《Mrs.Heroic [MAGI X BHNA CROSSOVER]》Chapter 13

Morgiana sat quietly at her unoccupied table. It was time for lunch and as usual she sat by herself. She never took it upon herself to make friends, because she thought that when she gets back home, she would go back to following Alibaba-Kun and Aladdin-Kun, so she shouldn't waste her time befriending people.
Though it does seem slightly lonely.
Morgiana picked at her fish. Her mind jumbled at the possibility of him being here. Wherever here is. Because as far as she knew, he died. She saw him get carried off and buried under hundreds, thousands pounds of rock- he was a normal human-so he would have died. He should've died.
But the things said in that article said otherwise....
The metal fork in her hand began to bend under the pressure of her grip.
"Morgiana-San." Hearing clatters of plates and utensils on her barren table, said girl looked at the newcomers.
"Ah. Tokoyami-San, Shoji-San, Todoroki-San."
The trio of boys collectively looked at the bent metal fork within her grasp.
"...your fork."
"H-huh? Oh-" seeing the bent fork the girls face was slightly dusted pink in embarrassment, although her face remained neutral.
Bending the fork back to its original state, Tokoyami, asked her a question.
"If you don't mind me asking. What happened to you before you came here? I mean the way you act- isn't...normal."
The red-head hummed, remembering what nezu said about keeping her origins a secret considering it was something that could quite possibly put her in danger if the wrong person knew.
And the fact that the person who did this to her could be alive...? She decided to follow his orders.
She went with his coverup. "Underground fighting arenas." She took a bite of her fish.
It was a coverup created by Nezu, the mouse knew about how there were many illegal underground fighting arenas that have yet to be dugged out and found. And plus it could give her lots of easy excuses.

For example. Her questionable scars, her fighting experience that would be otherwise impossible to explain if she were a 'normal' girl.
"Underground...fighting?" Shoji asked- almost in disbelief.
The red-head nodded. "Fanalis have always been known for our strong prowess... and after we were essentially...erased. There were many disappearances within our family, many going into was essentially illegal jobs.
And it so happens I was one of them."
The trio of boys stared at the girl in disbelief.
Continuing, Morgiana spoke about her 'past'. But In all honesty- this related more towards her sensei then her....
"I've fought a lot of opponents In order to please the man that sponsored me... and considering there weren't any rules that exiled any form quirks or harm to the point of death, allow me to say that it wasn't very pretty."
"....is that why you were in such unrecognizable state when you were found?" The bird boy asked.
Nodding once. "That mans quirk.....was quite destructive. It even made me scared for the first time in a while." She hummed.
She didn't want to die, don't die, you can't die, not yet, not yet there's still much more to do- it hurts it hurts it hurts-
The red-head slightly gripping her side where the hand-like scar was.
Todoroki catching this asked "why are you gripping your side like that?"
The girl paused, realizing what she was doing- wondering if she should show them- the unsightly mark on her skin.
And ultimately decided that it wasn't worth it "...it's nothing."
The atmosphere became uncomfortable, as the trios mind were on the origins of the red-head in front of them, and the girls mind on her true past.
One filled with screams, fear and the rattling of chains....

The group stood up- alarmed at the sudden need to leave, other students in the class started to scramble out of the cafeteria, pushing and shoving others.
"What's going on?" Todoroki asked, hastily standing up to follow suit with the other students.
"There seems to be a break in." Morgiana calmly stated, she too standing up before she proceeded to stand on top of the table.
"What are you doing?! We have to go!"
Morgiana looked down at them "what else? I'm going to figure out the problem."
"Huh-?"
But she was already gone.....
"Is she walking on the hoard of students....?" Todoroki asked
"ACK-"
"WHAT THE HELL-?!"
"Ayo I can see her underwear-"
"MUTHAFUCKER-"
And then there was that one kid that spazzed out from having someone touch them.
"Yes- yes she is." Shoji replied.
The trio watched in bafflement as the girl ran on top of the hoard of students like it was nobodies business-
".....queen-" dark shadow said.
The trio just nodded.
Morgiana looked over the heads of panic students, once she made it to the the opposite side of the hallway she stomped her foot into the wall.
Making sure she was stable she continued to 'walk' up the wall.
She didn't know every student there was in the school- but what she didn't know was that everyone was going in the same direction- pushing and shoving each other- but the same direction nonetheless. The exit.
She saw two people going in the opposite direction....
And as far as she can tell- that wasn't a school uniform.
she went in the same direction as the person.
And at the same time, a stiff student began to float over the panicked students.
"EVERYONE CALM DOWN! ITS JUST THE REPORTERS!!!!!"
Well- no matter how aggressive the reporters may be......would they actually break into a hero school? Full of hero staff?

The Girl with Scales and a Sword
This is the story of a girl who ends up with scales and a sword. Yup. There you have it folks. Slice of Life is the key intended genre. This is literally going to be a running commentary of a girls life, especially as it relates to adventure and action This is going to be a continuous work, as I intend it to be a side project while I work on other books more decidedly, and I intend to rework chapters often, because I want this both to be a break from other titles, and a learning experience. I'm going to be trying to get a lot of people to comment on chapters so I can grow as a writer. So if you want to read, please do! and comment if you feel generous. Just keep in mind, releases will likely be veeeeery far apart. (Note: I try to put out a chapter a month, though that doesn't always happen depending on school, work, and generally how well I'm doing, energy-wise)
