to the back of my head like he usually does when I'm forward.
