I'm freaking out
What do you buy your girlfriends parents and siblings for Christmas. That I had been thinking about since October when I found out we were going to spend Christmas there and now when it was time to shop I was freaking out
Lizzie said we should shop separately because she wanted to buy me something so am alone trying to find something. I have meet them a few times each but that doesn't mean I know what to buy them
I mean you could always buy them a perfume or something but wouldn't that come of as if they smell bad. Trips are nice but I do not have the budget for that. A board game? No one plays them anyone.
After some more thinking I decided on trying to shop for Lizzie first because that is easy. I already know what I'm getting her
And so I did and an hour later I had five bags in hand. I walked out the mall dumping them all in my car before I lean against the car to try and think again. What do I buy them?
I tried google. They didn't have that many good ideas either. I tried to think back on my child hood. What did the advisors give to each other? But nothing came up except alcohol and that's probably why I don't have a good relationship with that
So I did the last very desperate think and called Lizzie. She answers after two signals. "Hello babe" She said happily and I could hear people in the back ground so she was still inside the mall. "Where are you?" I asked as I started to walk back to the mall
"Right now I'm in Starbucks buying myself a coffee. You want one two?" She asks

"Yes that would be nice. The usual. But that wasn't why I called" I say a bit unsure. Why is it so embarrassing to ask for help
"Yea and why did you call baby"
"I don't know what to buy you siblings nor your parents and I have been freaking out because I want to get them something good but I don't know what they like or want" I say as I locate the Starbucks inside the mall fun of people
"That's totally fine baby. I will help you. I have some ideas or worst case we just write your name on the once from me"
"But that doesn't feel like they are form me and that I tried Lizzie" I say as I walk into Starbucks. "I'm here now and see you so bye baby" And then the phone called ended as she turned around and smiled at me
"Hi baby" She sweetly says as she hugs me. "Hi to you to baby" I say as I kiss her head before her name is called and we grab our coffees and exit the coffee shop. "So okey I have some ideas......
She real did have some great ideas because after that it only took 30 minutes and then we were done with shopping and sure maybe the presents wasn't my idea but I had choose them and payed so it made me feel great and not so scared knowing Lizzie had approved
So now we just hope that they like them
This is bad and just quickly thrown together but I wanted to wish all the people who celebrate Christmas a merry Christmas

We will follow his life and his fight against the evil blue boxes and what comes with all of them. ------------------------------- Update 04-24-18 Just ran a spelling and grammar check on the existing chapters and corrected a lot of little issues. ------------------------------- Just so you know, do not expect detailed sex scenes, or a lot of gore and such. Profanity is probably a given, I added the tag today....I mean you've seen how the Blue Box God talks....I'm shocked our MC has keep his cool so far. Also just FYI, I've got the entire per chapter outline complete for what will end up being book 1. That being said I've discovered over the years that a good outline lasts until you begin to wrote the chapter out. What that means is that even with a good outline because I tend to rethink thing out 4 or 5 times while I write them that it can hold up a chapter from being released. I'd rather hold up a story to make it flow better than rush something out. So while you might see at times a very aggressive release rate, at times you might wonder what happened to me because I've stopped posting. The reason being that after I wrote the chapter I decided it either sucked, didn't flow right or I just decided the direction things were headed no longer seemed right. So I'll stop, review and decide if I need to rewite all of the outlines to changes things up and then rewrite the chapter, or possibly go back and make changes to older chapters if needed. By the way, if I ever decide something needs to change, I will let you know which chapters changed and I'll give you a quick outline of the changes so you can skip the reread if you want. Yes a lot of this story will be told from the third person prespective, though we will listen to Richard tell his story. Expect a lof of behind the scene components. I've never published here before so expect it to take me a try or 2 to get an understanding of the formatting and such. Also I do not post a schedule. Sorry but real life always comes first but I will try and get things steddy.

Palantine and Co. is an unusual company that does its work in an unusual field. But it's attractive enough to out of work Gary Bellamy, and offers decent pay and a good benefits package. But there are a few things a little strange about the local office. The CEO is perpetually out of town, apparently in search of ‘Enlightenment’. His co-workers are involved in research and investigations involve the likes of Bigfoot, ghosts, walk-ins and other supernatural phenomena, for who its not quite clear. It all seems a bit dodgy to Gary but again, good benefits package. Ephram Palantine is having problems of his own. His search for Enlightenment hasn’t been going all that well, has lead down some rather bizarre rabbit holes. It's about to get a lot worse. The employees of Palantine and Co. are themselves hoping their new hire is exactly what they need. Otherworldly phenomena is on the rise. A seven year old girl has gone missing in northern Michigan, and they are sure it involves something that happened to Gary when he was a boy, thirty years ago, not to mention that there have been sightings of same identical dead man on a Lake Erie beach now for several decades. Some might call what Gary and his co-workers are about to get involved in to protect humanity from a world whose borders with other realities are fraying at the edges, incredible and perhaps even insane. Some might call it a mission.
