《The Secretary》Someone's Competitive

I woke up to find Jensen holding me close to his body, as if he was afraid to let me go. I found myself smiling at the fact that he said even after I fell asleep, but I quickly shut the thought down.
I climbed out from his arms as swiftly and quietly it as possible, trying hard to not wake the sleeping actor. I walked over to my suitcase and started pulling out some close when I heard some shuffling coming from the bed.
Glancing behind me, I saw a sleeping Jensen, with ruffled hair, with his hand searching the empty side of the bed. Before he had the chance to open his eyes, I quickly gathered my things and practically ran out of the room.
It was kind of him to stay with me for the night when I had asked him, but it didn't help that he forced himself onto me. That I hadn't asked him to do.
Jensen knew I was very serious about quitting. He wouldn't change my mind. And even if we were to make this work, it would be highly inappropriate to have a relationship with my boss.
I turned on the water in the shower and quickly washed myself clean, then started washing my hair.
Having a relationship with Jensen sounded amazing, seeing how affectionate he was towards me this entire trip. Yet again, he could just be trying to get into my pants, although last night proved that wasn't his motive.
Hoping out of the shower and shoving my thoughts into the back of my mind, I quickly changed into my workout fit, black leggings, black sports bra, and black running shoes.
I stuck my head out of the bathroom door, glancing out to check for Jensen, who was out of bed. I quickly made my way out of the bedroom, and began searching for the gym in this giant house like hotel.

I finally found it in the basement, to which it was nicely decorated. Workout equipment was everywhere, and the room was freezing cold. I quickly connected my phone to my earbuds, and began with some stretching.
After stretching I went for a 2 mile run on the treadmill, then started doing sit ups. When I reached about 70, I started on my squats, to which Jensen had walked through the door of the gym.
I glanced up at him, then looking away. He didn't seem to notice, just started on his own workout routine. It was too long after when he had taken off his shirt, I assumed it was because he was hot, but he also seemed to have other intentions as he moved closer to me and faded into my own workout routine which had gone from squats to push ups.
From the corner of my eye, I could see the muscle in his arm flex each time he went down and push himself back up effortlessly. It wasn't until I started doing burpees had he finally started to breath a little heavier.
"You getting tired already?" I teased him.
"Oh please, I could do this all day." He answered.
"Let's pick it up then." I said, moving quicker.
Once I finished my burpees I moved onto the treadmill once more for a cool down. I amped the treadmill up to 8, ready to run my last two miles none stop.
Jensen got on the treadmill next time and amped it up to 9. I raised my eyebrows, but said nothing as I set out on my run, it wasn't until I completed lap 2 that I had amped the treadmill up to 10.
Jensen had caught sight of it and amped his up to 11. Jensen didn't realize that I had trained myself like this everyday, slowly amping the treadmill up during my cool down until I got to the high test number by the time my last lap had come around.

I turned the speed up to 11. Jensen was already struggling to keep up with the speed, but he decided to push 12 anyways. It wasn't until he tripped had he realized his mistake. I stopped my treadmill instantly, and Jensen had slipped, lost his footing and flew backwards.
I turned off his treadmill and hopped off of mine, biting my lip to hold back my laughter.
"Are you alright?" I managed to get out with a straight face.
He groaned in response not moving in the floor. I gave his body a once over, checking for any visible wounds. He'd have a few bruises for sure.
"Can you stand?" I asked him, a bit more urgent this time.
"Yeah, that just," He paused. "Hurt like hell."
"I'm sure." I said, holding out my hand to help him up.
He took up and slowly pulled himself off the floor. He didn't break anything, although I could tell he did a least sprain his ankle. He had his best efforts in trying to hide it, although it didn't really work.
I kneeled down, pressing my fingers to his ankle, to which his hissed. I looked back up at him. "You probably just sprained it, nothing to bad."
He glanced away quickly after meeting my eyes. Telling what went through his mind right now was hard to say, impossible even.
I stood back up, giving him a little push to se if he could walk, seeing that he couldn't, and refused to move, I grabbed his arm and threw it over my shoulders, to which I felt his weight leaning in my instantly.
"You're such a drama king." I complained.
"It's not that, you just gave me the opportunity to wrap my arms around your shoulders darling. Couldn't pass that up." He smirked.
"Drop the act lover boy, we need to go wrap your ankle, and then I'm driving the rest of the way to California." I said, rolling my eyes.
He hummed in response and walking moving with me, limping every now and then until I had reached the locker room, having him sit down on the one on the benches in there.
Searching the lockers, I finally found the medical one, which did indeed have some medical wraps. Grabbing one as well as some icy hot and an ice pack, I walked back over to Jensen, and bent down, sitting on the floor.
As gently as I could, I pulled off his shoe and then his sock. I handed him the ice pack.
"Pop this and shake it around." I ordered. He said nothing, just did what he was told.
He handed me the ice pack back, to which I had place on the area that was already swelling, and began wrapping his ankle, with the ice pack pressed to it.
He hissed, but said nothing, just waited patiently for me to finish. I rubbed some of the icy hot onto the area above his ankle, to keep the muscles from working too hard.
"You're beautiful." He said.
"What?" I fought to hide my blush and looked up at him.
"You're beautiful." He said again.
"Oh, um, thank you." I said and went back to work on his ankle.
When I finished, he asked two questions I never thought would come out of his mouth.
"Do you like me?" After a short pause he continued. "I mean, what are we?"
