You an Nat have been dating for just over a year now, she is the sweetest girlfriend even if she doesn't show it to the others that she cares. You get scared of her sometimes cause of her outbursts she has but she has never noticed that she scares her own girlfriend. Yelena and Wanda are your best friends, they know about you being frightened of Nat when she gets angry, they urge you to tell her how you feel cause it isn't healthy for you or her. Right now you are in the kitchen with Natasha and yelena and Wanda on the sofa in the distance, they can hear you but it's faint when you talk normally, Nat got upset for some reason and you have no clue why, she grabbed the closest kitchen knife and started pointing at you near your neck, your frightened

N- this is stupid, it's worthless, I hate everything this continues for a while

The knife is getting closer and closer to your throat and you honestly don't think you have been more scared for you life until now, the one person you love the most making you think your life is close to ending. While Nat is shouting you slip away and Wanda follows you cause she read your mind and saw the tears in your eyes

Y- your own girlfriend is petrified of you, she knows about your anger issues before she got committed into this but putting a knife to her throat with the intention to kill her! She's so scared of you I don't think I've ever seen her so scared in my life

Y- she's afraid of you! Don't you notice? Every time you move a muscle significantly she flinches, when you shout at her she holds back her tears and pain in just so you can be the girl she fell in love with. Right now she is in Wandas room crying her eyes out watching Rom coms to cheer her up, cuddling up with eachother cause she only trusts me and Wanda not to kill her. She thinks that everything you say is real even when you apologise afterwards to go get her to stay with you. You may think it isn't real... it is real to her. You're practically scaring your girl to death

N- W-why didn't she tell me she felt like this

Y- she didn't want you to leave her cause she loves you even if you're killing her, she could have anyone she wants but she's chose you even though she is frightened

N- I have to talk to her

Nat runs to wandas room and yelena follows. Nat bursts into Wandas room and she sees you flinch and grab onto Wanda tighter and bury your face into her neck

N- babe...

W- Natasha leave

N- no Wanda I need to talk to my girlfriend so can you let go of her so I can talk to her privately

U- don't Wanda

W- I won't

N- y/n please

U- you can say what you want to say with yelena and Wanda in the room

N- I prefer to keep this private

U- I don't want to be alone with you

N- I'm your girlfriend why are you so scared of me

U- cause you almost kill me everyday, why do you think most nights I say I'm busy with my friends cause I'm too scared that you will hurt me

N- I will never do that

U- says the woman who had a knife at my throat for 5 minutes earlier

N- I wasn't trying to kill you I will never do that

U- Nat... I don't think this is gonna work

U- I'm saying that I'm not safe and happy in this relationship like I was when we started dating... we're done natasha

U- I'm sorry Nat I can't be in this relationship anymore, it's toxic and I'm in fear of my own life, we are over now please leave

Nat runs out crying and yelena stands there not knowing what to do

U- go yelena she needs you

Y- are you sure

U- she was your sister before I was your bestfriend she needs someone, she doesn't deserve to be alone I have Wanda to comfort me be there for her

Y- ok

Yelena runs and follows Nat to comfort her

W- are you ok

U- I will be, some part of me will always love her she was my first everything but it's wasn't healthy for me to stay in the relationship, I was so frightened of her bur my love for her blinded that from me for years but recently I've noticed it more and I was afraid to even speak to her at one point

You and Wanda fall asleep in each other's arms

Time skip- 6 months later

It's now 6 months after the break up and both you and Natasha are miserable without each other and it's obvious to the rest of the avengers. After many stories and explanations from yelena why you broke up with her she understood why you did it, she went to therapy and it's helped her a lot and she's not like she was with you. She wants you back and she will do anything she can to get you back and convince you she's better and you don't need to be scared of her. You still flinch when she's around and it makes her even more upset that she has made you like that. Both yelena and Wanda know you both miss each other and nat has truly changed as they would never even think to do what they are planning otherwise as they don't want your safety to be in danger and they know you are both hopelessly in love with each other despite what happened and hoe long ago it was.
