《The Words Unsaid- (Vkook)》Chapter 19- Taehyung's Perspective

I woke up with a dry throat. My head hurt, but was still kind of numb. I was in a new room, too. I looked around. A sign on the door read:
Surgery Room: Please knock before entering.
Surgery Room. He had his surgery done. Then he remembered:
Flashback
"Jungkook I'm scared."
"You'll be alright, Taehyung. I'll be right outside that door," Jungkook said, pointing to the door.
"But what if they're...too late?"
Jungkook bit his lip. "They...They won't be. You're awake now, aren't you? They can't be too late."
"But if they are, Kookie: I love you so much and I've always had. Since the day you walked out of the managers office after signing the contract. And every day you pushed me away- it hurt. But when you finally warmed up to me, we created a bond never to be broken. Thank you for that."
Jungkook nodded as a tear slipped down his eye. "I love you, Taehyung."
End of flashback
Then, the doctor came back into the room. I pretended to be asleep. He grabbed the handles of the hospital bed and rolled me outside. I heard the band members stand up. Jungkook and Jin sighed in relief.
"The surgery was a success. He should wake up in a half an hour or so," the doctor explained. He rolled me back to my room. The BTS members followed.
Once the doctor situated me in my spot and left the room. I opened my eyes. I was imediatly flooded with questions.
"You're awake!"
"Thank god!"
"That was quick!"
"How are you feeling?"
"Do you feel better?"
I widened my eyes. I was overwelmed. Jungkook must have saw that and pushed the other members back.
"Give him some space," Jungkook told the other members.
"Well?" Namjoon said.
"Well what?" I asked.
"How are you feeling?"
"Oh, I'm feeling, uh just weird," I replied. Najoon furrowed his brow in confusion. "The doctor said you should feel fit to go back home after you woke up."
But I felt weird. Why would I feel so weird?

The Type Specialist
Alex wakes up in the world of Pokémon. Obviously, the next step is to become a Pokémon Trainer, but not just any Pokémon Trainer. Why should I be mediocre with every type when I can be an expert in one? The Type Specialist is my first attempt to write a fiction. It is solely about travelling the world and building a strong team. Don't expect a solid plotline outside of Alex taking on the Gym Challenge and dealing with small problems that pop up here and there. Updates 5 times a week, every weekday until caught up.

Viceroy's Pride
This story could be about the Tellask Empire, ruler of a thousand suns and faced with imminent peril at the hands of the Orakh hordes. It could be about Paltai Amberell, the scion of a noble elven House, fallen upon hard times and seeking to find the key that will restore his family's name and save the Empire itself. It could be the story of his voidship, The Viceroy's Pride, powered by magic and crewed by a team of crack marines as they search for adventure and the solution to the Empire's myriad problems. Instead, this is the story of Daniel Thrush, human electrical engineer, befuddled researcher and survivor of the debacle that was first contact with a spacefaring civilization. Due to a combination of luck, magic, hard work, and more luck he is thrust into the center of events as Earth is shoved onto a much larger stage rife with semi-immortal elves and magical kingdoms that predate the Earthly invention of agriculture. Earth is outnumbered, and we have precisely one wizard. Dan. He's not very good at it, but he's going to have to learn in a hurry or watch everything he knows get torn apart by massive spacefaring empires straight from the pages of a fantasy novel. ---------- Some readers have noted that the MC tends to be weak willed and pushed around a bit. A significant portion of the story is his character growth into not being a pushover (i.e. him being passive is in the early chapters on purpose). I'm just including this caveat/warning to make sure that readers aren't surprised/upset and that they stick with it until he learns to stand up for himself. His arc begins to crystallize around chapters 25-27. If that's too long to wait, I get it, I'm just trying to do my due diligence and warn you that the character development is a bit of a slow burn. This is NOT a harem novel. Nothing against them, just not what it is. --------- Updates Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday Feel free to bother me on our discord- Discord!

Hiraeth | Regulus Black
The Avery family were one of the few truly pureblood wizarding families left in society. They took pride in a long line of thoroughly talented witches and wizards who all bore the proud status as not only pureblood, but also Slytherins. Lucas Avery was perhaps the most prominent Avery. The boy who befriended Tom Riddle and was part of the Slug Club during his time at Hogwarts. One of the first Death Eaters, he showed tremendous loyalty towards his friend and master Lord Voldemort during his first rise to power. Not only was Lucas active in his duties, he also raised two children to carry his respect into the next generation. One of his children did this with great dignity and honour... Whilst the other did not. Esmeralda (Esme) Avery never truly fit in anywhere. No matter how hard she tried. This case of isolation is perhaps what led Esme to rebel so fearlessly against what was expected against her. Then, in her sixth year at Hogwarts, she did something extraordinary. Not only was this one last desperate escape from the traumatic woes facing her at home, it also cemented her future. One fateful evening would lead Esme not only on a path of discovery but also fear and heartache. Are there any other kind of stories during Voldemort's first rise to power?
